Brown eyes continued to stare at the picture. It wasn't all that great honestly. It was just a little fox that was sleeping on a big bed, all bandaged up with a portable IV for quick help. It was what was behind the picture that git her the most. Her eyes fluttered some before she came back to reality, glancing around to realize she was no longer on that boat... with that pokemon.... with her real parents. "S-sorry..." "What happened?" Roxel inquired, looking at her with the same amount of worry that her sister did.
"Well... this pokemon... it's called a Zorua." "A Zorua?" The boy replied, the name sounding odd to his tongue. "Yea... and... it was my real first Pokemon." "Wha?" There was some shocked sounds coming from her friends but she decided to continue. "Yea. My mom and dad... well... my real mom and dad had... stolen it for me."
Now, unfortunately, Roxel was a daddy's boy and daddy was rather passionate about his hate of Teams. This hate transferred down to the boy. "STOLE!? YOUR PARENTS WERE TEAM MEMBERS!?" Roxel cried, quickly glaring at his tanned friend. "That's horrible!" "They weren't Team members!" Bonnie was quick to show back, tear suddenly filling her eyes as her hands started to shake. Roxel slowly swallowed, feeling bad as some tears ran down her cheeks. "S-sorry...."

And unfortunately, Roxanne was not a daddy's boy. Probably on the account she was a girl. "Way to use some tact, idiot." The woman grumbled, smacking her brother upside the head with an aggravated air, before sweeping her girlfriend up in a hug, wiping away the tears, "Hey it's okay. You can kick him if you want."
Sanyi and Tensai shared a glance, neither of them really sure what to do with the crying girl - well actually, Tensai was pretty used to emotional displays since he had Sora for dad and ironically Sanyi was the opposite...... and he actually had two MOTHERS. The real fact stood is they were all so young when they lost their parents... what did they really know about them?
But maybe sometimes it was better not to know the truth.
"Bonnie... it's okay he didn't mean it." Tensai said nudging his friend in the ribs.

Bonnie swallowed some as she was pulled into the hug, sniffling some before handing the camera back to Roxel silently. The fire head took it, blushing some with guilt. He glanced at his long time best friend and sighed. "I'm real sorry about that Bonnie. I guess every time I hear steal or stolen, I automatically think Teams..." "Not all Team members are bad." They all looked up at Bonnie, her face now with a frown. "My dad, Ven, use to be a member and Sanyi's mom Aqua too... and they are great people." Man... she really knew how to make someone feel bad...
Speak of the devil.
"Hey kids!" A voice came from behind them and they all glanced back, seeing a familiar looking blonde coming up the road, all covered in dirt. "Uncle Venny!" Tensai cried happily, running over and hugging his uncle. He could of sworn he hugged him already today... oh wait! That was his dad! "Hey~" His hair was ruffled and tried to keep walking as he was clung onto. "What's with all the long faces?" He suddenly questioned, looking at the beaten Roxy and the obviously crying daughter.
It was odd really. Ven seemed to mature after getting Bonnie for a daughter. When Aqua found out he was taking in a kid, she knew it was obvious death and the kid would be back in the orphanage because the warden would have to pull her dead body from the stadium... but she was shocked one picnic that he actually pulled Bonnie aside when she banged her knee and wrapped it up, giving her a kiss on the forehead. He also grew up not too bad looking either. It would be hard for him to pass as a girl anymore but Terra still remarked that he could win some beauty contests.

"Uh well..." Tensai started. It was a good think it was Ven approaching them while his daughter was crying... considering Terra could imagine Terra spitting out fire like his Houndoom and burning poor Roxel to a crisp it was him instead. Terra was a great dad...... but sometimes too great!
But Ven was understanding as he was given the story (probably understanding that if he hurt Roxel that Roxas would come all the way from Lavaridge and kill him) so as the tale was told with a bit of reluctance he didn't react too awfully.
"...And see, Bonnie's biological parents 'stole' her one of these." Tensai was saying, pointing to the camera screen where the Zorua was. "And then Roxel yelled at her and said it was horrible that they were team members and Bonnie got upset and said that they weren't and even still that you and Aunt Aqua had been and you are great people. And that's about it."

