The Tale of Seven: Kidnapped Hope

[Reno]

"Oh please." Terra said with a roll of his eyes. "Don't tell me you're falling for that romantic nonsense!"
"Oh come on Terra! Look at all the amazing things that have happened to all of us over the years!" Sora said. "How many people search there whole lives to see a legendary when we've seen two, some of us three even?!"
"Oh please right now doesn't count." Terra said. "Apparently EVERYONE and their grandmother is seeing legendaries."

"I agree with him." Aqua huffed. "Nothing 'amazing' ever happened to me unless you count my mother being a psycho bitch and my first crush nearly killing me with a gun and then a bomb." She settled down closer to Fuujin. "And the love of MY live doesn't have an Eevee coin."
Ventus muttered something how she STILL met her at the same time in the same place as the rest of them. There was also there Pokemon to consider. they were all falling for each other too!

"Speaking of which... anyone notice we're all gay?" Sora spoke up with a grin. He got a few strange looked. "What?! I think it's weird and really unlikely!"
"I... am bisexual thank you very fucking much." Terra said.
The brunette responded teasingly, "And with a man."
"Oh fuck you."
"I think you already did with my brother!"


Roxas bit his lip, his heart shuddering each time Axel shut his eyes. Don't go back to sleep! He wanted to yell, to scream. Every time he did it made him terrified... that he'd never open those eyes again.

At the question he sighed a little, struggling to answer. "The... the meadow... i-it was a pond... You f-fell in... W-We were able to pull you out but..." HE swallowed tears filling his eyes as he remembered what had only been a few hours ago. The terrible sight of his lover, laying in the snow, ice in his hair and his breathes shallow and weak as his skin started to turn blue.

"You...You didn't wake up...This lady named Firi she... she came to help us get you here... it's a little town in these mountains." He swallowed again, rubbing under his eyes. "You... you got hypothermia... you almost died Axel!"

Ven grinned as he glanced at Terra. "You're only bi because I look hot as both genders~" Terra snapped that it wasn't true but Fuu came in and teased as well. "Then how come you didn't blush when me and Aqua were naked?"
Terra had something for that too, stating that they weren't even close to being ladies.

After some squabbling, the barn went quiet again, just the sound of the fire stove crackling.
"And I did find an eevee coin..."
Everyone seemed to jump up, looking over at the silverette woman. "W-what!? Really?" Riku asked, shocked that she had. "Then how come...?"
"I didn't what to win anything because being an orphan, if you have something.... it's not really yours... and being an orphan, I didn't want to tell anyone I found it or they might steal it from me."

"So what did you do with it?" Ven asked, interested.
"Well... I went to the beach and put it into a bottle with the message it came with. I made a wish that I would grow up and find someone that would like me so I wouldn't be alone anymore... then I tossed it into the ocean."

Riku paused, his breath hitching.
That bottle... in the ocean... that had an eevee coin in it....
"MOMMY, MOMMY! Lookit whad I found!" The little boy smiled as he showed his mom a bottle that was obviously old and worn from the sea. "Well open it, darling." The woman smiled, the little boy opening it and dumping out the coin with the Eevee on it.

Ven glanced at Terra, a dull look on his face. "Still don't believe in fate?"


The redhead continued to breath slowly, becoming labored again as he stayed awake. His eyes shifted every once in awhile as he listened before shifting uneasily. "W-wha...t a...re you....t-tal...king...a-about...? No....pond....no.....moun.....t-ain...." There was a pause as his eyes slowly closed. "W-where.....a-are the.....p-pups?" He drifted of, his shaking slowly becoming controlled.

[Reno]

Terra huffed a little. "No! That's not it at all!" That's when he heard Fuujin. "Oh please, you two aren't even remotely ladies."
"Oh this coming from the guy who mistook a GUY for a girl." Aqua laughed. As the talk died down though everyone was surprised at Fuujin's next words, staring at her almost speechlessly.

