Ven panted out as he laid the side his face on the hot flesh of his lover. He hardly felt the kiss but he did hear the words. "I love you too..." He said softly... but was a bit shocked that Terra continued to speak. He slowly looked up, eyes tired but he still paid attention as the brunette spoke. He gave him a weak smile, his eyelids ready to close but he kept them open by force. "You don't have to thank me for that... I'll....always be here for you..."
His eyes slowly closed before he found some strength, pulling away and slowly pulling out of his lover, making both of them groan before he collapsed next to Terra. He smiled as he felt strong arms pull him close, his own arm wrapping around a tan waist. He finally did it... and he was happy that he could make Terra feel the way Terra made him feel...
"Good night.... my love..." He whispered before slowly falling off into dream world.
In another part of the hotel, a pair of girls panted as well, almost in the same scene as Terra and Ven. A pale arm wrapped around a slightly neutral tone as silver mixed with blue. "I love you Aqua..."
Then, there was a few stories up where a hot redhead was thrusting, his words he cried only in a romantic language of Spanish. He had to thank that one mission when he was younger when he had to save a Ludicolo... and his owner only knew Spanish. He had to learn real quick to help him find his missing Pokemon!

In room 203, the brunette smiled in content as Ven snuggled close and him, drawing the blankets of them before he settled as well. Neither of them minded the sticky semen that was stuck to (or inside) their bodies more interested in just enjoying each other.
Down the hall, the blue-haired woman smiled gently, running a hand along her lover's cheek, brushing back some of the silver strands. "I love you too Fuu." She lent forward, kissing her softly. Once they broke away she kissed her nose, smiling when it made the other giggle cutely.
Up higher, lidded blue eyes looked up at his lover, shouting his name again and again as their bodies moved together. His arms drew around the thinner man, bringing him closer, as his body arched up, "AAAAH AXEL! AXEEEEEEL!"
A story above them was a very similar scene, foreign words and some of the English familiar breathing over blushing cheeks into a curved ear, making the body against his shudder. "Aaah, s-soo good! Il tres beau, Riku~" The brunette held the other's hips, guiding the other's body to move over his in the most intimate of dances.
Regardless of what each couple was doing, each story ended the same; with the two lovers curled close to one another, smiling as their dreams were sweet.
The next morning found the group of eight once again in the rescue center all of them preparing for the day ahead of them. After meeting in the lobby of the hotel, all of them knew things were much better than the day before as Aqua returned to her old, scathing, sarcastic self and Terra announced he would be coming with them after all. The sight of Ven and Terra walking close to each other, teasing each other insistently but smiling like idiots cheered up both Sora and Roxas a lot as well - it seemed they had worked out their differences.
So now here they were, all crowded in the center once more. The rescuer at the desk today was a girl named Pietra. Her hair was a dark green and pulled to a ponytail at the side of her head, and her Pokemon companion was a Sandshrew. She didn't mind the company at all, and - knowing as well who Roxas and Axel were - was happy to help them out.
"Alright, see here?" Roxas was pointing out to Axel, his hand moving down the map as they discussed what would be the best route to take. "If we cut down through Fortree and take route 120 we can probably cut off a few hours off our traveling time." The red-head shook his head, stating that the only way they could do that was by running off of route 203 to get to Pastoria City which would lead down there and they didn't exactly have time to get lost by going off the map.
"I was actually hoping..." Terra spoke up suddenly from where he sat on the couch, his devil dog laying at his feet and chewing on a rawhide bone Pietra had been nice enough to give him. The TV was on, the news playing. "We could go down to Sandgem. Just to make sure everything alright and clear out some of the Pokemon from my gym in case... well... a huge tidal wave decides to clear out the whole damn place."
"Alright! This should be good until you reach your destination right?" Pietra stated kindly to Fuujin and Aqua who were in charge of gathering some extra supplies, setting a bag of Pokefood in front of them. There were also some potions and antidotes since some of the forests they'd be traveling through were well known for poison attacks, alongside with some flints and flashlights and some extra blankets. "Yeah I think so," Aqua glanced at Fuujin who was holding a list Roxas had given them. "You wouldn't happen to have any cans of coffee though... would you?" The woman blinked before smiling. "I can go see."
"Yeah of course I remember!" Came an excited called from the phone Sora was using not far away, speaking with a blonde on the other end. "It's not everyday someone asks to borrow my Gyarados!" The brunette cracked a smile, "How is Gary?!" "Oh, he's hanging in there. He doesn't much like being cooped up in this place much but Sai won't let me go down to the ocean to let him get some exercise now that the waves have gotten so bad?" "Sai?" "Yeah, he's a friend of mine. Actually... the first trainer I ever helped err re... rehal...... ummm-" "Rehabilitize?" "YEAH! He's come a long way, and I can't wait for you guys to meet him. He's got the best little Lunatone! Hey, when you guys get here we can have a huge feast!"
