At the words, the eldest vampir looked down upon the wolf once more, their gazed fixed upon each other like some kind of spell. Those beautiful amethyst eyes looked innocent and could be mistaken with happiness. The smile reflected it so that it had to be true. Of course he was happy, for he was probably given more attention on this very moment than he had experienced in a long while. Slowly, the master returned a smile that matched, for he too had not encountered someone who did not fear his presence. It was truly nice to be feared but it was better to have someone he could speak to.
After hundreds of years, life became lonely.
Kuku had not realized that slowly he was descending, being drawn by that smile in a foolish haze when he suddenly stopped, stood straight and his eyes flickered to a pearl shade as he glanced around. Something... a newborn... was in trouble. A newborn was about to die. "Potts! Watch them!" He called as she stood, glancing around the room to keep watch as Kuku left the library quickly, rushing to the front door. They swung open and he was about to make haste to site site when... the sensation stopped? What was occurring?
"AAAAH! GET OFF ME, YOU BEAST!" The blonde vampir cried as he was suddenly against the tree, his body violently trying to break free from the strong grip. His own eyes started to change to a pearl color and his fang flashed, revealing the true beast that he was. "I AM DONE WITH A PLACE! I AM WHO I AM!" He called as he was finally able to twist his wrist, snapping some bones only to free it. Quickly the bones fixed themselves and he instantly sunk his claws into the open abdomen of the wolf before he tried to reach for the pure silver pendent around his neck.
He knew that the edge of the cross could possibly pierce through the wolf's skin and--- RIIIIIIIIIIP! Half of his good shirt was ripped from his shoulders, making the hairs upon his flash stand from the chill of the night. Before his bloody claws could grasp his pendent though, his head was taken, smashed up against the tree and....
Pearl eyes went wide, slowly fading into a dull blue before a cloudy film came over it. As the wolf pulled away, the blonde fell upon the earth like a bag of leaves, his limbs landing where they did. From the force, however, a single item fell from his pocket, rolling across a large rock that was under the boy. It was easy for the brunette to spot it... as for it had been once in his own mouth. The rotten tooth.

Blood covered his teeth, the hint of iron on his tongue and dribbling down his chin like fine wine. He licked his lips, almost looking triumphant... but his eyes caught sight of something that gleamed under the stars. And slowly his eyes faded to blue as he stared upon it. His... tooth...
He had kept it? He reached down gathering it in his hand and looking at it as if it was the most peculiar thing in the world. He had tossed it away carelessly yet this Vampir... had kept it like it was a treasure. And.....
And he had just killed him.
The tooth fell to the ground as he looked at the other, shuddering on the floor like an epilepsy, and the wolf finally moved. He rushed to the river's edge and snatched up his shirt hanging from the branch, dipping it into the water and wringing it out quickly. He was at the other's side in moments, shoving him onto his back and cleaning the cut liberally. But even as the blood was wiped away it was still poisoning him.
He gave a sharp curse before pulling Ven up, ignoring how his head lolled against his chest. Even in his panic, his mind recalled a snippet of a medical text he once read and the subsection of poisons it had had. He had no way to neutralize it - there was not precisely an antidote for these things - but he could still save him.
The question was... did he want to?
He glanced at the tooth on the floor and his decision was made. His lips closed around the wound and he started to suck, filling his mouth with blood. He turned his head and spit upon the floor before doing it again, being careful of his fangs. Unlike popular believe... it was not his saliva that could kill the Vampir. His bite could because like a fierce adder snake toxin was in the sharp canines. It was the same toxin used to bite a human into a werewolf. When used against a Vampir, the toxin did not agree with them because their blood was stolen and their organs unable to shift and change. It killed the blood within.