Sora was a bit speechless as well, before he looked at Riku silently. Set aside the fact that the Eevee coin went from one silverette to another. If it hadn't been for Fuu... then Riku would of never returned to the mainland and they... would of never met. "I owe you a lot then Fuujin 'cause your coin found Riku." He smiled to his lover then, happy for the outcome of it all.

"Hey wait if you found a... why didn't you ever tell me that!?" Aqua asked, still a little surprise. Okay no a little didn't quite cover it.

"Uh er.... n-no?" Terra hesitantly responded. WHAT THE FUCK?! Maybe she was lying!

Surprisingly revelations or not... they all had to settle down for sleep after awhile. They still a long day ahead of them.
Only a few of them were awaken that night and for a brief amount of time, long enough to see two dogs sneaking in and going towards near the hearth of the stove to keep warm. Had Sora been more aware of things before he drifted off... he might of been more worried about how close the two were as they laid together.


"Ah... Axel...?" Roxas ventured, seeing the red-head fall asleep again. He called for him a few more times but he didn't stir again. The blonde shut his eyes and sighed, leaning forward and kissing his forehead lightly. "It's okay baby rest. I'll keep you warm." He shifted under the covers again, taking his hands in his and started to warm them once more.


The next morning, everyone was rudely reminded just how COLD it was outside. In fact, because the sun had barely made it over the trees it was several degrees colder, everyone able to see their breaths with every puff of air.

Most of them were still shivering as they sat at the table, some of them sending looks towards Axel's way where he slept. He seemed to be doing a lot better, his sleep more peaceful. The shivers weren't even visible from here and his color seemed to be back! At first glance they couldn't even see Roxas, but at a closer glance, little blonde, swirling spikes could be seen sticking out just under the covers. Gin was nearby the bed, checking over the red-head.

"Well at least he's alive." Aqua grumbled at Firi set down some more tea and gave them the good news about how Axel was going to make it as long as he didn't get sick with anything concerning.

"Well that's all dandy rainbows and all, but we still need to make a decision." Terra announced, reminding them of their conversation last night. In the corner of his eye he could see the little girl digging in one of the cabinets, pulling out boxes of cereal for them he supposed. "We came up this way to save time after all."

Speaking of decisions... "Well while you guys talk about that..." Sora said before looking at Firi. "Could I speak with you... somewhere in private?" The rescuer to be seemed surprised, but nodded leading him to her daughter's room both of them ignoring Gin's glare.

Sora settled on the small bed a little nervously, watching as Firi closed the door then turned to him with a smile, asking him what he was thinking about. "Well... yesterday morning, in the forest where we camping before we got here there was a Pokemon that um... wandered into our camp sight. We caught her but she was already pretty tame... more so then I was expecting of a wild Pokemon. I didn't have my Pokedex to check and see if she was previously owned and I was just wondering if maybe you'd heard of someone who may of lost her recently?" He reached into his bag, carefully picking out the ultra ball and hitting the button, enlarging it before he tapped it gently, and it opened, revealing the small critter with magenta colored fur.

"Ret!" The Pokemon yawned, blinking as she looked about the room. She glanced back at Sora and to his surprise jumped right into his lap, nuzzling against him. There was a bit of hesitance, before the male slowly started to pet her. "Reeeet~"
"Heh... see what I mean?"

Fuu was silent before shrugging. "I guess I was always kind of ashamed.... and a little jealous is all. I really wanted that Eevee... but I knew the other kids in the orphanage would try and take it away from me or bully it because it was mine. I didn't want people to think I threw out a perfectly good pokemon."

Riku glanced at Sora and smiled, leaning in and giving him a kiss. However, when he heard Fuu...
"I'm sorry, Fujin... I guess Bre is rightfully yours...."

There was a laugh before a soft sigh. "No... that's alright. I'm glad you got the coin or you wouldn't of met all your friends you have now. Besides, I have friends of my own... and a few days after I sent the coin to sea, I bumped into a Misdreavus who was being made fun of by other ghosts. I shooed them away and she seemed to be so happy that I helped her, she became my friend. That was when I thought my wish came true... not even realizing... that Aqua fits my wish as well until we started to go out."


