Malice frowned when she saw Gradd. "where have you been? Zelda is giving birth to your child! I need your help." she turned and started to walk back up the tower steps.

Gradd rushed up the stairs as fast as he could if anything it was mind boggling that this was happening... he never expected to father a child ever. He only hoped that his child didnt have vampiric blood in it like he did

Zelda was trying to keep her breath steady and her body shook. she was actually scared. she;s heard of chances were the baby or herself could die. she didn;t want to be through this alone either. it was amazing to thin of how scared she was getting. oh gradd please come...

Malice walked through the door and sat next to Zelda again. She took her hand again. "Shh....just try to relax." She could hear Gradd running up the stairs and she sighed. "he's coming."

Gradd rushed up the stairs as he came to Zelda's side and took her hand " hey... everything is going to be ok im here now..." he smiled slightly as he held her hand gently " everything is going to be alright just try to be strong"

Zelda looked from Gradd to Malice and smiled, "its great to know you both will be..." she shivered and shut her eyes, "i hope i don;t scream to loudly...." she took another long breath. this was gonna be the worst pain ever created on earth...

Malice gently pressed Zelda's stomach. "He's ready." she looked over at Gradd. "you keep her calm while I help deliver." She stood you and walk to the end of the bed. "you're going to have to start pushing dear."

Zelda smiled at Gradd, "i love you..." then she looked at Malice nervously, "oh dear.... ok..." she bit her lip hard and her whole body shivered slightly. she took a few breaths then shut her eyes. this was gonna be hell. she started pushing, her hand clutching Gradd's, and screamed.
OOC: i feel dimwitted i know nothing much about where the pain actually starts soo.... yeah just go with it.

Malice smiled. "you're doing great Zelda, just keep it up dear and it'll all be over soon." she could remember back when she gave birth to Gradd. She had to do it all alone, no help at all. Zelda was a lucky girl.

Gradd nodded slightly he didnt know anything about birth at all... hell he was suprised that he was born at all a half vampire being born was crazy in itself " yeah just... hold on so we can see our child alright..." one thing kept bothering him though was it going to be a boy or a girl?

Zelda couldn;t make a response. oh this was hell. she continued to push trying not to scream. her hand clutched Gradd's tighter then before. she was starting to worry. what if the baby died? what if it was a miscarriage? not to mention what about a name?!

After 15 minutes of pushing, screaming and breathing, there was silence. A small baby sat in Malices hands. It didn't move or cry. She quickly snapped off the cord with her talon-like nails and tied it. She then took it by the feet and slapped it hard on the butt. The baby started crying and Malice smiled. "There we go. You scared me there for a second." She took a cloth and wrapped the baby up, drying it and such.
when she was done, she handed the baby to Zelda. "Congrats, it's a baby boy." She looked at Gradd and smiled. "looks like i'm a grandmother. I feel like an old hag." she laughed slightly as Zelda took the baby.

Gradd laughed slightly then smiled " well mother your not that old... and you havent aged a bit only your hair" he laughed slightly then looked at his son as he wrapped a single arm around Zelda " what do you think we should call him?"

Zelda smiled and looked at the boy, "oh i never thought of that... thank you so much Malice... um do either of you have any ideas for a name?" she was looking at the boy smiling. if anything she was just happy he lived.