"I see..." Ven frowned as he looked down at the camera, seeing a very strange looking pokemon. His brother had called in the late morning, sounding kind of exhausted, but he figured it was because of this new pair. Something about them being a mom and baby and then having to leave because he was going to get attacked by hungry green eyes. He wasn't worried because he knew the new pokemon had aqua eyes... so he knew it was Axel attacking him.
He looked down at Roxel who slowly pulled away, looking rather pathetic like he was going to get into trouble. "Watch you're mouth, ok? I was once like you and blurted a lot of shit out that I shouldn't have." The camera was given back to the boy, watching Torchic put it away carefully and the fire head apologized yet again. "Well..." The man started again, glancing up at the sky. "If you're going to start your journey today, I suggest you all call your parents on the TV phone in the greenhouse. I'll make you some lunch when I get out of the shower."
The small group cheered and quickly ran off to the greenhouse, some rushing to the phone while others looked for some pokemon to play with. The only person who stood back was Bonnie who glanced at her blonde dad and suddenly hugged him. "Thanks for being here for me.... dad."

With Ven's small reprimand and invitation, they all went running to the greenhouse. Everyone knew where Sanyi was going as he hit the trial to where Moana and Flygon could be found. Meanwhile Tensai and Moxley searched the trees for the little Eevee's uncle. He could usually be found so easily.
Ad at the video phone - "I'm calling!" Roxanne announced, picking up the phone before Roxel could and with a smug smile dialed home.
'Ring ring ring ring ring ring phone call phone call. Ring ring ring ring ring ring phone call phone call!' "Mehhm.... Axeeeel......" Roxas whined, snuggling into his pillow. The only response he got though was a loud, long snore. He sighed his eyes opening as the phone didn't shut up and sat up, his blanket falling from him as he slipped out of bed, revealing his nude body. He grumbled sleepily, grabbing his rope and throwing it on.
'Ring ring ring, ring ring ring phone call phone-" "Hello?" Roxas yawned sleepily as he picked up the phone.... but blushed a little when his daughter was looking at him. "Oh uh... Hey Roxy! What's up." "Dad... why are you in a robe in the middle of the afternoon?" "Uhhhhhhhh........ I took a shower?" "......Dad I'm fourteen. Not four." His daughter gave him a dull look that said 'I can't believe you did THAT the minute we left!' Roxas' face blushed more and he coughed nervously. "Well.... Uh.... ANYWAYS, what's up?" "Well - hey!" Roxanne yelped some as she was pushed out of the screen and her brother was suddenly there.

"HEY DAD! Where's dad!?" The young boy asked as he looked all over the back of the screen for his redheaded father. "Oh... I bet he's sleeping again, huh? You really need to get him to a doctor for his sleeping illness!" For the longest time, Roxel always wondered why Axel was so hard to wake. Roxas decided to tell his son a little white lie instead of just flat out saying that Axel was a lazy ass some time. It was called Axel's 'sleeping illness'. Ever since Roxel went to school about Pokemon, he learned that some pokemon put people to sleep so he wondered if there was a mysterious Gengar in their house. At night, he would drag his sister to go and look for it.
It seems he still believed in this illness though and Roxas went right along with it. "Roxy got her butt kicked by Uncle Terra..." He pouted then screamed as his sister yanked his long, messy hair before explaining. This only made their father laugh as Roxel was pushed out of the screen again, now seeing a new face over his daughter. "Hey, Uncle Roxas~" The other girl waved, slowly squeezing in between the twins. "Xel showed me a picture of your new pokemon and... I kind of.... know what it is."
Roxas seemed suddenly shocked by this and Bonnie already knew she had a lot of explaining to do. She sort of wanted to leave the part out about her parents stealing the pokemon but her daddy Terra wasn't too fond of lies after he had to deal with such a big one when he was younger. So, the real story came out... well, as much as she could remember.
Meanwhile, back at the house, the blonde Cool trainer walked into the kitchen, seeing Terra making a sandwich before grinning. "Hey baby~" He kissed the other, running his hand over the tight butt. "I'm going to get washed off before making the kids some lunch~" He slowly walked off, shaking his but some before glancing over his shoulder. "You seem kinda dirty yourself... all hot and worked up from some matches, huh?"