"Mmnnngh..." Axel shifted as he was pushed up onto pillows, having sitting up. Roxas was still sleeping at his side as he was given his third cup of hot coffee. He couldn't hold his cup on his own, having Gin hold it for him as he swallowed it down. A little bit after, Axel fell back to sleep, not having the strength to stay awake no matter how much caffeine he took in. His shivering was minimum now... and his fever was slowly coming back to normal. His lips, ears, fingers and toes were losing their shade of blue and Firi knew that this was a great sign of recovery.

Unfortunately, when the group came back in for breakfast, Firi was embarrassed that she didn't have much food to make a large meal. That didn't seem to bother any of them and she nodded to her daughter to help fix their bowls for them as she started the tea.

Riku frowned as he looked over to where Roxas and Axel were. It was true that they could catch up easily with Moltres.... but knowing Axel, he probably wouldn't want to use her. And then again, even if Axel was starting to recover, they could be almost done with their journey by the time he reached 100%. And it would be hard to get a legendary back with minus 12 pokemon!

He sighed and shook his head. "I really don't know what to---" He paused as Sora started to talk, asking their host if he could talk to her and watched them leave. What was that all about?

Ven crossed his arms as he too looked at his brother. "Well.... too fucking bad. Change of plans---" He paused as he saw the little girl's eyes widen as she looked at him and then the man of this house politely told the blonde that there was no swearing allowed in this house.
The blonde blushed before coughing. "Oh....uh....sorry." He coughed before rubbing the back of his neck. "Change of plans. We're staying. I'm not going to leave my brother behind. He nor Axel would leave us."


In the room, the woman smiled as she closed the door. "Now what is it that you'd like to talk about, Sora?" She asked, having already done well memorizing their names.
As the brunette explained, she nodded and tilted her head some before the ball was taken out and the furret was released.
"OH!" She called, putting her hand by mouth as she watched the pink rodent. "T-that's Margret." She said softly, the look on her face looking grin like when she saw Axel's temperature for the first time.

When Sora asked, she sighed and closed her eyes. "She belonged to a boy with brown hair, much like you. He... he actually passed away two days ago...." There was a cry from the brunette, asking what had happened. "Well...." She started before looking the window. "He came down with hypothermia as well... that is why... we know how to treat it. Unfortunately... he never got the chance that Axel did. He was younger and well...his organs just couldn't stay working and he passed away withing a hour."

She looked back at Sora and the furret before a tear fell down her cheek. "His mother... she couldn't handle it and...she released all his pokemon. I begged her not to... that it wasn't right because they could die in this kind of weather but she didn't listen. I...I am so glad you found her..."

[Reno]

There were a few chuckles as the bad-mouthed blonde got told off but Terra gave an aggravated sigh at the decision but when Ven gave him a look that said 'You got something to say?!' he looked away as if he was innocent. "Alright, alright."

Aqua nodded slowly, "I do agree really... but we can't stay HERE." She waved at the area. "We'll be imposing."
"Oh I assure you, we don't mind. As long as there is to be no more swearing around my daughter." Gin reassured from were he was checking Axel's temperature once more. The movement of the covers was making Roxas' stir.


Sora looked at her in surprise at the exclamation, and the minute he heard the name he swallowed some. He thought so. Maybe that's what his purpose was... to bring this little one back home. "Who... who is she's?"

That when the horrible story started and his own eyes widened when he heard what she had to say. "W-WHAT?!" He exclaimed in surprise when he heard the boy who had owned her... had died.

At the end of the story his head bowed some, looking down at the little Pokemon sitting so obediently in his lap. He swallowed hard, a small legendary's words ringing in his head.
"I would think carefully before you make that decision.... Luck comes in many forms, little man. As does fate..... it does not heal just for you either."

Had Shaymin known?

He breathed out shakily, hugging the Furret close to his chest. "You poor dear..." Tears welled in his eyes, two silently slipping down his cheek but he smiled when Margret called in worry, sweeping away the water with the end of her tail. "Firi... would it be alright... if I kept her then? I promise to give her a good home."
"Ret...? Ret!!" The Furret said happily at this news.

