Kirai giggled, "oh but who says it will be an island?" she said curiiusly, "maybe it'll be the huge huge... contient!"
Sora watched carefully and rasied an eyebrow.

"Hey, maybe you're right. Then we can call it Destiny Topia." he laughed as he looked off at the ocean. "I know...whatever it is out there....I know it will be great. And it will just be me and you....and Sora."

Kirai looked at him and smiled, "hey why don;t we... like... go off together? i mean right now without Sora!"
Sora bit his lip and frowned. they wouldn;t leave him. they were joking.... right?

Riku shook his head. "come'on Kairi...you know I can't leave Sora here. He's my best friend. So he can be a bit of a handful at times...but we kinda grew up together you know?"

Riku snickered. "hey Sora! why don't you get outta those bushes and go find our mushrooms and water." he glanced back and his eyes met with sora's.

Sora blushed a bit as he looked into Riku's deep blue eyes, "what gave me away?"

Riku shrugged. "I know you too well Sora....now get going." he took another nail and hammered it to the boards. Hopefully they could get going tomorrow morning.

"you and you're knowing power," Sira said back with a laugh.
"Soooora!" Kirai said.
"going going." he jumped down and ran off again. he at least had the reassureance that Riku wouldn;t leave him. thats all he needed. he sighed running to the other side of the island and went to the water fall, "or did he just say that because he knew i was there?" Sora frowned.

The sunset went across the horizon and Riku leaned up against the poupu tree's trunk. He looked out at the ocean and sighed. Sora still hadn't come back and Kairi was quite silent.

Sora was laying in bed his eyes red. he didn;t want to move anymore. in his hand was a picture he had recently drawn. today actually. after he had though Riku had just said that because he knew Sora was there he couldn;t bear to go back. he looked at the picture. of him and... Riku kissing. it was splattered in tears. this was a dream. it could never happen...
Kirai shut her eyes feeling the light wind run through her hair then glanced back at Riku, "you think Sora is mad?"

Riku shrugged, "I'm going to go talk to him. See you tomorrow Kairi." he walked away, towards Sora's house. He walked in and up the stairs. Sora's door was open and he leaned up against the frame. "hey..."

Sora's eyes widened. he was faceing away from Riku of course but if he saw this picture... he looked at Riku, "uh hi..."

He laughed a bit. "what happened? no mushrooms? no water? what were you doing all day?" he walked in and looked around. he noticed all the paper near the trash and raised his eyebrow. "drawing I see....what are you drawing pictures of?"