Roxas quirked a grin as he heard his son; wasn't he a little old to believe in sleeping illnesses? He chuckled though when he heard about his daughter losing a match, "Well what were you thinking, battling him? Honey you know his Pokemon have tons of experience!"
His daughter refuted that it was all Lucina's fault and he nodded, knowing how a rival could drive you to do... very stupid things. Roxas never thought he had a rival when he was young. It wasn't until he was older and looking back on his travels... that he realized Sora had always been his rival. That's why, that day on the Platinum conference, the battle had been so intense... and so hard to go through with.
But Roxas attention was stolen completely... when Bonnie sat down and told him quite a tale. He knew the girl had been told never to lie so he knew he had to believe her as she told it all. "A Zorua... huh?" He murmured as she finished, making a note on his notepad by the phone. "Thank you Bonnie, that'll help alot." He said with a faint smile, but as he looked at the girl he could see... some level of uncertainty there.
He knew the look. He had seen it in Aqua's eyes... when she discovered her mother had once been a Pokemon poacher... and she discovered why her name was 'Aqua'. It was a look that said 'Was I born to be evil too?'. He smiled, trying to reassure her, "Hey, don't stress over it too much, okay? Everyone... everyone does some bad things in their life... but we need to measure people by the good things they do, not the bad. And the most important thing is... they loved you very much Bonnie."
Sharp blue eyes watched the blonde, raising an eyebrow. "Are you actually trying to talk me into sex while the kids are in the next room?" Blue eyes blinked at him innocently and practically drawled 'now when have I ever done that?' before he went strolling down the hall, swinging his hips sooooo slowly, the sound of his belt coming undone loud.
There was a long pause but when the sound of the shower came on the sandwich was abandoned.

Slowly, brown eyes looked up at the screen, seeing true blue ones looking back at her. How... how did he knew how she was feeling? She could only give him a smile in returned as she nodded. "Thanks, uncle Roxas." There was a sudden sound of commotion in the background, making the blonde man glance back. It sounded like heavy banging on a door. Seemed like a pokemon was awake and angry. "I wish I could see her again... though I suppose she doesn't ever want to see me...." The tanned girl sighed, handing her head low and shaking it.
As for the forgotten sandwich, a floating pokemon came into the kitchen just as the gym leader left. "Floon?" Black eyes looked back and forth, scanning the kitchen but saw no one at all. Quickly, he floated across the room, his eyes shutting tight as little sweat drops flew from his head. His small little sting arms were shaking as two yellow heart hands wrapped around a very full looking bag. This was Bonnie bag for her tip and she sure packed a lot of stuff! It seemed like no one was going on a trip in bad style!
The bag made a loud noise as it was plopped in front of the front door and a heart wiped away sweat, a little puff cloud coming from his little mouth. Luckily that was over! What he didn't know was that he actually wasn't the only one in the kitchen now. Small black paws padded over the tiles, a bright red nose sniffing the delicious scent of the abandoned sandwich. A tongue licked over the pup's lips as she paused, glancing up at the plate. She suddenly got onto her tummy, her tail and rear wagging before she pounced. Nails screeched on the counter, making the balloon opening snap to attention and looked back at the puppy trying to get his master's meal.
"FLOON! Floon, floon!" The balloon called as he floated over, making the pup give up but not without a growl. Black eyes narrowed, a heart slowly moving to a broom handle and -WHACK- "POOCH!" The pup cried before she shot off, running around the table. The balloon chased her around and around, trying to get her out and due to his efforts, the broom handle accidentally caught a picture on the wall, making it fall and crash on the floor. "DRIIIIII!!" The balloon suddenly cried as he saw the glass all over. He quickly floated to the dustpan, hurrying over to the mess and cleaning it up. The glass was poured out in the trash and the picture placed on the table.
He supposed he could blame it on the ki---"FLOOOOOON!!" He cried suddenly, looking at the counter and... empty sandwich plate.
On a whole other side of the world, two Pokeballs were tapped and energy shot over calm, ocean waves. Two large pokemon suddenly appeared with long blue necks and great grey shells. The seemed to be awkward for a moment before the larger of the two started to swim away from the dock, the smaller one slowly following after... but not before glancing back at the dock with a joyous smile. "Bye-bye! Thank you for everything! We'll never forget you!" A fin rose from the water and waved to the two man standing on the dock, the creature laughing as they waved back.
"We'll miss you too! Be careful out there!" A blonde man called out to the pokemon, a smile on his face but his eyes a bit teary. This was actually a great day, a happy day... but a sad one too for the leaders of Porta Vista's Rescue Center. They were able to finally release the beaten and broken Laprus and her baby back into the wild after so many years.