Bowls were place on the table with the cereals, a few to choose from. The little girl walked to the refrigerator and opened it, taking out some jugs and walking over, placing them on the table. "This is milk from Charmbell, the local Miltank!" She smiled happily as the group started to pour their desired cereal. Ven grimaced as he heard her information. Milk.... straight from a cow's utter? That sounded... kind of gross....

The little girl looked at them all before putting her hand on her hips. "If you're gonna stay, you better help me with my chores!"


Firi smiled as she saw Sora hug the little pink pokemon, nodding as he asked the question. "Of course. She already seems to love you and just coming to me with your concern makes me trust you as a trainer. I'm sure she'll love being with you and I hope your pokemon like her too."

She looked at the closed door before looking back at Sora. "Umm.... while we're still behind closed doors... may I ask you a question?" When Sora confirmed, she started to blush a bit. "Are....Axel and Roxas.....umm.....well......together? I MEAN! They just seem so close...and I...."

[Reno]

all of the trainers glanced at each other nervously at the girl's statement, Gin chuckling from where he was. His daughter could be so forward. He hoped she'd keep such strength of mind as she grew older.

"Errr... what will... we have to do?" Terra asked curiously. It was little girl work right? It couldn't be too hard... right?!


Sora smiled at the other woman's words and nodded. "Well, I'll sure I'll find out soon! I'll have them officially welcome her today." It would he Jolteon he already knew... who he'd have to warm to the idea. But how would the others' feel?

He scratched behind Margret's ears, smiling as she lent into his touch. He glanced up at the curious question then cracked a grin. "Promise not to immediately kick us all out on our rears?" She nodded and he chuckled. "Yeah they are. Been together for years now and have been rescuing Pokemon for even longer. And before you ask the rest of us are erm... together with a same gender counterpart." He smiled fondly a dreamy look on his face. "Riku, the one with silver hair, he and I... we're going to be getting married soon."

[Rikugurl]

The girl frowned before her eyes widened, a look on her face as if she was shocked that they were agreeing. "Well... the only job I really don't like doing is feeding the Pokemon... because it takes so long and I can't play with my own... so you feed them three times a day! And they have to have the right food and amount or they'll be sick so be careful! I'll only tell you how to feed them once so you better listen." She looked over at her father, reading the little device in his hand before looking back at the group. "And since my papa is helping to, you have to do one of his chores too.... like bringing in the firewood at night!"

Who died and made her queen? Ventus grumbled but as Gin looked at him, he looked away and took a bit of his cereal.


Firi nodded as she promised but her eyes widened when Sora told her that everyone was... gay. Wow... she had never met... a gay person before! She smiled though as she heard the news. "Well... congratulations! He's a very handsome young man." She giggled as Sora started to blush.

"So... what are all you lovebirds doing up in these mountains anyway?"

[Reno]

Terra sighed some, glad it wasn't something like cleaning her room. He didn't think he could stand so much pink. Even when she added that they'd have to to one of her dad's jobs he nodded. Probably one of Firi's too. As long as it felt less like they were stealing from these people, fair enough.

"Alright," He gave the girl a surprisingly gentle smile that he usually only reserved for Ven/Venita, making everyone else look at him in surprise. Hey, he had to be around the puppies and kitties ALL YEAR (not to mention Sir Bites-a-lot!) and was usually alone. He... had a bit of gentler side to him now. "We can definitely do that for you and your daddy."

Gin chuckled but smiled, looking at the thermometer. Ah, much better. Not quit to 96, but in another day or two time it should be.
"Mmmna.... Axel... stop... stealing all the chocolate coffee..."
The man rose an eyebrow and looked down at the blonde then shook his head.


Sora grinned unable to keep his cheeks from heating. Yeah, Riku was definitely a catch~ He came back to himself when he heard the question and he smiled. "Early honeymoon?" She rose an eyebrow, not believing him.

