Gradd sighed feeling slight bits of fain drops as they would fly through and hit his head. He never did like water much but... for some reason he liked the rain. It was so different than the lakes that he had seen

Memory tossed and turned in the dusty bed. He could see visions of strange creatures coming after him. I hope that gypsy knows what she's doing. I can't feel my body at all, can't even open my eyes. She must be trying to kill me.
footsteps were coming down the road towards the ivy wall. A tall man pushed the ivy away with a large gun. "bingo."

Gradd sniffed up into the air but couldnt catch even the slightest scent. It must have been the rain washing it all away, it was weird not smelling them but... refreshing at the same time

The man walked down the path towards the small forest home. His gun clicked as he pointed it towards the door. A loud bang went off and a bullet flew through the door. It broke the mirror that sat over the fireplace.
The woman jumped up and looked at the door. "Who's there!?"

Gradd emediatley jumped out from the window and ran to the front door as he saw a man with a gun. He glared at him as he grew out his claws and fangs " if I where you I would leave this place right now!" Gradd leaned on his hooved feet ready to strike at any moment

The man looked back slowly. "A vampire? One of those things that came from the future? What are you doing here? Anyway, I work for the town. This house is not allowed to be lived in, belonged to a witch awhile back. I'm burning this place down with her in it. My orders, so if you don't mind...I need to get my job done."

Gradd suddenly ran at the man grabbing his gun an breaking the barrel twisting it around within seconds then kicked his back. " You leave this place alone you hear me! If you dare to burn this home down I will personally kill you! Now leave before you anger me more!"

The man frowned. "This is my job. The witch must die. We want no evil in this town you hear me?" He took a jar from his bag and threw a match in it. He tossed it through the window and it crashed in the middle of the floor. The flames scattered and the woman screamed. She ran into the bedroom and picked Memory up. The fire raced across the room and the table caught on fire.

"you're what? Mother? But she's a witch, not a vampire. How could she be your mother?" Another explotion came from inside as the flames touched the small gunpowder barrel in the corner. Now the ceiling was on fire and smoke arose into the night sky. The rain had stopped so there was no way it could take the fire down. The woman broke the window of the bedroom and jumped out, taking the child with her. She landed in the mud and started to run.
The sound of dogs started to come down the alleyways as the woamn ran for her life.

Gradd pushed the man down as he Ran out the back he caught his mother's scent as he began to run chasing after it. He had to get her to saftey, it was the only thing that was on his mind. I she died now he would die and would have never of existed in the first place he couldnt let that happen

The woman ran towards the gates of the town. She would be safe in the woods. maybe.... The dogs cut her off at the intersection but she whooshed them away with her powers. SHe ran to the gates and pounded on them. The guard looked over. "Sorry Miss but there's a witch that needs to be burned, no one is allowed out of the town untill she's caught." The woman frowned as she looked back. She could hear the dogs coming after her.

Gradd Rushed through as he could see the dog's running towards the gates. He jumped up and pounced down ontop of one of them killing it right there with his massive claws as he rushed right through them. He ran to his mother then grabbed her holding her over his shoulder and jumped up and began to scale the wall until he got over and continued to run as he rushed through the woods

The woman gasped as he picked her up with great force. She saw the gates open and men with dogs and horses started to go after them. "In the treetops, there is another house up there. We'll be save, thay can't burn the whole forest down!" large holes started to form in the ground and the some dogs and horses fell into them.

Gradd nodded as he jumped up into the trees and began leaping from branch to branch gaining more speed as he went. " Just tell me when you see it they wont be able to keep up with me, I may be part human but im just as fast as any vampire"