"Hey now... you never know. Heck, we don't even know if she's the same one let alone if she'll remember you. But you never did anything to hurt her, remember that." Roxas pointed out but the noises behind him were distracting him some. If there was just one, he would of promised her if they rehabilitated her that she could take her... but the thing was with child-parent cases was that they eventually got released back into the wild. "Listen, I gotta go Bonnie. Thank you for letting us know."
After a quick goodbye the phone was hung up and Roxas was quick to hurry to his feet, rushing towards the nursery. He hesitated before he came in sight of the window, frowning as he saw Flareon crouched low to the floor, her ears low as she looked in the window. It was a defensive crouch.
He moved against the wall, staying out of sight for the moment so as not to incite further anger as he heard the growls and snarls and cries inside. When Flareon's ears rose and the noise died down he dared take a peek inside.
Luckily for Terra, he wouldn't know about his pilfered sandwich for awhile due to the fact he was a little - erm - distracted! "Mmm.... Ven~" ......... Very distracted.
"Take care!" Came a happy call from beside the blonde, smiling as he waved to Lapras too. They stayed on the dock for a long time, just watching the two swim into the horizon. The man beside the blonde sighed in contentment, leaning against him some. He still remembered all those years ago, that dangerous mission on the ocean...
There are many missions that a man forgets but some stick with him forever. And he would never forget that day the S.S Anne sank. All those people they had to save... the terrible lightning storm that threatened the lives in the water... all because someone had stolen a baby Lugia.
People could be so terrible... but he as a rescuer was glad there were days like this.

Bonnie only nodded, not truly believing in what her uncle had to say. He was a rescuer... of course he had to be positive. The tv was turned off though, making the kids all stand. "HEY TEN-CHAN! How about you call your dad next!" Roxel called, seeing his best friend not too far away. The sunset eye boy came running over, a happy Leafeon following as the girls headed out to the front. They needed to get their things ready. The two best friends sat in front of the TV and Tensai's parents were called. The little Rotom went across the street before an happy sight came on the screen.
"Punnny!!"
Back at the Haven, What Roxas saw inside the room was a not-so-happy mother. The dark pokemon was pacing back and forth, growling as she glared at the door. Her now softer looking 'hair' was flowing behind her, finding some weight with the blue orb attached around the bottom. Her eyes were naturally sharp, like the blonde's husband, and her physique only made her fiercer looking yet. She paced on all four legs, her red claws clicking on the metal under the blankets that had been laid out. As for the child, it seemed to want to walk off the bed, tumbling some from weakness due to the pneumonia.
As the child collapsed, trying to each a chew toy, the mother gave the door one last dirty look before walking over to her son. Large, loving claws wrapped around the little fox and slowly, the larger pokemon got on her hind legs, limping and faltering some as she walked back to the bed and place him down. One arm reached back, grabbing the toy her son wanted and placed it in front of him. He slowly started to gnaw on it but even that took a lot of effort. The mother watched her son for a little bit, making Roxas come closer to the window. As he did, there was a sudden blue flash that ran up the large pokemon, making a silhouette of something completely different. By the time the blonde figured out what was happening, his eyes were looking into blue swirly ones... and realized he was looking at a copy of himself.
An arm wrapped around the slightly taller man, a tear secretly pulled away from his cheek. "Heh... we should be heading back to---" BEEP BEEP BEEP! A little red light started to flash on a thin wrist and the blonde pulled it up to his face, pressing a button to show on his watch a small tv with a very frightened looking woman. "Kuku! Eskel! Please hurry! There was just a sudden explosion in the Diglet Cave on Route 11! Somone just reported that the cave is... caving in! Someone has to save those Pokemon!" "What!?" "KROW!" "Alright! We're headed there now!"