"Well, it's a pretty long story but in short form we're just on a bunch of rescue missions. Saved some Pokemon and people in a ship wreck in Porta. Rescued some puppy Poochyena and their mama the other day from drowning in Sandgem. We heard on the news about the blizzards and were coming up here to see if Pokemon got trapped in the snow and caught this little girl on the way towards the ranges." He smiled down at Margret. It wasn't completely untrue... But he knew, from how Axel had acted with Kuku and Eskel, that he couldn't tell the real truth. "And now well... Let's just say we're ALL glad that you came when you did."


A whistle cut through the frigid air and a dog came running, tongue lolling out happily and easily followed her master's instructions to stand a little bit away towards the trees. Six other Pokeballs were clicked and opened, until a fox, a skunk, two birds, a lion and a mouse stood with her. Then six more were opened. The earth shook as a large metal Pokemon appeared, then a black fox, a hissing snake (who immediately cuddled with the skunk), a large fat sumo wrestler like Pokemon, a beautiful frozen ghost and a devious little shadow-like ghost appeared.

"Everyone!" Sora called, catching their attentions immediately. Over the years he had earned each of their respect and loyalty of the latter six, as the silver-haired man had done so with the former seven. Now, they were no longer 'his' Pokemon, but theirs. "I want you all to meet the newest member of our family!" He reached up carefully lifting up the small magenta colored Pokemon from his shoulder and setting her upon the ground. "This is Margret. She will be staying with us from now on!"

Eyes turned, and almost instantly Jolteon scoffed and looked away, spikes sticking up in fury. Sora frowned a little before straightening and smiling. "Now I know what I said and I said what I meant. I promised to find her a good home... we are that good home. I expect you all to treat her with love and care just as you do with each other!"

Watching from afar, Terra brushing some snow off the top of the woodpile, shaking his head. "You sure this is a good idea for him?" He asked Ven who was also closely watching his brother as he had his newest addition meet his Pokemon. Sora had seem so... disturbed about it. Weirdly, after he came out of that bedroom after his little 'talk' with Firi though, he seemed at peace, announcing he was keeping her. He even had the little Furret eat with him by giving her dry cereal pieces. But who was to say this tranquility would last?

There was a pause among the group of Pokemon, then the first to unsurprisingly step over was Arcanine. The dog lent down, sniffing the little ferret all over until she started to laugh. The dog smiled and licked her and then gave a big wet lick to Sora as well, congratulating him for his decision. Froslass, to no surprise, was the next to go over and meet her, saying a soft hello which Margret happily returned.

Sora's being more hesitant this time, she instead said hello to all of Riku's Pokemon, running across Metagross' metal top, being lifted up with one hand of Hariyama's and nuzzling him happily, and laughing as Sableye poked around her and gave her wide grins. It was Umbreon she made the biggest impression with, touching noses with him to share scents and making his ears, tail and fur stand on end. She seemed to giggle with a 'fu-fu-fu-fu' noise before she nuzzled him and made him run away.

To Sora's great surprise, Honeytail and Seviper were next, Honeytail actually seeming HAPPY to meet someone new. What confidence Seviper seemed to give her, she even had her tail down. "Skuun~" The skunk Pokemon said a bit shyly. She had never met Rosa, but she knew of her. It felt weird, meeting someone she had replaced.
"Ret!" The Pokemon said in a friendly way, touching noses with her as well. Unlike Umbreon, Skuntank only smiled at this greeting, giving her the customary nuzzle. With Seviper (with a warning from Honeytail to be nice) she did the same, a commonality of those in the ground egg group.

Next was Nimbus. The cloud Pokemon landed, the little ribbon like trills on her head flying gracefully. She smiled and sang softly, giving her a beautiful greeting before letting the ferret sniff about her and even climb onto her back and nuzzle herself in the soft feathery clouds of her body. The cute scene made Riku and Sora share a smile but once Furret got off and her fly off, there were only four Pokemon left, none of them making a step (or wing beat) closer. Raichu had his head turned, Luxray and Staraptor both were pouring on the intimidation, and Jolteon had his back completely turned.