At the other side of the room Riku and Ven were setting down bowls full of Pokemon food in front of Roxas' team. They were in charge of feeding all the Pokemon and they decided it would probably be easier to feed them one Pokebelt at a time particularly since Seviper and Zangoose would go at it, Raichu might start another fight, and many Pokemon were too large to even eat inside in the first place and would be a hassle if they lost them in the confusion! "Flar!" The fire fox said, her bowl licked clean already. Her tail wagged looking at the rest of the Pokemon, seeing they were still eating. She nuzzled her head against her bowl, tipping it until it laid on her head like a hat and then she walked over to Zangoose, watching him eat. "Flaaaar~" "Zan?" The tough-looking Pokemon asked, a pokeblock a few inches from his mouth. Flareon dropped her bowl beside his and whimpered. The mongoose looked at her for a few moments before sighing, picking up his bowl and letting some of his food pour into her empty bowl. She was just too cute for her own good. "FLAR!" The fox said happily, licking his face before nibbling on her extra portion. Zangoose was so nice to her! Glameow only ate half of her bowl before nudging it over to the other's and she started to clean herself, a sign she was finished. Beside her Linoone and Zan practically jumped on the bowl devouring the food, the bowl and the floor though! Huh, males. Skarmory on the other hand was perched up high, glad he didn't have to share his food with anyone.
All eight of the travelers were busy, Sora just hanging up and about to make a call to his dad, hoping he might be home, while Rku and Ven were picking up empty bowls and Aqua and Fuujin were organizing their supplies while thanking Pietra. But all discussion stopped when Terra caught something on the news, drawing him away from the conversation from the rescuers that made him quickly tell everyone to quiet down. The conversation died nearly instantly. He grabbed the remote and turned up the TV while all of them turned to look and listen.
"-appears that the Flower Garden was reported to be underwater. With us is Newton Graceland, a scientist of alternate dimensions, with more information." Said a anchorwoman, before the screen split, showing an orange haired man in a ratty red shirt. "Newton? Tell us about the Garden."
"Yes well, I had been studying some spectral signatures in that area, trying to find indications of Giratina in that area. The Shaymin are known to be friends with Giratina, as one protects the land of our world, and the other protects the reverse world. they work together to keep the two worlds in balance. While my research is still tentative about this alternate dimension, I do know that it is connected to our world and damage to one does damage to both." The man explained. "Because of the recent upsets, my fellow researcher, Zero, stated we should probably look through the garden and see if we could find any data of Giratina visiting Shaymin. We were hoping this could indicate some of the reasons of the strange behavior of our world. But imagine our surprise when we went went over the mountain and found it underwater!"
The screen dimmed before showing a man walking up a trial in front of the camera, looking back with a smile. He had white hair and golden eyes and was a few years younger than his campaign. "Come on Newt! Hurry up!" "Ah, Zero, I'm getting a little old for this." Came Newton's voice, obviously being the one to hold the camera. "Oh you use that excuse all the time." The man said before hurrying up the trial and just over the hill. He pause though and then started to call for his friend, his voice now more panicked and stricken. The camera bounced all around until the scientist reached the other's side and the camera caught sight of what was once a beautiful mountain valley. Once, because now the water levels were so high up on the mountains themseleves were half submerged and no one at all could see the bottom of the valley were the beautiful red and pink flowers once resided. "What happened?!"
The screen cut out, showing the two once more. "It was truly... horrifying." Newton said shaking his head. "What do you suppose happened?" "Well, we found out the town nearby that area was completely wiped out as well, the people who lived there just barely managing to get out in time and there are many still reported missing. No one was sure what happened - it was as if all the water just rose as once!" The man explained. "It doesn't many any logical sense at all!"
"What about the Pokemon in that area?" "Well, it seems they were able to get away as far as we could tell. And my partner got a picture on our way back of who we believe is Shaymin himself. It also appeared he was carrying some flowers with him. We were actually surprised to see him - we expected he would of traveled to Lavaridge by now." The screen cut off again, showing a zoomed in picture of a white Pokemon in the sky partially covered in clouds. The hints of a green head of air and paws could just barely be made out and the hint of some pink flowers hanging from the Pokemon's mouth.
"And now that his home is destroyed, what do you think Shaymin will do now?" "I suppose he'll try to find somewhere to replant the Gracidea flowers, as he needs them to change forms and travel the world when it needs his help. But the flowers only grow best in that area - and now that the water has completely flushed out valley it... well it doesn't look good at all! Shaymin are incredibly important to our ecosystem as they help clean out pollutants in the air as well as are excellent at promoting plantlife to regrow strongly in areas they visit. Like I said, we expected him to have traveled to Lavaridge, to start clearing out the ash and smoke from the eruption and promote trees to regrow."
The reported nodded in understanding, "Any thoughts on why he didn't?" "Yes. He knew his home was going to be destroyed, and decided not to travel out."
"So, this might not of been a natural disaster at all?" "Who knows! Legendaries are very mysterious creatures, In fact all Pokemon are. There are still so much we don't understand. We do know they sense things we can't, but how exactly they do this is uncertain. And it worries me because no doubt the Reverse world is also taking damage from this - and Giratina is not a very forgiving legendary. Once he discovers what has happened to his friend's home, Zero and I hypothesize he might come into our world, looking for the culprit who did it."
"And you mentioned before off screen that... there have been other disturbances?" "Oh yes! Just the other day I gave a call to my friend Professor Lund in the Battle Tower area. Believe this or not, he said while he and his son were studying some Sealeo in the northern ridge, they stated they saw Rayquaza flying overhead. This isn't normal behavior for him as he never leaves the O-zone unless it is to go to Sky Tower for a rest. He told me about his friend Sir Aaron, an aura keeper, who was traveling through the kingdom that holds the Tree of Life and reported several of the townspeople saying they had spotted Mew. I even heard on the news last night there had been sightings of Celebi during a forest fire in west Johto!"