Orange eyes brightened as he saw the Pokemon in the screen, grinning widely. "Hey Kali! How are you?" The rabbit smiled giving him an answer happily. Tensai never thought it was weird having conversations with Pokemon. He knew some of the kids he went to school with did. But he couldn't understand why it would be silly. If they understood orders they must understand human speech! They had a small conversation before he asked curiously, "Are my dads around?"
As he stared inside, he smiled faintly, seeing the care the mother had for her child. It was a heartwarming scene and at that moment he wished he had his son's camera. He even chuckled softly as he came into view, seeing the little Zorua chomping down on the chew toy. It's energy was a good sign. He was strong.... he was certain, as long as he didn't take a turn for the worst, that he would be just fine.
He blinked however when he saw the glow and his heart thudded in his chest confused about what she could be doing.... and his eyes went wide. "Flar?!" He heard his fox call in confusion from behind him. Now, he was used to looking at a mirror of himself, but even he knew the subtle differences between him and Ven. But this was...
"W...wha....?" This... was bad. If she could mirror the looks of humans to! He could just imagine Axel sneaking a peek in and thinking it was just him and Zorua in there and come running in... They had to be careful not to let her out on accident!
"Elec...?" Came a little cry from the tiny blue fox at Eskel's side. He rose up when he heard the panicked voice, trained to know that was never a good sign. The purple-haired man at Kuku's side frowned as well, not liking the tone, but his eyes widened when he heard just what was wrong. A cave in...
The call was cut off and a glance was shared both of them already knowing what needed to be done. It was just another mission... another day. Beams of red light hit their two small Pokemon, sucking them up and away in an instant and they went rushing down the dock to where a motorcycle was. They were in a rush so they didn't even bother with helmets as they engine was revved and they took off.

"Punny, punny.... pun, Lopunny!" The old rabbit spoke happily before she paused, being as the question. She tapped her chin before she jumped off the chair, hopping over to the livingroom to see her two masters snuggling on the couch, watching a movie. "PUUNNY!!" She called, waving her hand and both men looked over, realizing that the phone call that had just come in was obviously for them. The got up, the movie being placed on pause before they walked into the kitchen, patting the bunny on her head.
"Tensai!" Riku smiled happily, sitting on the bench in front of the small TV phone. Sora sat next to him... and was a total mother. Was he alright, did he make sure this was good and that was alright. He could only chuckle when he heard his son laugh, so happy that they had been able to get him to do that a long time. It didn't seem like he would ever open up. "So, how is the rest of the gang? You all excited for your journey? I thought you would of head out by now." "Uncle Venny is actually going to make us some sandwiches before we leave so he told us to call our family just so they know we all got here! Everyone is... here!" Roxel informed, Melody helping out too. "Torchic!"
Slowly, the illusion pokemon turned and walked over to the glass. Still, she had an obvious limp and difficult time getting to the window but fleshy hands pressed against the cold glass and looked right at the petrified human. Even though she was nearly the exact mirror of him, there was still something off. There was a dark hue on the mirror's skin and the look in 'his' eyes had a hint of hate in them.
And what else was different... was quickly learned. "What do you want from us? BRING US BACK HOME!" It was Roxas's voice... but it had a certain purr sound to it. There was a sudden bang on the glace, the mirror of himself growling.
The bike roared as they went flying down the paths, people quickly getting out of the way. They could of complained had they not seen the look of the bike. They knew it was the Rescue team and something bad was happening. It didn't take them long to get the the scene, easily seeing a large crowd around the opening to the cave. "Everyone! Get back!" Kuku cried as he parked the bike and he and Eskel raced over, seeing that the entrance was already caved in. "Everyone, please return to your homes and stay away from this area! It's very dangerous and secure at this time!" The leader of the Rescue center warned and luckily, the people quickly headed off to let them do what they needed to.
"Drapion!" A blue energy shot out from a Pokeball and a large Ogre Scorp Pokemon appeared. "DRA!" "Get those rocks out of the way." The Pokemon quickly got to work, it's odd hands reached out and throwing the rocks out of the way that blocked the entrance.

