He pushed through the explosion and from the smoke he rose his hand slamming hard into Rina's face "DARKNESS FINGER!!!!" he screamed black energy swarming around her face completley, he was going to crush her skull!!!!

" There... has to be something..." Raine said suddenly, the girl had been quiet for some time but this was the first she had spoken. " There has to be a way... a way to bring Daddy back..."
Sakura frowned looking up " without risking our lives no... there isnt..."
" But isnt he worth that much!?" Raine shouted suddenly she was still crying
Riku turned looking at the other three silent, they were right though...
" He isnt worth it..." Kenji said suddenly sitting up most of his wounds had been healed " He is a lost cause... he... he isnt worth trying to save!!"

Rina gave a scream of both pain and fury.
But she didn;t have to suffer long, sora suddenly flashed behind raichu and rasied his glowing keyblade, plunging it into his back. the light burst within him.

Iris seemed to be ignoring the talk the others were having, her only concern her husband, After that display... maybe they shouldn't want their father back...
"Stop it all of you." Aerith whispered.

That one week would be nothing in comparison to the destruction that would follow just two months later. Homes safe havens... cities... heaven or hell no place was safe, some time within that two month period the full moon had formed in the sky. Raichu had turned into a beast that destroyed everything in its path increasing his power 100 times that of its normal power.
So in return everyone hid in a secret city underground shielded with energy that Raichu's new complete demonic form could not penetrate.
" That barrier can't hold forever... hes going to break through it one day." Josh said as he looked outwards, he was one of the few that helped for this underground safe haven, the star as they had come to call it had infected every inch of Raichu's mind body and soul. The Raichu that their family once loved was completley gone, and the chance of him coming back was very, very slim.
So now their main concern was nothing more than staying alive and hidden from his wrath... all that mattered was keeping their families alive... But Rina after losing her star had given them news that wasnt good... but it wasnt bad all in one. Raichu only had three more weeks and the star would kill him... just three weeks... how she had come into contact with that information he himself didnt know... but as long as they lasted those last three weeks Raichu would die and everyone would be alright...
His death would bring peace back to both heaven and hell...

"All we have to do is wait it out." Rina said simply walking up next to him with a shrug. "A few more weeks and it'll all be over."
"Why?! Why aren't we tryiong to help him?!" Someone suddenly spoke up, and Rina glanced backwards were the others of their family had gathered - San, Gast, Hojo and Sebastian alike.
And standing in the middle of them by the fire was none other then... Sora. The darkness that had overflowed had taken over a full week to completely run through his system - he had been deeply poisoned by it - and at some point had become paralyzed. Everyone had been pretty certain he was going to die - but Sora had always been a stubborn little bastard.
And now here he was demanding they try and SAVE Raichu. Idiot.
Rina scoffed. "that little upstart." the honestly didn;t need his 'revolutionary' ideals. She spun on her heels walking back towards the group and slipped between the others to come right in front of Sora. "You know why we not saving him? Cause plain and simple we CAN'T."
Sora scowled at her. "Why not?! We were just like him - if we can have a second chance why can't he?"
"Oh I dunno Sora maybe because he doesn;t give a damn anymore, and he's insanely powerful? What are you suggesting? We all run to him and die?"
"NO!" Sora snapped.

" There is nothing that can be done! Raichu was already unbeatable before the star and now that thing has maybe doubled his power! There is no chance of anyone saving him." Josh said suddenly shaking his head at his nephews words. " I understand the concern for your fathers loss, but nothing lasts forever..." He was in fact right though... nobody here was strong enough to challenge him...
Raine stood forward suddenly looking at the others " I... what about Holy?" she frowned uncertain if it was the best of times to bring it up. She knew the dangers of using Holy, she knew the dangers of using the Materia... it was a double edged sword, it had the power to do great good an great evil all in the same. " What if... we used it against Daddy? Maybe it could cure him...?"
" Using holy will only kill him" Josh said shaking his head, it seemed like nobody in Raichu's part of the family was thinking clearly. " Even then... I won't put your mother in any danger... not over him..."

"You ever thought of asking MY opinion on that issue Josh?" Aerith spoke up suddenly, looking up. Her eyes flashes some. "What if I wanted to put myself in danger for MY husband huh?"
Silence fell over the others and some of the others shifted uncomfortably before they glanced at her again.
"Aerith I know you love him and people do stupid stuff all the time for the people you love - but the likelyhood of holy purifying him rather then just curing him is... not really that good." Rina said slowly. "It already doesn;t like him because he;s not apart of our world what do you think it'll do if allowed to come in contact with him?"
"I...." Aerith sighed, bowing her head. Rina was right.
Sora grit his teeth, clenching his fists and suddenly he spun on his heels and walked away from the others.
Kira watched his father go, frowning some before glancing at his sisters and mother. How long were they gonna keep ignoring him?

" It's better than not doing anything at all!" Raine shouted suddenly determination in her voice " I will do it then! I will use Holy I don't care!" she was not going to give up on her father, he had never given up no either of them for anything when they were growing up! He had supported them in everything!
" Kira..." Cagali gripped onto her twins arm as the two watched their father walk off, they both knew one thing was for sure... he wasn't going to give up... their grandfather was important to everyone.
Joshu growled suddenly " Damnit nobody is doing anything! Raichu is already as good as dead! What do you people not understand we can't get into direct contact with him without dying!!!"

The next morning, when everyone had awaken for the morning mealtime - everyone learned something disturbing.
Sora was gone.
How he got past the barrier no one knew, but they all knew where he was going. After Raichu.
Sora shivered at the destruction laid town, looking around in disgust. how could his father... how could it of come to this?

" You need to stop doing the running off on your own thing, it really gets old" Ryten said a frown on his face, He had finally caught up to him, was could be so damned rash some times... he was just like their father in ways, but not technically as stupid. " You can ask for help when your planning things like this" both he and Riku had set out after Sora after they had found out he had gone off, luckily he was the first to find him before his father...
He clicked a head piece on his ear " Riku I found him... start heading my way alright?"

Riku had just gotten the transmission and sighed in relief " Sounds good... hey give him a good hit for me alright?" he said a grin on his face then looked on his radar, they weren't that far off... shouldnt take him to long to catch up at all.

" I hate dad... but I can't stand the idea of losing my best friend... but most importantly my brother..." he gave him a smile " But even so... he can't beat three of us no matter how powerful he is right?" of course it was a lie... Sora knew it and he knew it but maybe as long as they thought that way it could be possible to beat him... he offered his hand out to his brother " We always caused trouble for mom and dad as kids... and I say we cause Dad a little more trouble as adults and kick his ass...!"

" No kidding!" Riku shouted flashing behind Ryten hitting him in the back of the head " Arrogant as ever!"
Ryten growled holding the back of his head " Yea well maybe if you werent so damned slow! I wouldn't have to be!"
Riku glared right back " You really need to get over yourself Ryten! Our job was to find and help Sora mission accomplished so lets stop the arguing already!"