The doors to the manor closed and the master turned, walking back to the room. The maid too a glance at him before sitting back down, her lesson continuing as Eskel was just as he was at the desk. Slowly, the blonde walked back to the desk but his hand extended towards the eldest wolf. "Come with me. We shall continue these studies in my private chamber." His voice was low and he easily took the man's hand, helping him up some only to really notice that he had some height on him. Even still, the two walked towards the door, Kuku giving the order to fill the other's cups again with something to drink.
The two headed through the manor, climbing the grand staircase before heading down a long hallways that was decorated in art of all kinds. It was at the end that one of the double doors was opened and the two went inside. It was not the first time the wolf had been inside for it was where he had slept that night. "There... sit and we shall continue." He pointed to his personal desk that held the wooden perch. "Is wine alright? Or would you prefer blood?"
One by one, blood cells started to be viciously ripped apart from the toxin that hit it. It wouldn't take long for it to kill off more and it was easy to tell it was working quickly as the skin around the bite gave the vampir a more... decaying look. The look of what he should of obtained having been awhile since his neck had been snapped. But he did not realize, as he laid and twitched on the floor, his mouth suddenly foaming from the lack of blood and his sudden hunger for blood. He did not realize he was pulled up and washed before lips returned to the bite site and was sucked upon.
Slowly though, his sight came back to him but he felt like he would be better off dead for the hunger grew so intense, his fangs growing between the hot foam as he could hear the sound of blood rushing through veins nearby. Claws gripped onto the wolf's neck, his breath harsh as the skin broke and some blood started to pearl down towards him. "D-don't spare me...." He gurgled, his whole body shaking. "Let me.... be with God...."

"Wine would be just wonderful." The other started as he sat at the desk, looking down at the new fresh piece of parchment. He picked up the pencil, already started to scratch his name out once more, thought it was harder to remember without a hand to guide him. One he started he realized he knew not how to make the k any longer.
When Kuku came to see the name was spelt out as 'EsEol Ov'.
"Shut your mouth!" The red-lipped wolf snapped before sucking out and spitting more of the blood. "You are such a fool. You always with him. Did you not here what I said not a night ago?!" He snarled before more crimson red dashed on the grass. He seemed to hardly notice how the claws ripped into him and his own poisonous life started to spill all over the forest floor.

A goblet of wine was placed to the wolf's side as he leaned over to see what the man had wrote, making him smile some. "It is not bad for the first time on your own. Practice will make it perfect though." Just as he leaned in, his hand wrapping around the others, there was a noise from the window when suddenly a large bird flew in without invitation and landed upon the perch in the table. Both looked up upon the beautiful black bird, the size was remarkable and even for a renounced dirty thing, her feathers were neatly cleaned.
"Ah, this is Arluin, Eskel. Is she familiar to you?"
After a few hours, some glasses of wine drank from bother the men in the room, quite a few scrolls were full of amateur writing. In two hours easy, the sun would raise again. "Hahahaha, have you forgotten where the head of an ass belongs?" The blonde man chuckled as he saw a crude piece of art that Eskel had doodled, the comment making the artist chuckle as well. He spoke in a drunken manner before looking up at his master once more, his smile innocent once again and laced with no care whatsoever.
And it captivated the elder vampir. "Eskel... I must say... the smile upon your face is like a diamond. Rare yet fine. I thank you for sharing it with me." Slowly a claw reached out, pressing against the man's bottom lip and ran over it gently.
An unfortunate woodland creature had come to take a sip of water from the watering hole at the wrong time. It had been snatched and prayed upon, the blood suck right from its veins and sucked dry before it was used as a pillow to prompt his killer's head up. Blue eyes were still somewhat foggy, though slowly moving around as he finally came to after fainting... or perhaps knocked out. Slowly he shifted his head, looking for any clue to where he was. What gave him a good clue was the sound of a small waterfall behind him.
His head paused as he finally found something that did not match the clearing sky over him... but a figure instead. His eyes blinked a few times, trying to clear them as they focused... onto a handsome man that after tonight would turn into a ferocious beast. "You....saved me...?"
On the other side of the city, a carriage was heading down a small hill, the two horses tired but it was the last run until morning. It was an odd request but the money was good. Odd enough for him only to drive two men of very different age to a graveyard. When the horses stopped, the door was opened and a tall, lanky man came out, his red hair puffing out from below his top hat. He turned slightly, his hand given for his riding passenger to take as he helped him out. "Await for us here, we shall not be long." The lord smiled as he looked up at the coachman before leading the blonde boy out into the field of tombstones.
Some were new as others were old, their wear obvious from the weather they had lived to see. The two ventured down towards the older part of the area, some of these so old that they had been ruined and repaired some. They both stopped as they came up to three grave in a row, the stone over them all varied. The one on the right was so ruined and tampered with that it was hard to even read what was on its face. It had been broken in half one and even had the signs that something had scratched at it. Iron slabs had pinned it back together where it had broken.
In the middle was a smaller stone, this one actually in the best condition out of the three. It was cleaned and easy to read, the weeds around it being cared for and even flowers laid upon it. In memory of Kegan Xipil Son of the noble Xipil Born and died in Stagwood Field Village, England 17xx-17xx
And next to this grave was one that wasn't tampered with at all, only worn from age and kept up like the rest.
In memory of Lord Axel Xipil Husband and Father Born and died in Stagwood Field Village, England 17xx-17xx
"Ah, there is nothing like looking upon your own grave..." The redhead grinned as he glanced at the blonde. "It is a ritual for me to take the vampir's safe night to come and pay respects to my son's grave. It is the least I can do for him now..."
In a tavern on the corner of High Pebble Glen and Zephyr Orchard, a boy opened the doors and walked in, seeing that there were very few men inside who were either at the bar, sipping on their last drinks or at their table, playing a game of cards or smoking their cigars and chatter. Some glanced at the brunette as he wandered in, seeing him glance around as if he were looking for someone. It was at that time that he found himself walking up to the tender, asking him if he had seen a fellow with rose colored hair here. "Ay, I did." The man replied, his Irish accent thick. "He stayed for a wee bit before handing me this paper, tellin me to hand it to a boy lookin fer 'im. Here, I have it on me now." He reached into his pocket before handing the brunette a small piece of paper.
Dearest Sora,
I have come in for a nice drink and some stories when another walked in with much surprise. I am not sure if he is still inside when you make it here but if so, make haste to leave as well. There is no telling what happening could come if you stay too long.
End of the bar table.
Yours, M.
Blue eyes were sure to peer up, looking at the end of the bar table and to his shock, he saw a man sitting there, weaning what seemed to be a small glass of ginger beer. He was dressed oddly among the other men, having wearing a large, worn cap that held the rest of his clothes. It was also noticeable that no one was really sitting around him. The other feature that seemed to stand out as well was his silver colored hair...