There was a soft sigh of contentment, Sora happily nestled up against Riku's side, head resting against the crook of his neck, enjoying the feel of his husband's strong arm curled around him, fingers absentmindedly running along the bare skin of his back where his shirt had hitched up. He wasn't really paying attention to the movie; something about three Pokemon (A wise golden-furred Arcanine, a young and troublesome Houdour and a very prim Glameow) who get separated from their young master and take an extraordinary journey across Johto to get back to them. Instead his mind was wandering... He knew, now with Tensai on an extended vacation, they had a chance to be more romantic with one another.
That was one relief about the close friendships their children had gained; when the couples needed a break from parenting to get some 'me' time it wasn't too hard to get. All they had to do was promise the same favor for their brother or brother-in-law... or well in Aqua's and Fuujin's case 'adopted' sister-in-laws.
Sora rose his head though when he heard Kali call for them. Well, they had to figure that the phone was for them. "Ahhh..." The brunette whined a bit disappointed as he stretched out and got off from the cat already missing Riku's warmth... but forget about it quickly when he saw just who was on the other end! "Tenny!!" "Daaaaad." Tensai sighed shaking his head. His dad was never going to get over his baby name was he? Sora waved off the complaint. "Yeah yeah I know! So you're there?" "Yes dad." "And how did Arcy do?" "She was good dad. I think she could of run another hundred miles if I asked her too!" "Well that's good. So you're alright?" "Uh-huh." "And you didn't forget anything right?" "No dad." "And did you change your underwear?" Tensai cracked a smile and sighed exasperatedly. "I haven't even been wearing the ones I have on now that long!" "Oh right... well it feels like you've been gone forever! You will change them right?" "Yes dad." This was about when Riku decided he'd better intervene. "And don't forget to brush your teeeee-hey!" Sora complained as the phone was snatched away.
Tensai chuckled but nodded, adding to his friend's answer, "Yeah so we'll be gone after that though... he is taking an awfully long time." Roxel put in that he did say he needed to shower. "Yeah but why didn't he just ask uncle Terra to...?" Tensai wondered aloud. "Oh well... but anyways yeah we'll be heading out after that!" "And where are you guys planning on going first?" Sora asked curiously. "....Ummmmmmmmmmmmm....... I... guess we should talk about that huh?" Tensai laughed.
Roxas watched her warily, unsure what kind of magic this Pokemon could work, frightened for a reason he couldn't explain. He gasped aloud though when he heard... heard his own voice in his head! It would of been hard to tell if not for the feminine tone to it, like Ven did when he used to be Venita... and the sickly feeling of something invading his head. It was the same feeling he got when Lugia or Shaymin had spoken to him; no matter how gentle they were it made his stomach sort of flip uneasily.
Taken aback by the experience and her ferocity he looked down seeing Flareon had inched close to his legs, her ears low as she whined in worry. She looked up at him, her jade eyes filled with what seemed to a prayer of help. But not for herself; for the mother. He wasn't sure he could answer it... but... If this was a dark-type... he knew one thing for sure. He had to be strong.
He shut his eyes and took a deep breath, mentally working out his nerves, before he rose his head and met his own gaze steadily. "The only thing I want from you is for you and your child to get better. Your badly injured, and your baby is sick so neither of you are going anywhere until you've healed and your child is well."
Cave ins... Cave ins were tricky. One had to be careful not to worsen the situation but had to be quick to clear the caved in area so that air could be let in. One quesiton he never really asked was 'What happened'? Knowing what caused it - whether it be natural erosion or diglets digging through - didn't matter. Pokemon were in trouble; that's what mattered.
Eskel watched Kuku as he carefully ordered Drapion among the pile, as he started to dig through their pack, finding his stylus and clipping it onto his belt, knowing he'd need it to calm the panicking Pokemon inside. He put on a small tool belt, full of tools a rescuer might need in any situation like scissors and knifes for cutting away traps, a sharpener to sharpen those tools if dulled, an emergency flash, small electric torches for light, some bits of first aid like bandages and antiseptic and other such things. He reached in further and found a strip of cloth, tying a bandanna around his neck so it could cover his mouth when they went in, knowing the dust could choke them. He got similar things for Kuku and quickly brought them over to his lover.