"Guys...?" Sora ventured unsure, knowing they wouldn't be easy to win over. It may take a few days even to-
There was a flutter and Star came over, landing in front of rodent. Her look had not lessened one bit, feeling her master with a bit of fear she was about to attack. Furret even got down on the ground, uncertain.
"S-" He started to warn but blinked when she held out one of her... legs?
"Ret?" The furret blinked, looking up at the other. Star made a soft noise before the Pokemon understood and suddenly reached out... and shook the other's claw much like human's did in greeting. "Furret!"
The bird smiled, just a little before flying up and landing on her master's arm as it was held out. "Thank you Star." He said petting her wing before letting her fly off.

Then the next big surprise happened.
"Rai...Raaai!" "I bet... I can greet her first!' Raichu opened an eye, a wicked grin on his face. Luxray's head jerked to him. "Raaaay?! Luxray!" 'What was that?! You're on!'
"Raichi rai!" 'Better catch up then!'
The mouse sped over in a near second, rubbing her nose against his so fast he gave her a small static shock. Next thing she knew a big paw was coming over Raichu's face and shoving him back so he rolled before her nose touched with a much larger one, getting the scent of the lion.
"Rai!" Raichu jumped on Luxray's back, gripped onto his mane and smacked the lion with his tail, making him back off and shake his head. The furious shaking dislodged Raichu and he rolled on the ground again before he sat up and the two growled at each other, faces barely an inch apart.
Margret watched all this in a bit of shock before she walked over to them were they were glaring at one another of so closely and squeezed between them, nuzzling her whole body against at the same time, solving their fight. The two blinked in surprise and gave confused hello's before walking past Sora, each getting a grateful pet from him.
It would take some time yet but... they had made the first step. It was more then they could of asked for.

Sora glanced at Riku with a relieved smile before he looked across at where one last lone Pokemon sat. "Jolt?" He called. The spikes stood even further on the back and even sparked a little, a warning to stay away. He sighed but nodded, knowing it would be more tine yet before Jolteon even dared come to to greet the Furret. He'd let it be for now. He smiled down at the tan-pink and magenta-furred Pokemon. "We'll leave him be for today. He'll come around Margret."
"Eon!" Snapped the fox furious and hateful at them both. He would NEVER come around. He couldn't BELIEVE his master!!

[Rikugurl]

Red eyes looked at a note before it was placed back in a winter coat. A hand grabbed a handle for a scoop, getting a nice full cup of berries and pokeblocks in one. She walked over to a large dish and filled it up... a few times. "Arrr!" The large Arcanine called in thanks and just as he was about to lower his head in food, he saw the small indication of the female around the corner. He swayed a bit o get a better look at her and gave her a yip to grab her attention. When it worked, he lolled his tongue out happily and started to eat.

The other pokemon that were fed were a Dewgong, a Piloswine and her daughter; a Swinub, a Sealeo (who ate close to the dewgong and if Arcy saw, she would be relieved to know that they were mates.), an Ambipom and a Pachirisu.
It was also obvious that the Arcanine wasn't Firi's but probably her husband... and Fuu was a bit shocked when a Noctowl came around, looking for food but it seemed like the other pokemon greeted him... so she fed him too. If she had to guess... that was probably Firi's father's.

Ven was a bit uneasy as well when he saw Sora but as the Pokemon seemed to say hello, he started taking the fire wood from his lover. "They'll be fine~" He grinned though as his eyes strayed, looking down at a nice ass. "Hey, how about when we're done with this, we go into the barn and have a little fun~~~?"


Riku laughed as he watched Umbreon's face turn red before running away through the snow, hiding behind one of Metagross's legs. How cute!
Wait.... Ugh... now did he have to watch them too!?
He glanced at Seviper, coiling around Honeytail as she nuzzled him. If he didn't notice that he was shivering, he would of yelled at him. That was right... he was cold blooded! "Come on, seviper." Riku smiled as he called back his large pokemon, seeing Honeytail pout.

He however glanced at Sora when he saw Jolteon and nodded. "Yea, it'll all take time. I'm sure he'll warm up to Margret like he did with Haunter."


