Raichu took out the huge pot full of rice as he walked over to the kitchen table and set it down " how about you are you hungry dainket?" he asked walking back getting down two bowls

"No, I'm not hungry. Eating makes the time go by fast. I want it to go as slow as possible." he sighed and looked over at the rice. It smelt so good and his stomach started to growl. he sighed again and laid his head on the table.

Raichu frowned " just eat dainket.. you will need all the energy you can get tommorow for the tournament" he scouped up a bunch and put it into a bowl then walked over to the table with his chopsticks and began to eat slowly

Dainket picked his head up and sighed. he looked at the chopsticks and then picked them up. They only used them on special holidays and stuff like that. He sighed and looked over at raichu. this would be his last meal, the last meal they have together. He started to eat slowly and remained silent.

Raichu looked at his gradson sadly the kid worried to much about him... he was happy to be cared about but... he didnt like to see Dainket like this at all... it was to bad though that he would die soon...

dainket looked over at raichu and held his hand. "grandpa, i love you." his eyes started to water. he didn't want raichu to go, not at all. it was eating him away inside.

Dainket sighed and pushed the rice away and took his hand out of raichu's. he sat up and walked to the door and out to the front pourch. he sat down on raichu's rockin chair and sighed. he already felt lonely out here.

Raichu frowned pushing his food away then grabbed both bowls taking them to the sink, for the first time in a long time he didnt care about eating... he just wanted to let the day go by and get it all over with

Dainket looked down the empty streets and sighed. he hated life at the moment. he wanted to die too. he didn't want to be alone, not now. he took a deep breath and stood up. he was 26 now and he had to move on, by himself.

Raichu slowly walked back to the front room as he sat down on the couch as he brushed his hand through his grey hair and sighed " well atleast I didnt get bald..." he smiled slightly and looked out the window as he stared at dainket

dainket just looked at the streets. he took the band out of his hair and let it rest on his shoulders. he took another sighed and then sat on the steps. he was lost and couldn't find himself anymore.