"Wow! There is also the sighting of Moltres during the shipwreck in Porta Vista, and suspicions of hearing Entei near Mount Chimney. What do you think all this means?" "I'm not certain but it is certainly not a good sign. The world is lucky to spot even one legendary once a year - now we've got reports of sighting four in the past 24 hours?! It's incredible and deeply concerning. Something very unnatural must have happened to the world that has upset all of them for there to be such unrest. And if in fact some of the legendaries, like Entei, are out to try and hurt the world then it could turn out into an all out war. Then no one would be safe!"
The reported nodded, looking worried as well. "Thank you for your time Mr. Graceland. Is there anything else you'd like to add? Perhaps a warning to the world?" "All I can say is everyone down at sea level needs to evacuate immediately. Don't even bother with your things, just get away now. And whoever caused this monstrosity to happen to us all... well then may Arceus smite them."
The screen cut out, turning back to the anchorman who spoke a bit about what the just heard before turning the screen over to the weatherman. "There are still many reports of freak blizzards blocking many routes in and out of towns and trainers are being encouraged not to travel out until this strange weather passes..."
The man kept talking but the others stopped paying attention, all of them still shocked at what they had just heard. "Oh dear..." Pietra was the first to break the silence, a hand going over her mouth.

Everyone was speechless as they watched the news, frowning when they heard about both Giratina and Shaymin. They knew how Shaymin helped the world out a lot... and they must be busy but it seemed like they weren't at all. Instead, they were worried about their own home. One they knew Giratina will get involved, that was when they'd be up shit's creek without a paddle! He could cause so much disruption that his brothers would come and them.... Arceus...
All this... over a legendary baby gone missing? Their whole world as they knew it... crumbling?
Axel frowned as the tv was turned down. What about if a regular, everyday Pokemon baby went lost? There was no worlds end then.... though it being a good thing, it made Axel a hint mad. What made the legendary so special... besides being what they were. At least he knew one legendary who had a head... and that was one that was hanging off his belt as he thought.
The woman wasn't the only one to break the silence... but an angry voice coming from outside drew their attention as well. It was a voice that was deep and heavy, having a sting to it without anyone inside knowing what he was saying. They could also hear the sobbing of a woman behind him... and both seemed to be coming closer.
Everyone grew worried, hoping that they wouldn't come inside and bring more bad news but two people already knew that was going to happen... because the sound of the man sounded MUCH.... like Terra.
The door swung open and their nightmare started. It was Hatori, yelling at people to get the fuck out of the way, there was a fucking emergency... and his poor wife, Ida being pulled beside him. Ven and Terra were quick to act, even if Terra had to jump up off the couch, wincing some before they all surrounded the couple. The rescuer too was quick to respond. "What happened!?" A few cried at the same time before Hatori went about that their house and ranch were flooded about an hour ago.
Their wet clothes backed up their story.
However, Ida seemed to be crying for another reason. "One of the barns with the newborn Poochyena... THEY'RE TRAPPED INSIDE!" She sobbed against her husband who seemed not to care any. Terra knew why. Hatori never liked having the ranch of wolves...
"TRAPPED!?" Axel, Roxas and Pietra cried. The redhead and blonde were out the door in a split second while the woman ran to get some supplies before running after them as well. Ven frowned as he looked up at Ida. "What about the gym!?" "I-it's alright for now... but in another day.... oh Arceus...."
A fire horse was summoned in a spot that was large enough and the two rescuer lovers were mounted and dashing through the street.OOC: OMG IT'S HATORI! forums.khinsider.com/picture.php?albumid=1148&pictureid=9354

Roxas was quiet as he listened to the news, a little more understanding than his lover. This legendary he actually knew a lot of considering it was one of his mother's favorites. That was why they had bought Gracidea flowers for her funeral; they were very expensive flowers that showed gratitude, but they didn't live very long outside of their habitat, which was an island off of the Sinnoh region. They were also very limited about many being picked because Shaymin needed that flower to change to sky form.
By evening, he would change back into land form. And if all the flowers were gone... then Shaymin wouldn't be able to leave far from his area to help other parts of the world.
Terra shook his head as he lent back some. It was just as he feared - whether the legendaries cared or not about the child, Lugia's fury was affecting them and it was becoming a domino effect of anger and loss. While he didn't expect Shaymin or Celebi or even Mew to go attacking or hurting anyone, Rayquaza or Giratina would definitely not pause to hurt anyone. It wasn't only humans who were in danger of losing their lives and homes, it was every Pokemon in the god damn world.
Before anything could be said at all though, a yell made the brunette tense and look towards the front doors. He knew that voice...
Sure enough, to his shock and surprise, his parents came stomping through the door, his father cursing about large crowds and stupid people. It was his mother though, sobbing, that made him get up quickly and rush to his parents side, the others following him. "What happened?" The brunette asked.
"The fuck do you think happened?!" The man snapped to his son, his clothes damp and his hair a mess. "Woke up this fucking morning and half our house was fucking underwater!" But that wasn't the most worrisome thing. In an ironic twist to Axel's last thought... his mother revealed something much more disturbing. Some of the Poochyena were trapped. The three rescuers were out the door in about two seconds but the other six hesitated.
Terra grit his teeth, looking towards his dad accusingly. "Why didn't you go in and get them?!" "There just dogs Terra." The man said, his red eyes boring into him as if he was saying the same about his son. The brunette snarled, jerking forward as if he was going to hit his father - but Ven was quick hold him back. Terra ground his teeth before turning to look at his sobbing mother. "Don't worry mom we'll get them out."
