The Chasers: Darkness' Fold

Tensai blinked as he was hugged and then giggled, a wide grin spreading on his face. "Sunset? Really? That's so pretty!" He hugged the other back excitedly. "You're crazy Roxel!" Then suddenly all the lights in the area dimmed and the two boys fell over as the ship suddenly took off.

Lucina smiled as she saw Xio listen attentively. Hopefully... this was going to work. "Alright! Let's go!" She took a deep breath, then started to flip the switches for hyperspeed. The lights all dimmed suddenly and the ship shook some before suddenly it blasted off through space the stars passing them by in a whirl of lights. Lucina grit her teeth as the sudden movement jarred her back a little. In the background she heard Invidia giving a yelp surprise and the little pups complaining loudly. She glanced at their coordinate time and frowned. Because connection 14 was o far away they only knew as far as Connection 9. The time was rough estimate...But she seriously hoped that it was not indeed going to take hree days to get there.

Aqua grunted a bit as the area shook, and she smacked into the wall. "Oooow..." She groaned shutting her eyes, hearing the other panicking moments later as the explosion rocked the area. She yelped at the noise the rivrations making her head feel worse and dizzier.

Then the next thing she knew she was being hauled up and carried away. She stared around the area, feeling like she was in a fog - but she did take notice that she was indeed on a ship... a ship in the AIR?

The world of Flying Ships... thats what those kids had said. Looks like she was here. When she waws let down she turned her head around to look around, the small movement painful. An escape pod...

"I didn't think so." She murmured softly when he finally answered the question.


Terra gave a cry of panic as the ship started spinning, feeling his stomach clench. "Fuck Ven I wanted to keep my dinner!!" He snapped, sliding around on deck with the ships movements. He grunted, slowly getting to his feet, seeing a horrible sight above them. The ship that had exploded had splintered in half, the top smashing down towards the ground.

But the bottom half... was falling right for them.

He grunted, unable to catch his balance and then blindly threw Quciksand up. His aim was surprsingly true and Quicksand cut through the ship, and it split in halves, falling to either side. The ship rocked as the jagged edges of the broken ship caught the sides of the ship they were on, throwing everyone to the ground. they were falling fast now.

"Fuck..." Terra grunted, struggled to grab onto the railing and looked over the edge. The ground was coming up quick... He pointed his hand down, his body glowing gold. "Sand Wave." He called and sand from the ground shot up and smashed into the bottom of the ship, thick tendrils of grain wrapping around it, hardened like stone.

And suddenly their descent stopped - the ship held up by the sand alone. So suddenly Terra nearly toppled over the side. As it was his gut smacked into the railing pretty hard and he had a perfect view of the ground that was still pretty far away. He moaned pathetically and his vision swam, then retched up his meager dinner. He groaned again slipped back onto the deck and shakily sat down, spitting the bile from his mouth.


The four Chasers cried out as the explosion rocked the ship, following Fran's instructions and hit the deck.

"Fuck forget the fucking rules we need to land NOW." Seifer snapped, scrambling from his position and running for the helm.

Roxas grunted looking up at where Rave was still hovering, seeming to get much enjoyment out of their pain. "Fucking bitch!" He snapped and pointed Oathkeeper towards her, a beam of light shooting at her.


Aqua sighed resting against the back of her seat, but then suddenly she felt Tsuami react violently within her and her eyes snapped open. She heard the man making a curious inquiry and followed his eyes to what he was looking at. Through the window she could she something terrible. A boy... sitting on a cloud of black. She hadn't missed the fight after all.

"Oh no..." She whispered in horror. Rant seemed to grin maliciously, waving good-bye mockingly before he pointed a finger towards them energy slowly collecting.

No matter how bad her head was hurting, or how sick she felt, panic still threatened to overwelm her and Aqua reacted instinctively. "Fuck!" She grabbed onto the man's arm. "Names Aqua Fairholm. Thanks for saving my life now let me return the favor!" She suddenly tugged him from the driver's seat, hearing him complain. "Just shut up and hold on!" She slammed the button for the doors to open, tugging once more on the man's arm, and jumped and protective ball of water surronding both of them.

Seconds later a beam shot through the pod and it exploded sharpnel flying through the air. The vibration of the blast shot them down faster, but the water kept them unharmed. The spell burst moments later.

Aqua spun them in the air, so that the man was behind her. Tsuami snapping in her hand. "Ha!" She threw it and it spun violently, glowing blue as it smacked into the pieces coming for them. She held her hand close to her heart and shut her eyes, concentrating all her magical energy. Water spun around them in rings and little geysers shot out, smacking away whatever Tsuami didn't catch.

Her keyblade pulsed suddenly and her eyes widened. Another keyblader was near. She looked over her shoulder seeing a ship being held up by sand far below - and three familar figures held on board. Unfortunetly they were too far away from it to land on deck. She fingered the communicator in her ear desperately.