"Y-You... You are forever welcome master." Came a soft stutter, the lightest of a blush appearing upon young Eskel's cheeks. He seemed merely shy over the ordeal and words and nothing more. Or perhaps it was from the fingers caressing his lips ever so gently, making him lean closer and pucker them some, enjoying the feeling of his touch.
He seemed to of forgotten all about his poor handiwork of art, his eyes only on this man.
Arms crossed over a broad chest, the very naked man merely leaning back against a tree. He held back a flinch as his sliced skin dug into the harsh wood though the cuts were slowly healing. "I figured it would be useful to me in the end." The blonde, still dizzy from his experience, blinked in confusion.
The brunette wolf just smirked, "I believe me saving your life is good enough to repay my debt to you." That brought even more bafflement - but he was the one to cause him to nearly die in the first place. "Hmmm details." The other waved a hand as if to brush it off.
"I see....." Came a gentle murmur, Roxas staring upon the graves before looking at the red-head beside him staring at them with a peculiar almost sorrowful gaze. "Thank you for inviting me here as well Axel..." He knew it must be very hard for the man to face his past and the mistakes he was not proud of.
Though he felt like he had little right to, he clasped his hands and bowed his head, murmuring a soft, inaudible prayer for the young, dead son, hoping he had found the arms of Christ well. As he finished he murmured to the other, "Have you ever forgiven yourself Axel?"
Blue eye tentatively met green and knew the answer the moment he glanced them. "I am not one to... to step upon my bounds but a burden such as this is not one that should be carried for so long. The bond between father and son is quite strong during times of great misery. You love your son as he loved you, yes?" There was no pause or hesitation of the affirmative.
"Then is that not the ideal? We can not always be blamed for the crimes done in passion such as your anger at I last night in the heat of lust. The feeling upon you did not change... merely your mind was clouded and sick. You loved me still and that I know is what is vital. And you loved him, upon if he was not aware of it before he had been enlightened in his new life upon the plane of God. I am certain, had he been here, he would have announced to you he had forgiven you long ago."
The eldest of the triplets froze completely at the sight of the young man at the end of the table. That flash of silver... he had come to know the Dhampir very well. You had to know your enemy to avoid him. He realized that what happened in the forest - however he had spotted him - could not reoccur again.
For next time, he may not miss.
He had not caught that hint of hair color though but for few weeks ago when a jump over a fallen, rotted log had tousled his coat and the hood had fallen, giving him the sight of the moonshine hair before he had to flee from the area. He had never seen a shade quite like it on that of a person before. Not even master Kuku's quite compared.
He stood there silently for some time, the letter upon his hand burning for him to hurry and leave. His own instinct in fact screamed for him to escape, that he was in grave danger. But... his heart - not beating or not - did not feel threatened at the moment. Something was off about him.
And... there was one thing he had yet to do.
"An ale please." The brunette said to the bartender gently, the corner of his eye not leaving the sight of the silverette. The buzzing substance was made quickly from the tap, and he took it with a quiet nod of thanks and a given pound before he shifted down the bar... and sat backwards just a place down beside him. One chair was all that stood between them.
It was closer then he had ever dared be. His blood rushed a little, his body a bit tense even as he seemed relax leaning against the bar. And he knew the other knew he was there and who he was just as much as he knew who he was and who he was. They were both aware of it and though not precisely ignoring it, they were doing their best to not bring attention to it. Not in here where panic could arise.
The drink made a soft noise on the bar and was pushed across the counter to sit between the middle of them, though slightly closer to him then to Sora. He could tell from the tension in his muscles, the thudding of his heart, adrenlin was running. Not frightened, but ready of an ill movement. The brunette made sure to keep each movement slow but the eyes of the man did not raise to meet him and he was glad because for some reason he was frightened he would be burned by his gaze of hatred.
"I know you dislike me," He murmured quietly, "And I will leave shortly after this if you will like which you certainly will. I just wished... to thank you of that night of the full moon. Since that night I have been given ample chance to reunion with my brothers again and it is more than a servant as I had ever dreamed could happen. Had it not been for you, we would have been taken down by that wolf... though it was a shame it ended badly for us anyways. I'm afraid all I can offer you is a cheap drink for our three lives for the present and possibly forever as the moment you see fit we will be upon deadly terms again." He stared at the far wall, simply pondering if he must add more, before only nodding in satisfaction. "That will do for now I suppose. I shall take my leave now hunter." He pressed the bottoms of his feet against the stool, meaning to stand and escape while he still had the chance.