Outside the horse was already speeding away. "Go Trinity!" The green haired woman called, and a three headed bird suddenly appeared in a flash of light, its tail feathers a light pink. She jumped on, "Follow that horse!"
"Errr guys? They're long gone..." Sora was saying inside, looking out at the now empty sidewalk. "Fuck, lets go!" Terra grabbed Ven's hand and tugged him out the door. They saw a flash of light before Flygon appeared, the brunette giving him a quick order before the two got on and the dragon was off into the air. But that left the rest of them with a problem... Aqua rushed out the door after them, "HEY FUCKERS, WAIT UP I THINK YOU'RE GOING TO NEED MY HELP!" It wasn't as if Steelix could move through the town. But they were already off. "UGH ARE ALL MEN IDIOTS?!" Sora, Riku and Fuujin all poured out onto the sidewalk beside her. The brunette looked at the two woman. "Just follow us, I'll have Arcy make a path."
Route 202 was fairly short. In walking distance it took an hour - while riding or flying it took about twenty. They all knew precisely when they reached Sandgem though - the land underneath became softer, enough that Axel had to pull up on Rapidash reins as her feet started to sink in the desert sand. The Dodrio Pietra was riding came up beside them, stopping as well an Arcanine and Steelix still catching up from behind. Overhead though a shadow rushed over them as Flygon continued to fly.
"Jesus..." Terra whispered, unable to even recognize half of the town. The water level had risen incredibly, the roofs and tops windows only able to be seen on two story houses. The one stories were completely underwater.
He swallowed hard, feeling that old fear creep up on him... but the Poochyena... He grit his teeth and tugged on the reins, bringing Flygon down. The insect dragon called nervously, but followed his master's lead, circling over the waterlogged town before dipping so close down to it's level that his wing beats was causing the water to ripple. They looked carefully from house to house as they flew past, trying to recognize the Tellus home. Behind him Ven called and pointed to the left - it was that one, wasn't it?! - And after getting a good look at it, Terra had Flygon fly over there. It was definitely his home.
He had the dragon settle on the roof that was thankfully still above the water though the edges of the roof were not. The brunette, shaking all over, carefully dismounted before reaching for the Pokeball on his belt. "Go Mightyena."
The brown wolf dog appeared in a flash. She looked about before blinking, barking in surprise. What was this?! "Mightyena," Terra called steadily, drawing her attention for him. "It's home." "Mi?!" She looked about, before sniffing the roof, catching hints of Hatori's scent. It was... "Some of the poochyena are trapped in one of the barns." The wolf looked up at him in panic. "I need you to find which barn. Can you?"
She hesitated before nodding. She hurried to the edge of the roof of the house before she pulled her head back and howled. Her ears perked, listening for an answer. When she didn;t receieve one she howled again. Silence.
Again. Nothing.
The more times she howled the more sick Terra felt. What if they already dro- Mightyena suddenly stood straighter, her ears perked up more. She heard something. A weak call in return. She knew that voice - it was Ulrica. She knew the wolf had been expecting... It was her first litter too... "YENA!" She jumped from the roof to one of the barns with ease. She rushed across the roof and jumped across three more before pausing on the fourth. She started to pace, whimpering in worry for one of her pack members. "There in that one!" Terra called.
Inside the barn a black and grey Mightyena opened her eyes as she heard steps on the roof, weakly raising her head from where she was curled around her litter of seven and whimpered. Their eyes were still shut and ears still pressed down on their heads - hardly a week old. But the reason she didn't get them out herself was obvious - her left back leg was badly wounded, blood matted in the fur. She hadn't seen it - some broken glass one of the other Mightyena broke when rushing out the windows.
As she was rushing back and forth from the loft to her babies she had tripped and fallen onto a large jutted piece. She had just barely managed to get the last three up here before the water level rose. She couldn't make it outside and was stuck, watching as the water got higher and higher.

Ven frowned as he got off the dragon, standing next to the golden wolf, trying to see if he could hear anything either. Unfortunately, he couldn't hear a sound. However, he blinked when the wolf jumped to another roof... then another and another. He looked back at Terra before nodding. "Empty my bag out!" He called before suddenly jumping towards the roof, unfortunately missing but easily swam to it.
"VAPOREON, GO!" Axel cried out from the distance, throwing his pokeball out and the water fox appeared. He pointed to the house that the mightyena was on and where Ven was headed. "Go in there and make sure they're ok!"
"POREON!" He called back to his master before diving into the water. He found out that this water wasn't nice and clear like he was use to. It was actually very muddy and hard to see. "Vaaa..." The mermaid pokemon swam a ways... but when he realized that he couldn't see, he gave a sigh before swimming up, surfacing before shaking his head. He looked back, seeing that he had swam out a bit but was going the wrong way. Large orb eyes looked back, shaking his head. "Va, por poreon!"
Riku grabbed a pokeball, tapping it to release an elegant maiden. "Madame, go help Ven carry the pups out!" "LAAAAAS~~" She called before quickly floating towards the wet blonde who was swimming to his third roof.
As the blonde did, he looked back to see some more water Pokemon being summoned but they seemed to have the same problem as Vaporeon. "Ugh, do I have to do everything!?" He called as he climbed up to the roof and grabbed a ball of his own, tapping it and releasing Swampert. The mud pokemon blinked, looking around at all the water. "Go down below to that barn and see if you can find a way in..." "Swaaaaaa" He nodded before diving in. Unlike the others, he could see perfectly and swam towards the broken window. He frowned as he smelt the blood in the muck before surfacing, seeing a wolf and her many pups.