Terra's eyes fluttered a bit as he heard another explosion unsure of where it was coming from. Then not long after he heard his communicator crackle. "...lp!"

What?

It crackled again, coming through clearly. "HELP!!!"

Terra's eyes snapped opened and he looked around. "Aqua?!" Then slowly... he looked up seeing a familar blue haired woman falling from the sky. "Oh SHIT! Ven! Fuujin!!" He snapped.

Gunnar hit and flicked switches quickly by his sister, watching the status. He only glanced to see Xio pressing the button with his one claw every so often. He was pushed back but his large claws dug into the steel floor to keep his balance.

When they were pushed into it, he looked up at the radar and growled. THREE DAYS!? There was no way they could stay in hyper mode for three days! They needed to sleep! Damnit... this wasn't going to do!
The ship was either going to explode from the pressure or... they'd run out of gas.

"DO YOU HAVE ANY BETTER IDEAS!?" He called to his sister over the sound of the blasters.

"WAAAAA!! WHEEEE!" Roxel fell over heels as he was pushed back and slammed into the wall, Tensai falling on him. He wrapped his arms around his friend and blinked, seeing Namine tumble over as well.
"ACK! WHAT ARE THEY DOING NOW!?"


Ven was pushed off his feet as the ship started to spiral down. The owner of the ship continued to bitch and moan about how horrible life was and Fuu finally relieved everyone when she punched his lights out. Ven grabbed a hold of one of the piers as they swirled around, unable to snap back at Terra for they were falling too fast he couldn't catch his breath.

However.... they all stopped suddenly and he felt a horrible pressure on his stomach, making him gag. When he gagged, he heard a putrid sound behind him. Guess Terra did loose his stomach.
He slowly slid down and panted. Damnit...
Before he could make sure everyone was ok, there was another explosion above.

He looked up, seeing yet another ship explode. Great... he was sure everyone on this world was going to love them after this...
But what caught him was the sound in his ear. Aqua...?
That was when he heard a cry from his mate and looked up with the silverette.
"AQUA!" The two cried in horror.


In the ship, the blonde was setting course to the base when his blinked, seeing the kid outside. "Wha.... what the hell!?"
That was when he felt something grab his arm... and something strong. "HEY! OW!" He was suddenly tossed back into the chair, his feet over his head. "WHOA!"
He blinked, not able to really do much.... but he didn't have to because they were free falling in a bubble of water!

He clung onto her, not really screaming but shutting his eyes tightly.
Damnit! I thought all this craziness was done and over with!
"I'M ZELL DINCHT! NICE TO MEET YOU!"
They started to fall after, making his blonde hair whip around as they fell.

Ven ran to the side of the ship and jumped onto the rail. He threw Aero Maxim out and jumped onto it, making it into that 'Wind Board'. He shout out, keeping his balance as he flew quickly towards his falling friend. It had been awhile, so his feet were a little uneasy at first.

Fuu followed, jumping onto the rail and sending one of her Chakrams out. He jumped onto it and put her other one behind her. The one behind her blasted wind and she went flying after Ven, her long, silver hair whipping around behind her.


Go and sent your blast of Light
For to me, it will never fright.
When the light came to her, she slammed her sleeve on it and it flew into the air, hitting another ship up higher. It exploded and another toothy grin was given to them.
For you see I am Dark
and my bite is worse than my bark!

She suddenly shot out towards them and to the back of the ship.
"Maybe you should stop calling her a bitch, Rox.... BECAUSE IT HASN'T BEEN HELPING ANY!" Axel cried before the ship stopped and everyone went tumbling.
Everyone blinked, looking around when suddenly they started to spin violently.
Around and around we go
Until you reach your final blow!

At the word 'blow', the ship went flying down towards another, as if Rave had chucked it... which she did.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!" Olette cried as they went shooting down at the ship that.... Terra was on?
She pressed her ear piece. "WATCH OUT FROM ABOVE!"

Axel tugged his hair but no one was moving. He growled. Figured he had to do something...
He left Roxas's side and rushed to the bow of the ship and gripped onto the edge.
The wood caught on fire.
"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING!?" A fierce voice came from behind but Axel knew it was Fran.

"SORRY! I FIGURE A HALF BURNED DOWN SHIP WILL HURT LESS THAN A FULL ONE!"
Fran's eyes widened but she frowned, quickly taking her daughter and bringing her inside.
The ship continued to burn, sweeping the bottom of the ship from the wind.

Suddenly from the side of the ship, another small flying ... motorcycle shot out, wooden boards flying everywhere. Aboard was Fran and her daughter over the handle. "JUMP ON!"
Olette blinked as she looked down below. It was going to be a tight squeeze...
She pulled Seifer and jumped off, landing on the back.
The bike groaned but continued to fly as the other jumped on.

Axel and all his grace jumped off... and missed. He grabbed the side of the bike, almost making it tip over if Fran didn't lean hard the other way. "YOU IDIOT! GET UP HERE!"
Axel scramble up the best he could, gripping onto Roxas's leg.