Inside, a couple was snuggling close together, sharing a cup of soup as their loyal disaster pokemon laid on the end of the bed. He never got to do this... so it was nice... and he was heating up his master's feet too!
Axel was having some trouble eating the soup, his shivers making it unsteady and sloshed it as he tried to get it to his mouth. It also didn't help that he couldn't SEE it... now that his glasses were at the bottom of the lake.

He gained his mind back, knowing what Roxas was saying as he explained what happened again. He fell into a frozen lake and almost died...
All he could do... was apologize. he had become reckless and now they were being held back from their journey...

[Reno]

Another woman with blue eyes was helping the other with filled the many food bowls. There weren't too many Pokemon... if they didn't have to worry about the Butterfree. "Ugh, how did we get roped into this again?" Oh that was right. Terra. Why did he have to agree- never mind it was her who spoke first about how they couldn't stay her and just steal the families house and home.

She glanced over when she saw another tiger dog walking into the barn, her tail swishing as Kennet called to her. Arcy wandered inside, jumping onto one of the crates nearby Kennet, just in the corner of his eyesight and laid down, grinning.

A brown eyebrow rose before a mischievous grin grew on Terra's face. Now that was a positively delicious idea. "Oh?" He lent over, nibbling on one of Ven's earlobe. "And if someone were to walk in on us...?"


"I hope you're right." Sora sighed but nodded and smiled leaning down and holding his hands out. Margret wandered over and he picked her up, the movements already becoming naturally. She was his. He let her climb up to his shoulders were she curled around them comfortably like some sort of snake, her tail curling around the front of his neck to be clasped under her paws like she was a makeshift scarf.

He pet her turning to Riku. "Well, at least they've met her. What now?"


"It's not your fault Axel. None of us had known what was there and by the time Zan even predicted it, there wasn't anything we could of done." He didn't blame the dog though. Some predictions came in a split second, and some minutes before - it all depended on the situation. And even if it predicted it, it in no way prevented it.

He swallowed some. "I just hope you can forgive me... for even thinking up the idea in the first place. If we hadn't of gone this way..." The other pointed out he HAD agreed to it all before trying to get another spoonful, most of it shaking off the spoon and back into the bowl before he even got it close to his mouth.

There was a sigh before an adoring smile came to a blonde's face, setting his own bowl down as he took Axel's. "Here, let me." The red-head complained a little blearily his own soup would get cold. "Mmm, doesn't matter. You're worth it." He spooned out some of the soup and started to feed it to the red-head in little bites.

When the last bowl was full, Fuu sighed and ran her hand over her brow. WOW! She was actually sweating!? She shook it off and looked over, seeing the Arcanine lift his bowl in his mouth after awhile and set it in front of....
"Oh..." Fuu blinked before nudging Aqua and pointed them out. "Sora's Pokemon have been really going at it huh? It's like Terra and Ven." Aqua made a comment that it was nothing like Terra and Ven, this was actually LOVE!

They left the barn, seeing said two walking towards the house with big grins. "I see what you mean..." She shook her head before another couple came walking by. "Hey, what are you two up to?"
"We thought about checking out the village." Riku explained as they stopped. "They might have some equipment that can help us get down from here when we're ready."
"Oh... sounds like a good idea." She looked up at Aqua and smiled. "Maybe we should go with them."
Aqua grimiced, probably because she knew how Sora was when he shopped for things. Unfortunately, Fujin didn't.

As they all started to walk down the shoveled road, Fuu leaned into Sora. "I think Arcy found a boy she likes."


Ven grinned as he walked towards the house with Terra. "Oh... probably just your cute ass inthe air~ Sounds like fun." He winked, running his tongue over his lips.


Axel blinked as he watched Roxas put his soup down. "Ah... bu-ut Rox-xas..?" He struggled to speak clearly but his shivers denied him that right. He pouted though when Roxas took his soup anyway... and started to feed him. "Mmmmm..." His exotic eyes closed as he enjoyed the warm liquid run down his throat and into his stomach. As Roxas lifted another, thin, cold fingers took it his wrist, making him stop and probably startled him. However, as a face came closer and lips met, the spoon dropped back down into the soup.