Unfortunately for poor him... she started to growl and show her fangs at him. "Peeeeeert."
The only problem now was... how were they going to get the pups and mom out. They didn't want to risk having the pups drown... Axel blinked before looking at Roxas. "Rox, can you have Zangoose make a hole in the roof so they can lift them out?" The blonde seemed to nod, the mongoose being released. "Does anyone have a pokemon that can transport him over there?" "I do..." Fuu grabbed a pokeball before tapping it, a large purple bat appearing. "CRO!" The crobat flapped his wings, glancing around the area. What the hell is with this water!?
"Crobat, carry Zangoose to the roof with the mightyena." The bat didn't look any too happy but flew over to the red and white pokemon, frowning as he got on but started to fly over the water with ease.

"A-Alright!" Terra called, watching the blond as he jumped into the water and started to swim. He shook his head before going over to Flygon, taking off their two bags and started shoving Ven's stuff into his. Once he had finished that he placed them back on the dragon before getting on his back and flying over to the roof where his Mightyena and Ven were waiting.
On the new beach side, Aqua called out Golduck and Pietra called a Marill also asking for them to get in the water and check things out. But it was quick to see this strategy wouldn't work as all three couldn't see a thing under the water. Luckily, Ven solved that problem for them, releasing one of the few Pokemon who would have no trouble seeing through the muddy water.
But another problem arouse. How would they get the pups out? It was Axel who thought of the plan. Roxas called out Zangoose, the white and red Pokemon shaking his head as he appeared. Shortly after Crobat was called to help the Pokemon fly over there. "Zangoose when you get to the roof use crush claw to break a hole in the roof okay?" "Zan!" The Pokemon said in understanding before staying very still as he was lifted and flown over to the roof.
Inside the barn, the Mightyena continued to warn off the water type Pokemon, her ears falling back anytime he tried to get closer. There was a loud thump on the roof though that made her look up. "MI!" She cried in panic, lowering her head over her pups as a loud cracking noise happen close overhead and some planks of wood fell and crashed into the water. She shut her eyes as she was sprinkled with water. Her eyes opened as she saw a blonde head pop in the hole, looking about before he gave an order - something about doing it again at the left?
"Well here's a good fucking question." Said a voice very familiar to her. It was her master's pup. "How the hell will you get out once you jump down there?" She didn't hear the blonde's response because she heard another faint cry and then there was more cracking, more wood falling. The wolf whimpered some, her tail curling closer as it fell to the floor a few feet away making a loud banging noise.
"Hey- Mightyena!" She heard a rough call from the roof before a brown wolf squeezed her way through the hole and jumped down. At the sight of her the mother calmed some - she knew this wolf of course. They were sisters. Not of the same litter and strangely she was the younger one yet she already had pups which had always made her a little standoffish to the beautiful wolf. But now she couldn't be happier to see her.
The other hurriedly came over, touching noses with the other wolf before sniffing at the pups to make sure they were alright. When she came to the cut in her leg though she hesitated, before starting to lick it. "Mi!" The mother wolf yelped in pain.

Ven smiled as he saw the mongoose get flown over before the bat let him off, slapping up beside them as he watched the powerful pokemon go to work.
As Zangoose started to make the hole, the wood came down into the water... and HIT the poor Swampert. "SWAAAA!" The pokemon cried before falling back into the murky water, frowning as he watched all the pieces fall around him. When they stopped, he swam up and when he surfaced--- BAM! Another beam hit him in the head! "PEEEERT!" He cried again, this time falling all the way to the bottom of the flooded barn. His butt hit the bottom, making him shake his head and huff, some bubbles floating around him before he reached up and started to gather the larger boards.
He swam up, seeing a familiar colored wolf but decided that he should get too close. He understood how family was most important... and even friendly creatures could pose a threat if there's panic. So instead, he started to place the larger beams from the outlet the wolves were in, up through the large hole in the roof to act as a ramp.
When he was doing so, his master looked over at his mate. "See, I had it all planned. My pokemon are so smart they don't need to be told anythIIIIIIIING!" He cried as Terra pushed him down the ramp and he frowned, glaring up at his lover before walking over to the wolves. "Hey... It's alright girl." He said softly as he came close. Most of the wolves on Ida's ranch knew Ven rather well. He would always stop by after visiting Terra to give them treats and play with them for a bit. He was hoping she would remember him.
He placed his palm out first, like Roxas had showed him for the wolf to sniff him and let him close. He could see however, the spot that Terra's mightyena was licking. She was wounded. "The mom is wounded!" He called out, hearing Terra yell across the flood to the rescuers. Axel, Roxas and Pietra started to get things ready for when the mom was transferred over. They needed a wet cloth, ointment and a wrap for now. Luckily, this wolf was somewhat domesticated and wouldn't be to hard to calm down. However, Axel was glad they had a Dark type specialist with them.
Ven was able to get close enough to wrap his arms around the momma easily, hauling her up and carrying her to the hole. He handed her over to Terra before asking him for his backpack. Since he had learn this from Axel, he walked over and started to take the pups carefully... and put them all into the bag. They weren't right out of their mother... but they were young enough to all fit and hardly fuss any before carefully putting the bag of puppies on his back. "Good girl! Come on!" He said to the golden fox before going back up the ramp, the Swampert pulling himself up and following them out onto the roof.

