"KEI!!!" Daron ran foreward and looked over Kei then started shaking him, "kei come on wake up!"

I picked him up as he ran to me. His laughter filled my cold, dead ears...seeming to warm them, bringing me back to life. I could never forget the day I made Sho cry. I too told him my pain...I told him he was such a cry baby...like he always was, even as a child. I told him how it was like to watch your father figure burn at a sunrise at the beach...how I had to stand there and watch as my own body started to burn. i remember holding Sho in my arms as he puked up blood from the bullet in his lungs...It seemd to change me forever the minute he let go of his life.
Kei opened his eyes and gasped. He looked up at Daron with wide eyes. "what?!"

Daron yelped and fell off. in his attempt to wake Kei he had climbed onto the bed. not his smartest move.

Kei rolled his eyes again and shook his head. "humans..." he turned and laid back down. He wanted those dreams to go away. Daron knew of them too..."I'm not telling you again, go eat."

Daron;s shoulders slumoed in defeat. Kei's mind was on Sho. he felt a flash of jealousy run through him as he stood and walked out. Sho this, Sho that. was he nothijng but a damn undershaowdow of the kid?! was he not his own person?

Kei watched Daron as he walked away. He sighed and took off his shirt, laying down once more. It was odd for him to sleep at night, but he didn't have enough strength to stay awake.

Daron sighed poking his food and shut his eyes. tonight... he;d show Kei, no matter how much he didn;t want him to, that he was better then Sho. that... he cared more then Sho ever had. and hopefully he wouldn;t be killed in the process.

Kei had fallen asleep quickly, his mind filled with his past. He awoken 3 hours later, it was dark around him. He sighed as he looked around. "he must have gone to bed..." he held his head and sighed again, laying down, stareing off into nowhere.

Daron was staring at his switchblade in indecision. did he really want to do this? he would be betraying Kei... but saving him as well... if only he could get him to drink it...

Kei blinked slowly as his vision went and came. He had never been so hungry in his life...never had he gone for so many days without blood. He tried to sit up but he kept loosing his balance and always ended back on the bed.

Daron stood hearing Kei moving in the next room. he switched cosed the blade and walked into the room, "Kei?"

Kei looked at him in the dark. His vision was blurry, only being able to see Daron's outline. "yea?"

"how are you feeling?" Daron came closer until he could sit down and the bed and he did so lightly and made sure not to sit on Kei.
