Audace growled and Coeur pushed him back. Audace lost his balance and twsted around on one foot and cried out feeling something break in his ankl and he hit the tree on his back heavily. Audace felt both of his wounds had opened again. and he looked up just in time to see Coeurs sword come down but didn;t have enough time to stop it. Audace screamed as the sword cut right into his chest slashing down to his stomach. Coeur drew the sword into the air again.
Audace's eyes were wide in pain then they narrowed in anger. Coeur threw his sword at Audace again but this time he thrust out his own and clashed with his father's and slid right against Coeur's cheek.
they stood there glaring at each other and the blood running. Audace couldn;t move and he had a sickingly feeling that he was going to die... just like his brother.
he yelped and liet go of his sword as Coeur cut into his hand. the sword fell clattering to the ground and Coeur smirked. Audace bowed his head shutting his eyes too tired and hurt to move. it was over. his father had won.

Kuni looked over and sliced another mans neck. "NO!!" He ran over to Coeur and slashed at the man. He growled and continued to violetly slash at Coeur until Coeur's own sword came at the prince and sliced his face. Kuni yelled out in pain as blood came from his eye. Kuni did one last blind slash towards Couer and he could fell his sword slicing through flesh in a heavy manner and could hear a horrible yell from the leader of the tribe...

Audace gave a sharp laugh as Coeur fell to the ground wreathing in pain from the blood running through the wounds. the last slash had done maybe the most damage in his stomach. Audace looked at Kuni and reached out for the boy his hand shaking.

Kuni coughed and fell on one knee. He hled his face as the blood from his eye slowly covered it. He started shaking knowing that he had lost something dear to him. He was most likely blind in his right eye now. Coeur's blade has sliced kuni's eye down the middle.
With his other eye, he looked over at Audace and then looked down.

Audace fell to his knees hissing at the pain he felt and reached over useing the last of his strenght to move Kuni over to him. he held the prince carefully, "its over Kuni... we're going to die out here..." he frowned looking at the prince and smiled, "te amo."

Kuni sighed and put his arm around Audace's waist. He breathed deeply and laid his head on Audace's shoulder. "At least we'll die together."

Audace smiled, "funny we're both going down virgin." he laughed slightly twirling his hands into Kuni's hair and smiled, "right tigether... all the way, love."

Kuni didn't say anything. He stood up slowlyn and looked at Coeur. he was lying still, blood covering him. "We aren't dying as virgin." he looked back at the few men that stood. "Lead me to my army and shall not be killed. I am Kuniyuki, your prince. I give pity on your souls if you do me such a favor." he then looked at Audace and hled out his hand to him. "I won't let you go...you're coming with me back to the palace."

Audace looked at him then the ground smiling a little. he reached over taking his sword and seathing it and he took Kuni's hand and nodded, "alright."

Kuni picked Audace up and wrapped his arm around his waist for support. He then looked at the last of the members and frowned. "Take me to my army now, you have lost. I will not put you under the palace punishment if you bring me to them."

Audace shut his eyes hearing murmurs and growls and anger but he knew the tribe eventually said yes just as he felt his concsiouness start to fade, "kuni..." he whispered.

Kuni looked down. "yes Audace?" he moved slowly, walking behind the tribe members. He'd rather take a horse but seeing that there were none left, they'd have to walk.

"{i think... i'm going to pass out," Audace murmured trying not to whimper. his leg was hurting like nothing he ever felt before and he could guess that he was loseing a lot of blood.

"Put all your weight on me, I'll carry it." he sighed and he held Audace tightly and continued to limp behind the memebers. he would do anything for Audace....right after he got his army back...."think of the good things Audace.....your father is gone now...and you'll be my new general." He smiled and nuzzled Audace's cheek. His eyes was still bleeding but he doubted that Audace would mind if their blood mixed.