A feeling such as the one that the master was feeling at this very moment did not strike him very often. Sometimes he would feel an attraction towards a woman or man who was already dead upon this plane and who needed to be placed in the ground. It was only by their looks that he grew the surface attraction but this was quite possibly the first he felt it towards a living being and deeper in a sort of way. This man could quite possibly be nothing like this if his whole mind was with him.
But that was not what made the master hesitate. This sort of affection was prohibited, unheard of. A vampir and wolf? How silly... A master vampir and a common wolf... more hilarious yet.
In the back of the blonde's mind though, was a loophole that he could not deny. This wolf was but his servant. Slowly he lowered himself, this faces becoming close and that blush becoming adoring as he did so. His claw moved as he got close enough, their eyes meeting in a different way. The original color of Kuku's eyes were unknown, the color changing as time went by so it was hard to tell. But the beautiful shade of Eskel was true and reflective, full of wonder and curiosity. The connection was lost though... when their lips finally touched.
The redhead paused in his grief, slowly looking down at his new lover before giving a small smile. "Thank you, Roxas. Perhaps you are right." His eyes glanced back at the tombstones before he let out a chuckle. "I still find it amusing why our master decided to place my grave next to the family I slaughtered." But his chuckle wore as he realized the answer just as he said it. Kuku had known that Axel wronged his son and had even turned himself in from the guilt. Of course he would bury him next to his son.
"Well, come along. He should be heading home for dawn will approach in no tine." He offered his arm to his lover before they traveled back towards the carriage. It was at that time that Roxas inquired about dinner, for his body was feeling a bit sluggish. The blood was starting to decay and he needed to get replenished. "Do not worry upon that thought. I have it already planned for us."
A few minutes later, the carriage was back off down the road towards the city... though at the mount where the coachman would sit, it was but the lord himself with the reins in his hand, a wicked smile upon his face. Inside the carriage was the blonde, feasting on his dinner....
"Nnngh...." Ventus slowly sat up, shaking his head some to get the kinks out. His eyes blinked rapidly, clearing them completely before reaching for a sore on his neck. With a hiss, he pulled away, his shoulder steaming where the bite was. It was obvious that this would could not save everything. Some of the flesh was permanently dead and no amount of blood would bring it back. He slowly stood, his legs wobbly but he found his balance before standing straight. The shirt on the ground was ruined, wondering what the master would think about him going through his wardrobe so quickly. It wasn't like he didn't have the money to replace it now.
"I... thank you then." He put softly as he rubbed his bare arm, looking around slightly to see that they were still alone. That was when he spotted it; the wound he caused the other and he knew how to heal it fast. "Here... please let me." He spoke as he walked over, hearing the other growl at him which made him pause. It was obvious that the other did not wish any more of his aid. "Alright... then... may I ask you for one more favor before I retreat?" The other didn't say anything so he was sure it would be alright to ask. "Your name, what is it?"
"Sit." A strong, yet handsome voice came from the man who still did not look at his company. He did not need to for he already know and sensed who and what he was. Sora seemed to be startled, wondering why the invitation before the drink was pushed back across the table towards him. "I have no need for your thanks for I did not do it for you but for myself. I am not selfish in the way of taking praise if I had not done it for the cause. If anything, I have only made it harder on myself for one is dead and three is born. It is like a hydra in the forest."
He took of sip of his drink, still not looking at the brunette.