Mightyena's ears flattened as she watched the blonde carry up her younger sister, before looking down at the pups left behind, most of them starting to whine as their mother's warmth left them. At the noises the mother squirmed trying to get back to her pups, but Ven still managed to hold onto her and give her to her master.
Mightyena sighed before laying down beside the small pups providing them with some warmth and comfort. In a pack, whether you were mother, father brother or anything inbetween, all wolves took care of one another. They fed one another, looked out for one another, cared for one another. Though she was Terra's Pokemon and was still mateless, she was still recognized as part of the pack and therefore expected to fulfill her duties as such.
And they were... kind of cute.
The wolf looked up when she heard Ven coming over, her ears falling back as she saw him stuffing the babies in a bag. Was he going to throw them in the new ocean and drown them?! She followed him up the ramp uncertainly, touching noses with Ulrica once more to calm her and let her know things were okay.
Terra looked about, wondering how the FUCK they'd get Ulrica from the roof to the 'beach' without hurting her. Maybe Metagross...? He was flat and could hover... Though he did spin... "Take the pups over to the beach first," He instructed Ven, "We're gonna have to find a better way to get her over there."

Ven nodded when he heard Terra, looking at how far the water shore was and where the rest of the team stood. Already their water pokemon had returned, seeing that they looked rather ashamed. It must of been really muddy if they couldn't see though it. Then again... it WAS a desert! "Alright." It seemed that no one else had a water ground type like Marshtomp, Swampert, Wooper, Quagsire, Barboach, Whiscash, or Gastrodon. He walked to Flygon, digging though the bag Terra had stuffed and pulled out some rope. No real adventurer left home without some rope!
He handed it over to the mud pokemon, seeing him look at it oddly. "Swampert, take this rope and the beams you found and make a raft, ok?" The pokemon looked up at him but nodded. "Peeert." "Thanks!" Ven smiled at him before getting on Flygon, his song singing loud and clear as he started to fly.
As they headed off towards the shore, the swampert got to work, grabbing the beams and jumping into the water, tying them up as Terra threw down more beams. When it looked somewhat decent, Ven landed on the other side. "Here!" He handed his bag full of pups to his identical brother and looked back over at the barn, seeing Terra gently hand the wolf over to the blue pokemon. He set her down on the raft gently before getting back into the water slowly. He swam to the rear of the raft and started to push it through the water with ease towards the group.
Ven smile as he looked up at Flygon and nodded. "Go grab Terra and we should be---"
CRRRRRRRREEEEEEAAAAAAAACK!!
A horrible sound came through the area and a horrible scream filled their ears. Wide blue eyes looked over, seeing the roof he was just on.... collapsed!? "TERRA!?" He screamed as he dashed to the water, jumping in without a care. "SWAAAA!?" The water pokemon cried as he looked back, seeing the roof go down, water spraying everywhere.
"Shit!" Riku hissed before rushing towards the water himself, pulling off his shirt and kicking off his shoes before he dove into the cold, muddy water, swimming easily after Ventus.

Terra sighed as he watched Ven fly off the dragon swooping easily through the sky towards the beach. He shifted uncomfortably, trying not to jar the young wolf's leg too much. "Miii..." She whined, laying her head on his arm, sad eyes wtaching her pups being taken away.
"Don't worry," He reassured softly, a hand petting her gently. "You'll get to see them soon. We just got to take care of that leg of yours, alright?" "Yeen..." Terra set her down gently on the rooftop, ordering his own Mightyena to watch over her before he got to work helping Swampert with the ramp. It was built quickly, the rope being tied expertly and soon enough he was handing the mother wolf down to the swamp Pokemon watching as he started to swim her towards shore.
He sighed, standing up and running a hand through his hair. His wolf came up to his side, whimpering some, and he scratched behind her ear. "She's gonna be fine I-"
He trialed off, hearing a strange noise. Something like a... crack?
Back on the beach, Aqua. Pietra and Axel recalled their water Pokemon while Ven came flying down. Roxas gently took the bag from him, being sure not to jostle it too much. "Hey Sora, Can you have Arcanine keep them warm for now?" He asked or his triplet, knowing the motherly fire dog would have no problem with the task while the rest of them handled taking care of the mother.
"Su-" Sora was just answering when they all heard it. A loud, terrible noise followed by an even more terrible one.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!"
Wide eyes all turned to look out towards the water - seeing Terra and Mightyena were now... gone. Ven was the first to react but Riku was next. "No, Terra!" Sora started to yell, rushing towards the water to follow them. "AR!" Arcanine grabbed him by his jacket, pulling him back. The brunette demanded she let go but she only whimpered, keeping him in place. Riku was the stronger and faster swimmer - he would only get in his way if he followed.
"Fllly!" Cried the dragon trying to take off but Aqua and Fuujin quickly grabbed his wings and pulled him down. "You can't go in the water stupid!" Aqua snapped to the half-ground type.
Over in the water under the barn, bubbles started to pop on the surface of the water before a head popped out brown fur dark, dripping and wet. She shook her head before looking about, "Mi?! MIII!" Her master hadn't surfaced...
"YEEEENA!!!" With training instilled in her for just this occasion, she took a breath and dived, swimming down. But she couldn't see a thing and was easily getting lost. She surfaced, barking in panic before she dived where bubbles were popping on the surface. She swum under and under... but couldn't find her master who was silently but swiftly drowning. Why wasn't he at least coming up?!