[Reno]

Arcy smiled and licked the dog on the nose, nibbling up the food he had given her. She didn't even know the small audience around her watching the cute scene.
"Tch, Terra and Ven are complete whores. At least Sora's Pokemon are in love." Aqua commented with a roll of her eyes. She glanced over though when her lover broke away from her to go speak with the said brunette and walked over - not looking any too happy at the idea of shopping. With Sora. They'd be in the fucking bow section forever!

"Really?!" Sora said in surprise at Fuujin's words. Well... he supposed now that eh thought about it it WAS fairly obvious. "With that other Arcanine right?" When the silverette confirmed that he smiled suddenly. "Well that's... that's great. She needed to find a mate again..."
Riku mumbled dully beside him that if SHE had pups what were they going to ride?
"Err... we'll improvise!" Sora nodded before he started to count. "So that makes: Honey, Arcy, Jolteon, Rai, Luxray and Star - oh!" He looked back at Fuu and grinned. "Star likes your Swellow. She was even wearing a flower for him."


"Oh my ass is cute eh?" Terra said with a grin, bumping his hip against Ven's before opening the door one-handedly.


Roxas smiled as he fed the other, enjoying this little activity. It felt like the first good thing he had done all week! Just as he spooned out some more though, cold fingers made him shiver and he looked up surprised. "A-" He started...

Then cold soft lips covered his own. "Mmm! ....Mmmm..." Blue eyes lidded before slowly shutting the blonde leaning into the kiss tilting his head.

"Eh-Hem!" Came a loud cough and the two broke apart some, Roxas blushing as he glanced back, seeing Terra and Ven both openly staring at them.

"Are you guys going to make this a more interesting show or should we go order pay per view?" Terra said with a grin.
"S-Shut up!" The blonde said, his cheeks bright red.

Fuu nodded when Sora asked about Kennet. "Yea, that's him." She listened as Sora started to go on about how his Pokemon were all falling in love but she stopped when she head about her Swellow. "Huh? Really?" She blinked before glancing down at her pokeball that held the bird. "That must of been why he was so happy the other day."

"You know... I hate to be a party pooper but all these pokemon falling for each other isn't a good thing. I mean... it's fine and dandy while we're traveling and all together... but what about when we're done? We're still going to settle around the world from each other. I don't want to... think about splitting mates. It's a good motivation to see each other more but we have to be a little bit realistic here..." Riku frowned as he thought about it. What if Arcy had Kennet's pups? They really don't even come this way....


Ven smiled as he walked in first. "Yea, once you look pass all the hair and pimples on it." He laughed as he was yelled out before stopping, seeing a steamy make-out session right in front of him. He blinked before Terra coughed, getting their attention and laughing as he heard his comment. "Oh leave them alone~ I'm sure Axel needs to get all fired up and heated somehow~" He teased before walking into the room where the wood was to be placed.

[Reno]

"Well..." Aqua spoke up crossing her arms. "Then I guess some decisions have to be made."
"Decisions?" Sora asked suddenly.
"You have to decide who to give up."
"E-Eh?!"
"Well come on Sora, realistically you're talking five or your Pokemon having god knows how many children every year. You and Riku couldn't even hope to afford it."
"How can you say that...?"
"I'm being realistic here."
The brunette looked away, silent for a long time. Would he...? Would he give up his Pokemon just to see them happy. Let Fuujin keep Star? Leave Arcy with Kennet? Give Luxray to Mightyena (if they ever got that far)? Would he release some of them to the wild even, to raise them naturally, if that was what the really wished?

In the end he knew what that answer was, deep in his heart.

Riku was right this wasn't a good thing. Because by the end of this journey he'd be saying goodbye to many of his very dear friends. wouldn't he?


Roxas rolled his eyes, giving a sarcastic laugh as the two set wood in the pile inside. "Haha, you're sooooo funny." He glanced back at Axel shaking his head. "Buncha children I swear,"