"Well, I think we should start from the easiest gym and head from there!" Roxel spoke proudly, feeling rather smart about his idea. Tensai figured though... that every gym leader was 'easier' than Terra. No gym leader was truly the 'easiest'. It all depended on what kind of pokemon they specialized in and what kind of pokemon/training you have as a trainer.
"Well, if I can give you one piece of advice, it would be to not get too distracted. I read in the paper a few days ago that Sinnoh might be getting a new line of Elite Four at the end of this year because of Terra. There are rumors that Terra might even become one of them." Riku pointed out wisely, seeing that he was like the only person who read the newspaper anymore! "WHAT!? T-That mean.... we might have to battle and win Terra....TWICE!?" The fire head boy cried in defeat, making Melody shiver as she slumped on his lap. "Tooor..."
The mirrored, dark eyes narrowed even more, not seeming to like the answer it got in return. "So we can become strong again and you will make us slaves!? You will capture us and push us in a little ball you want us to call HOME!?" The mirror Roxas growled, even pulling up a side of his lips to show his canines. "I am not a fool, human. I know your ways! I fled to the mountains when I escaped before, thought I would be safe but it isn't safe anywhere from you!" Its voice was full of hate and the mirror even seemed to shake with it. "I swear, when I break free from this hold, I will DESTROY YOU!"
It suddenly looked away, glancing back at the fox who was dully chewing on the toy. "I brought my baby into the world of humans. I didn't want him to grow up like this..." Suddenly, the voice became softer... and sadder. "I am a horrible mother." Before the real Roxas could say anything, the mirror shimmered blue and started to disappear from head to toe, revealing the true pokemon that it was. She slowly limped and hobbled back to the bed, her arms wrapping around the little fox before shifting him some, curling around him and had her back facing the human. Even if the blonde could no longer see the child, he could still hear a faint sound of the chew toy squeaking.
The rescuer quickly took the bandanna and wrapped it around his face, giving his partner a faint 'thank you'. By the time he was ready and pulled out his flashlight, the Drapion was waiting patiently, having made a clearing to the inside of the cave. "Great job!" The blonde called, recalling back the pokemon before the two quickly headed inside the cave. Once inside, they stepped around carefully, the light shining all over to see any potential problems. There didn't seem to be any pokemon in sight... not even Digletts. "Come on!" Kuku whispered, knowing that even his voice could cause a cave in. As quietly as possible, the two rescuers walked deeper into the dark cave, trying to find any clues on why there was an explosion inside.
The Drapion was called again when they reached another cave in site. The odd shaped pokemon quickly got to work, being careful when he discarded the rocks elsewhere. When a clearing started to appear, some Pokemon quickly flew out, including some Chinglings and a Bronzor. More rocks were pushed through and a light was shown through the gap, the rescuers easily seeing holes in the ground where the Digletts must of gotten stuck.