It wasn't as if the brunette hadn't been trying to. Underneath the water, having sunk far under due to his weight, he was struggling in the water his leg trapped between some of the planks in the roof that must of got caught on something else in the barn. He couldn't see what it was, but he struggled to free his leg, muffled cries of panic emitted from his throat as his lungs burned for air.
His mind was so clouded with panic, heart racing so fast, it wasn't until it was too late that he started to kick at the wood, hoping to break it with his strength but the moves were sluggish, his vision going dark around the edges. He couldn't... He... He was going too...
Oh dear Arceus please... someone... anyone...
As a last ditch effort he placed his hands over his mouth, trying to hold in what air he had left. It may of bought him a few extra seconds, but he couldn't deny his lungs of something that was so natural. He started to breathe.
Only there was no air left for him.
This time when Mightyena surfaced she turned around in circles, spotting two of Terra's friends swimming towards the barn. She opened her mouth and shot a dark beam at the wall of the barn, breaking a hole in the wall so they could get in. She started to swim around where the bubbles were slowly starting to fade... until none of them were reaching the surface as all. "YEEEEEEEEEN!!!" She howled.

"LAAAAAAAAAAS!" The ghoast nearby called as she saw everything go under, including the red and white mongoose. She dove down, scooping him up as he flailed in the water and quickly flew him back to shore. When she reached it, she could see crobat had followed her and Fuu returned him. The silverette woman rushed to the shore, cursing as she tried to think of how she could help. Steelix would of been a great help... if he wouldn't sink into the mud...
However, they had little time to think as the raft reached the shore. Axel, though panicked for Terra, rushed to the wounded mightyena. He picked her up carefully and brought her to the blankets they had set up. "Her leg..." He frowned as he saw the blood before nodding to Roxas. "Hold her and keep her calm while I clean her wound." The blonde knew what he had to do and got to work as Axel took a cloth that he had dampened from their canteens and started to clean the fur, hearing the mother's painful calls.
In the water, Ven was losing his strength, having swam and flown and carried and swam some more... and now he was swimming again. His eyes widened however as a familiar silverette passed him, and both ducked as a ball of energy whizzed by them and exploded up in the air. A hole was made though and they were worried that it might just make more of the barn fall in. They were now on a more dangerous mission.
When Riku got close enough, he took deep breaths of air a few times before taking a bigger one and dove deep under the water. He could hardly see but he swam so his hands would clear the water in front of him before he got down deeper. That was when he saw it. Terra, seaming to float loosely, his eyes closed and... bubbled escaping his mouth. He moved faster until he reached the man and grabbed his face... and whether or not he liked it, their lips latched and Riku pushed air into Terra's mouth before be pulled away and ducked down. He saw the problem, the board holding him down before shifting them and pulling Terra's leg out.
A strong hand wrapped around the muscular body before he quickly swam to the top, feeling his own lungs start to burn but they could see the sunlight through the murky water and---
"HUUUUUUUUUAAAAAAA!" Riku took a deep breath of water as they surfaced, hearing Terra cough next to him as he did as well. "TERRA!" Ven cried as he swam over but Riku was already pulling Terra towards the raft that Swampert was bring over to them. "Grab Mightyena!" The silverette called but Ven could only nod, helping the wolf swim over to the raft as well.

Roxas hesitated as Axel called for his help, his eyes worriedly darting towards the barn but another insistent call from his lover made him shove the bag of pups into his brother's hands and hurriedly follow Axel, falling to his knees at the mother's head. He held her face down some, another going to her scruff as she started to yelp a flail. "Hey! Tccc." He hissed and clenched down on a flab of skin at the back of her neck, warning her to stay still. Her tail curled under her and he knew the message was received.
Sure it seemed cruel, but with dog Pokemon it was all about being the alpha. With dark Pokemon it was all about earning their respect. With dog dark types like Poochyena, Mightyena, Umbreon, and Absol, he needed both. In this way he was both recognized as the stronger and more logical, gaining both at the same time. With other dark types it was different - Sableye for example he had to also honor their ghost type and since they were known prankstars and stealers, he either had to gather a larger hoard or pull a bigger prank to earn their respect. They really pulled at his creative strings and unfortunately, Sableye were very common to see going through the rescue center. Most ghost Pokemon were mistreated because they were misunderstood.
Sora bit his lip as he watched his own lover swim quickly, passing Ven with ease. Calling from the bag made him realize he had a job as well. He shifted some before turning around holding up the precious bundle. "Arcy, help me out." The dog barked softly, before laying down. Sora settled close by, pulling out a blanket and setting it up against her stomach before taking out the squirming, yelping pups and putting them close to his dog's stomach where warmth was radiating nicely. The minute they felt the warmth of the dog's inner fire sac they calmed immediately, the soothing warmth enough to make them doze. This was good - they wouldn't draw Mightyena's attention and make her panic. "Good girl."
Pietra, like Fuujin, wished she had a Pokemon that could help out across the water. But she didn't so she went about making sure Zangoose was alright where he was shaking off the water from his fur. Once she was sure of that, she hurried over to Axel's side, getting the ointment prepared while he cleaned the wound.
His head was spinning, his mouth filling with water as he struggled to cough it out, only each time he did more water was inhaled. Terra fell limp, everything around him starting to fade. The coldness of the water, the need to breathe, the murky brown water around him, his pokemon, his friends, his family... Ven... him...self....
Next thing he knew there was air, movement, swift swimming, water currents and finally... more air. His screaming lungs begged for it, not having quite forgotten how to work yet, and he took a breath, throwing himself into a coughing fit as he expelled the water from his body.