Though half-drunk and half-willed, Eskel was well versed it seemed in what was about to occur, his breath loudly catching as the other man drew closer and closer. Then finally he was there and it was like a beaver's dam had overflowed, a soft moan coming from Eskel's throat.
It was not too far from mating season and though he was older his drive was still rather strong, feeling the burning of desire filling his gut. Or perhaps that was the spell, his mind could not figure it not even knowing what was upon it. Even less so now he had found something easier. There was no effort to the mind to feel and caress and touch. Arms wrapping about the slim pale neck, a head tilting and a mouth opening to welcome a tongue to his own.
There was a pause in the forest, the brunette man seeming to think over his response. Yet what harm could a name do? It was not as if he could take it from him or destroy it in any way. Anything he could tell of another would not be where it counted. Only his reputation with his own pack mattered.
The words of a little Vampir would hold little sway there.
"Terra." He responded before his own nagging curiosity got to him. It was not as if he had not wondered himself. "And yours?"
"Ah, and does a man think so fair ahead when planting his crops he is helping to feed a family of rabbit? Or that those rabbits will later become a meal for a cunning fox?" Sora challenged right back. Despite his lack of knowledge of such things as his brother may of knowing - reading and writing - he was quite clever in his own ways. "Whether you live upon your own estate, as alone as the moon's lonely path, or you live about a full house of family and servants your actions will cause a reaction to another. Life is not meant to be experienced alone, that is why God created so many creatures to be about one another."
If the Dhampir was surprised at his word of divinity, he did not have chance to voice or show it precisely as the drink was pushed back ever slightly with the tips of his claws. "So whether you meant to or not, the fact remains that you did. I am not so unnoble that I will not thank it and there is little you can do about it because you can not reject a man's gratitude. It is simply something that is."

