A back hand hit Seph and he was knocked out of his wits. Riku pulled sora away slowly. He was breathing hard and wincing every so offen. "damnit seph.....you did it to me.....i won't let you do it to him......sora, get the keyblade now."

Sephiroth shook his head and scowled, "you're a very hard man to get rid of you know that? and you're rather annoying. why should you care so much of what i do do your... little lover?"
Sora shivered a bit of fright in his eyes but he couldnlt move he cling to Riku or more was trying to keep him standing.

Riku tried to pry Sora off of him. "get the keyblade sora." he kept his eye on Seph and growled. He was tumbling all over but he tried to stay up.

"fuck you!" he held Sora close and ran his hand through the boy's hair. he stummbled towards the keyblade, dragging sora with him. He must have looked like a pathetic worm on a hook at the moment...but he had to try everything he could.

Sora followed trying to help Riku, "Ri..Riku..." he was starting to worry about his love. what if Riku got hurt? ...well ok a little late for that one. Sora wrapped his arms around Riku trying to help him.
Sephiroth picked up the swor following with a smirk. oh he had the perfect plan alright.

Riku winced and looked back, seeing that Seph was following them. He sighed and continued to reach for the keyblade. a little help from Mickey right about now would have been great....but the king was still frozen. He suddenly fell and tried to get himself back up.

Sephiroth smirked stopping. Sora kneeled down next to Riku, "don;t worry Riku it'll all be over soon." he kissed Riku's forehead then looked at the keyblade then to Sephiroth. he stood and walked backwards his eyes still on Sephiroth. he kneeled down his hand reached out. he saw a flash in Sephiroth's eyes as he touched it. and thats when everything went to hell.
in the next matter of seconds quite a few things happened. Sora jumped straight up aiming the keyblade at the door of light. it shimmered and fired a light at the door. Sephiroth had run foreward not for Sora but Riku his Madamune in hand and he was ready to swing it. Sora dropped the keyblade and ran foreward, "Riku!" his cry echoed and Sephiroth's eyes snapped at to Sora and smirked. with ease his wrist twisted so the long blade pointed at Sora instead and Sora realiazed... that was his plan all along. their was a resonding click of a lock in the world just as Sephiroth's blade plunged through Sora's chest and out his back.

A light shot out and pierced Seph and Riku through the chest. Riku lunged back and screamed. suddenly the darkness began to disappear and the heartless sreamed for their life. The light sucked them in. Mickey was finally unfrozen and he smiled as the light flew in. the clicking of keyholes started to fill the room. The outside worlds were restoring themselves and locking the darkness out.
Riku was bleeding badly as his weak eyes looked aross the room and seph was fading away. he crawled across the floor untill he reached Sora. he nuzzled the boy's neck and placed his hand over the large hole in the boy's chest. "Sora......."

Sora's eyes were half open drawing in ragged breath. he looked at Riku and smiled a little, "R...Riku," Sora shut his eyes convulsing slightly in pain and coughed, "we...we did it..." he could feel blood dripping from his wounds, "it...it's all ok again..." he stared at Riku. no it wasn;t all ok they we're both going to die weren;t they?

Riku reached over and held Sora as they both made a large puddle of blood underneath their bodies. Riku kissed the boy deeply then broke away, closing his eyes. He coughed out blood and opened his eyes again. The light was fading....so what about him?.....shouldn't he have faded like Seph?

Sora smiled a bit. he looked over at Riku his body shivering again, "Ri...Riku...i love you." it was the simple three words that Riku had never returned nor seemed to care about but he doubted that he would ever get the chance to say it again.

Riku smiled. "I love you too...." he closed his eyes and slowly gave up his life. He suddenly started to fade and so didn't Sora.
Riku opened his eyes and looked up at a wooden ceiling. He sat up and looked around franticly. It was a small dark room, the window near the bed was the only light. he pulled the curtains over and looked outside. All he could see was a sandy beach and a beautiful ocean. His eyes brighten as he saw his old island back. he pulled the curtain back and blinked as he felt something odd. He looked down and smiled. Sora was snroing next to him. Strangly, they were both on the naked side. What happened? why were they spared?......the poupu fruit.......

Sora suddenly woke up when he felt more movement. he yawned and looked at Riku. he looked at Riku then blushed looking at the older boy's body, "Riku?" he suddenly noticed something. they were supposed to be dead!
he sat up and stared out the window then looked at Riku, "we're... alive!" his mind raced. why? he smiled suddenly shutting his eyes, "mind, soul and body they will forever be united." he quoted from a certain myth. he reached over and kissed Riku leading him down to the bed. he broke it looking into Riku's eyes and he grinned his useal grin.
"who says legends don;t come true?"
The End
Alternate Ending
Sora woke with a jolt as Riku's presence became well unknown to his body. his crystal eyes searched and found Riku quickly. he saw that the older man looked confused and a tad scared. Sora shook his head and sighed sitting up, "Riku you poor love of mine! you had THAT dream again, didn;t you?"
He reached over and hugged his lover, "don;t worry everything's alright. i'll always be here for you," he smiled and leaned over kissing Riku. When will Riku realize that this 'Kingdom Hearts' dream he keeps having is nothing but a fiary tale in his mind?
The End.... again! lol ><