He heard Riku calling next to him, ordering him to do... something, and he felt his hand touch something solid. He needed no more encouragement then that, slowly scrambling up onto the dry surface, limbs shaking all over. He collapsed and continued to cough, never having been more grateful of air in his life.
Claws clicked onto the wood nearby and then suddenly a shadow fell over him, a wet hand pulling wet bangs away from his face, a soothing voice calling to him. Ven...?

Axel frowned as he continued to moisten the area, seeing that if he swept over this one part, it would open and bleed more. That meant there was something inside her flesh that was causing it to keep cutting. It was either a piece of rope or wire... or glass. He frowned as he reached into his bag, grabbing his hand sterilizer and shaking his head as Pietra leaned down to apply the ointment. "Not yet, there something embedded into her skin. I want to see if I can get it out before it gets infected."
Like any good rescuer, he had his tools with him wherever he went. He reached into his bag, taking out a pair of pliers. "Can you hold her fur down instead?" The other rescuer did as she was told, parting the wet fur so that the large cut was exposed. He leaned in closer, pulling the wound open as gently as he could, hearing Roxas say some more things as the wolf fussed but he saw a glint coming from inside. It was a piece of glass.
He leaned in closer before carefully pushing the pliers through the flesh and as slowly as possible, released the glass from it's hold and pulled it out before carefully placing it into a cup. He would depose of the glass in a safer manner when he had the chance. "Alright, she's all set." He smiled, letting Pietra take over as he started to pet the wolf, looking over to see the action by the shore.
The brown wolf was pushed onto the raft by the blonde before he got up there as well. He was thankful that one of the cool and smart contest were put together a few years back and the pokemon had to make a sturdy survival structure. His Marshtomp made a raft and his opponent's Pinsir made a tent. Ven came out to be the winner. Riku on the other hand held onto the raft as Swampert quickly swam them to shore.
"Terra...? Terra....can you hear me?" He spoke softly as he pulled the wet bangs away, seeing how pale his lover was. If it wasn't for Riku... "I'm sorry..." He whispered, sighing softly. Maybe... him and Terra... they couldn't go on the rest of the mission. Ven knew he wouldn't be strong enough if Terra fell overboard...

Roxas had to put more pressure on Mightyena's scruff as he watched Axel bending over, keeping her as immobile as possible. they didn't need her jerking around and breaking the glass. It could possibly rupture her muscles or tendons and then it'd be a whole other problem.
Luckily Ulrica kept very still only whimpering and having her leg shake a little from the stress of it all. Axel was able to get the piece out successfully, and soon Pietra was placing on the ointment and tenderly wrapping the leg up. Roxas sighed, before petting her muzzle, smiling some. "Good job girl."
Back on the raft, the man shivered some his body temperature having gone down lower thanks to nearly meeting his death. But even though his ears were clogged and his head was a whirl, he managed to hear what the other had to say. "Don't apologize..." He coughed, his voice strained and harsh from the salt water. "Idiot..."
Once they reached shore, Mightyena carefully got off the raft, shaking her body to expel the water from her fur. The wet humans meanwhile were given towels or blankets by the wet ones. They should just shake like her - it was much more effective.

It was about dusk when the band of people, full of adventurers, a gym leader, a choreographer, and a few rescuers came back to the busy city. Everyone knew Pietra rather well and knew that when she started telling people to get back and out of the way, they listened. They arrived at the rescue center, a pale woman hugging her paler looking son and taking the backpack full of poochyena. She checked every one, giving them each a kiss and nuzzle as she cried, so relieved that they were all safe.
The pups were soon reunited with their mother in a back room, and soon father as a wolf named Agwang. Luckily he had a calm nature so he made sure that he could keep his mate and pups relaxed as he sat by them. He would lick his mate's leg every once in awhile but not much, not wanting to irritate it.
When Ida made sure her pups were alright, she wrapped her arms around her son, thanking him for his bravery. Her tone seemed to have an underlying message as well... Terra and Ven picking up on it. She was proud he came over his fear of water to save them for her... but he pushed her back some, saying that he almost fucking drowned. "But... would you do it again?" She asked... and Terra could only stay silent before she pull him into another hug. She also thanked the others for all their help and they knew that they should head out again to warn the others who lived around the gym to find higher ground.
Ida let them know that she and her husband would be staying at her mother's house, Terra's grandmother's, in Celestic Town. It was terra's favorite place to go when he was a child because of the Celestic Town Historical Research Center. The only problem with that was Hatori's family and Ida's family clashed due to ancient ancestors. Their families were against one another... and the hate didn't seem to drift away. It was like the ancient rivalry between Zangoose and Seviper. However, Ida and Hatori seemed to put a stop to it by falling in love, marrying and conceiving a child. Now both family kept hush-hush when the couple were around.
The other major problem was that it was so close to the mountain where Giratina lived... and if he came down because of Shaymin...
There wasn't anywhere else they could go though, Ida's family far and few while Hatori's family refused to house Ida nor Terra. The group split and decided to walk back down to Terra's gym... with Terra and Ven being the only ones to riding. They rode Arcy, since she was warm and brought Terra back to his old self it seemed. Ven sat behind him, wrapping his arms around the man's strong waist. Since last night, he felt like he was on top of the world... and he was given a boost of confidence. If he could show Terra his love, he could do anything.... except save the man he loved from drowning...