It was the arms around his neck that made the affair official. The quill was forgotten as the master leaned in more as their tongues started to move against each others. It was a pleasuring feeling that he never felt and did not understand why it was so appealing for lover to keep doing such intimate kisses. Now, he knew why. It made his old bones shiver and a shock run through his spine. He pulled away slowly, some saliva linking their lips together as their eyes looked upon one another's once more. "You are something rare, Eskel..."
The blonde pulled away completely standing up which made the wolf seem confused as he walked away. His frail body sat upon his bed, his eyes still locked onto the purple across the room. "Come hither." He ordered, making the wolf get up from his chair and make his way towards the master. When he came close enough, fast arms reached out, grabbing the shoulders of the fine coat before pulling it over Eskel's shoulder as he pulled it towards him, making the young man yelp some as he fell only for their lips to smash into each other again.
*Posting scene to The Smex Chronicles at some point*
The blonde blinked as he heard the name, it sounding feminine.... yet strong. Terra. He knew what the name mean well. Some painters called an earthy tone this name to describe it. "It is Latin... for Earth. How cunning and rather ironic." Ventus chuckled as the wolf asked him for his. It was not an answer that this Terra fellow seemed to expect as a brow rose, wondering why he was being laughed at. "Pardon me, I did not mean offense. It is just a clever thought how our names do go along with one another. I am Ventus Wilkinson; Ventus being Latin as well but meaning Wind."
There was a pause as the drink came sliding over to him, stopping by his elbow. Eyes looked at it intently as he seemed to be thinking of something. "You are much like the French one, your words ringing a meaning but nothing but babble in riddles. I was looking for a better reaction. I shouldn't expect so much. I was damned the day I came into this world.." Slowly his head turned and their eyes met, Sora's thought of a burning hatred was not fiction as the look upon the man's face was far from friendly. Though his eyes, their color, was beautiful and it was interesting to see such a handome man with such vial hate.
"Now, will you leave or drink a cup of your own? I do not fancy general company."

"I suppose it is true when they say the world is only as grand as a map makes it appear." Terra said, finally smiling some in amusement. That of the ground and that of the sky... it only further showed how different they were. "I believe it will be best for you to take your leave now. I am sure you must get some more hunting done to make up for the blood loss and dawn will approach soon."
What a peculiar response. What reaction had he been hoping for? One of anger? Before he could ponder it deeply, the eyes pulled away from the table to finally face him for the first time. The look about him sent a shiver through Sora, reminding him this man was still quite dangerous. Yet he was also young, the look in his gloriously colored eyes quite stunning. How many years must he of truly had about him? No more then six he would suppose.
"That is apparent just from the air about you." The brunette responded simply before he nodded and stood. "I hope too not be rude when I saw I must be leaving. No offense is meant but I think it'd be wise... not to be tipsy with the drink when about you. Try to have a pleasant evening hunter. I have no doubts I will see you again." And with that said, the brunette finally took his leave. It wasn't until he was partway through the forest that he realized it would of been easy to have killed him instead. A simply dart forward, the slice of his claw against his throat... The brunette shuddered. What a horrible thought.
He stumbled a bit though and like his other siblings his mouth started to water, hearing the sounds of the forest creatures around him. He supposed he'd better find some food...
He was in a bed.
That was the first thought that came to his mind as he started to stir. Though it had been a long time since he had laid his weary limbs across such a soft, comfortable surface it was not one he had ever forgotten. He was quite happy to enjoy the sheets and mattress, not minding how he had happened upon it... until he felt something hot and airy hit the back of his neck.
In an instant he realized he was not alone.
He shifted and looked back, before his eyes widened upon the sight of the man laying beside him. He would of been normal enough had he not been so instantly recognizable. The white-blonde hair and sharp fangs were all he needed to know.
Oh... whatever have I done?! Eskel jerked from the bed instantly, his mind alight with panic, and with a cry he fell from the bed. The pain it sent up his lower region sent a spark through his mind - a memory of shifting bodies and harsh, breathy cries. It was like waking after taking to the drink, having to recall every memory so sluggishly. He remembered the battle... and then this sway of his mind that led him into attacking his own leader. Then night after night he had spent his time in these walls, the ever perfect pet... and last night...
His mind ground to a halt and he realized Kuku had awoken from his noise. He shifted forms instantly, backing up on his four paws until a back leg brushed the walls and he started to snarl fiercely.

It was not likely for a vampir to wake one it had fallen asleep, especially so close to dawn. But for this certain vampir, he did not have the comforts of doing so. He was always on alert for his manor was always in danger and his children could get in harms way as well. There was also a fact that three, very dangerous enemies were upon these walls and it was not the bed moving nor the sound of a yelp close by that stirred him from his sleep... but that he knew one of the stings broke upon the three.
His eyes stared out through the slight darkness, a candle merely shedding any light. The beautiful eyes that he had looked upon not long ago had disappeared, reappearing as an ugly yellow. Slowly he rose, his naked, pale body only showing slightly from beneath his sheets. "I see you have awoken... completely, Eskel."

At the sound of his voice, embarrassing he realized his tail was curling between his legs. How could that be? How was he so utterly surmised by him!? His ears flipped back and he growled out. "Does that bother you Vampir? You no longer have I to take advantage of. It must be a tragedy for you!" His body shook with rage, his mind whirling with the realization of just how MUCH had been taken from him. Not just his mind and his sense of pride... but his body as well.
His eyes darted about quickly, doing his best not to let his eyes stray to long away from the master of the house, trying to find the best escape route. He had to flee now before his mind was overtaken yet again.

For the first time, in what could seem as centuries, the master's face dulled to that of some sadness as the wolf yapped upon him. But it faded when he realized that he was the foolish one to fall such victim to this wolf as well. "It was not only you under a spell." He spoke, is voice monotone as all feeling left his body. He could smell the fear come off of the wolf, seeing how his legs shook and his eyes darted as after as they could. It would not take him but a second to appear where the wolf was and take his life... but for his weakness, he couldn't do it.
For it was the tragedy of his dearly beloved friends that one slept in the room where the newborns were now. Their love came into each other and pure madness made the man kill his lover before taking how own life. And they said vampir could not love for they were no longer alive.
He realized that now he had to make a choice... and the choice was clear. They wolves were but prisoners and it seemed that no weaning would pull them to their side, nor was he certain that he wanted them to be. Keeping them here was only weakening his strength and take up valuable time when he could be studying or readying his own for the Full Moon. He needed to let them free. "The window. It has vines growing of which you can climb down in your human form. Go to the East gate and it shall bring you to the forest. I will have the others wait for you there and when you are far enough from my haven... I will free their minds as well."

He was not sure why he was trusting his word. Perhaps he was still slightly under the spell or maybe it was just his desperate need to escape... but his claws echoed on the wood as he walked over to the window the other indicated. He paused, knowing he would need to shift and once again be bare before the other...
He shut his eyes and sighed, the change occurring without a thought. His hands, a much darker shade then the Vampir's from being allowed to sleep in the sun all day, reached out and pushed open the shutters on the glass boundary. He gripped the edge of the sill and with some effort was able to shake it loose, easily able to see the ivy vines that had grown up along the side of the house from years of miscare. He carefully climbed over the sill and without much pause started to climb down, jumping the last few feet. He started to head to the East, the grass cold and damp under his toes.
Even still, he paused again... and then glanced back.
Somehow he did not feel surprised as he say Kuku at the window, watching him silently. Their eyes met for a few brief moments allowing them both to see the true color of them.... before the lycan shifted and took off for the gate.

When the man left his room, he slowly got out from under his covers and walked towards the window, not caring if he was in the nude. It was his manor after all, he could do as he pleased. His eyes watched the young wolf but even he was slightly shocked when the man looked back, their eyes meeting and the master's breath caught but a second... and then he was gone. A sigh ghost out from his lips as he closed his eyes, his mind concentrating on the men who were asleep in the library before. They suddenly awoke and like statues, walking from the room, out the front door and into their beastly form. They rushed towards the east gate where they met up with one of their own, only this one was still human as he closed the gates.
Soon, it was three wolves that rushed out, deep into the forest. Old eyes opened, watching them from afar before they disappeared. His arm suddenly extended and a large black crow landed upon it from her perch on his desk. "Watch over him." He commanded before pushing his arm out the window, the bird taking flight in the direction in which the wolves had traveled.
Kaakaa!
As their paws patted on the moist forest floor, two minds slowly became foggy and then... they suddenly stopped, making the third turn around. What was first noticed was that the two now had eyes of their own. "W-what has happened?" The youngest barked, the youth easy to see in his wolfish appearance. "Did we win the batte!?"