The bike shot down away from the ship.
Olette's eyes widened as she watched the burning ship head right towards Terra. "Oh god... please be ok...."
A hand pulled away from the handle and then another one after she knew the bike was steady. A arrow was formed and her bow was draw. She shot it out towards the ship that Terra was on... and attached to the arrow was a heavy chain.

The arrow shot through the wooden handle, able to catch Terra's attention.
He would have to free it and grab on...


Ven soared up faster, and finally reached the blue haired woman. He grabbed her around the waist, pushing the blonde man off him.
"HEEEEY!!"
The blonde cried as he was pulled away and flipped upside down... but his blue eyes caught a red one. His eyes widened as his mouth gapped.

"Chicken-wuss?" The silverette blinked as she stared at him.
o.O

He was suddenly kicked and went flying, Chakrams going after him. Fuu wrapped her arms around Ven's waist as she stood on the keyblade, looking over his shoulder to see how Aqua was doing.

Zell went flying but the Chaks went further, causing a wind to break his fall. He glided down gently until he reached the sail of a ship that wasn't destroyed yet and fell onto the wooden surface.
He blinked when he hit... and passed out.

[Reno]

Tensai whimpered a little, cuddling up against Roxel, peeking his eye to have a quick look-see. Everything was dim now, and slowly he pulled away blinking. "What's happening?"

Lucina grit her teeth and nodded. "We'll keep this speed until we make it to Connection 9! Then we'll slow it down and try to get to the rest of the way by conserving the rest of the fuel!" They didn't have any other choice. They'd never make it any other way. Of course connections 10-14 were uncharter territory. The computer culd only make guesses on how large they were. Even still they had to be registering pretty darn large to be giving them a three day notice. this trip was going to take awhile.

The battle was going to be over before they got there.


"No one ASKED your opinion Axelllll-AAAAAA!" Roxas screamed as the ship jerked and he fell over. He grunted in pain just laying their and was momentarily stunned. The ship started to spin and he fell against a railing, clinging to it for dear life as they jerked downwards towards another ship. He was pretty sure he was having an Axel moment because he could of cried right then and there. He just wanted this terrible fight to end!

Seifer yelped, tripping over his feet as the ship jerked and landed on the ground with a groan. then the shiop stated to twirl - lota helped the helm would be now.

The next few moments were completely chaotic as Axel set the ship aflame and Fran disappeared, only to reappear on a flying motorcycle of all things. Seifer only followed his wifes lead, both of them easily jumping on. He clutching onto her.

Roxas scrambled away from the burning railing with a curse, then struggled to his feet. He heard the whir of the motortcycle, and without much hesitance bending his legs and took a flying leap for it, gliding to make up for the distance. He gripped the back of Seifer's now quite tattered coat to yank himself on as well. Then the motorcycle nearly fell over when Axel tried to jump on and failed. Second later though he felt a hand close around his ankle, nearly unbalancing him. He heard Fran's shout and held out a hand, helping the redhead scramble on behind him. Wiry arms curled around him but Roxas didn't complain at the tightness this time. He was just glad Axel didn't fall to his death... again.

Seifer inclined his head at Olette's sudden terrified whisper and his eyes followed his gaze. Even from here he could see the look of growing horror making it's way onto their leader's face. "Jesus christ..." He was almost certain they'd be attending another funeral - when an arrow shot out and smacked hard into the side of the ship.


Aqua laughed hearing the blonde man's introduction. "Nice to meet you too!!" They both must be crazy, that's all there was too it. They were falling to their doom and all they could think of was telling each other their names.

However Tsuami appeared back in her hands, pulsing again and she looked around, sighing in relief at the blonde coming to their rescue. However Ven kicked Zell from her.

Okay well... at least he was there for HER rescue. She glanced back though, seeing Fuujin's chaks giving him a safe passage to another ship. She sighed in relief before slumping against Ven, her eyes sliding shut. Her body was starting to weaken and her head was suddenly making itself known again. "Can we please land before anything ELSE happens?" she murmured over the noise of whipping air.

Just as she said it she heard the horrible noise of two ships colliding and the sound of a fire roaring. Fuck, she shouldn't of said that.


Terra looked up when he heard Olette's scream in his ehar, and his eyes widened at the ship flying his way. "Fuck... fuck..." He turned, running towards were unconcious captain of the ship was. Suddenly he heard a roar and with a terrible forbidding feeling in his heart looked back, terror slamming over him as he saw the ship was suddenly on fire.

"HOLY FUCK!" He screamed. "Why?! Why couldn't I of been a fucking GRIFFIN?!" He heard the wolf inside laughing at him. "IT'S NOT FUCKING FUNNY!!!"

Terra felt panic threatening to overwelm him - when suddenly he heard something crash into the side of the ship. He looked over, seeing a chain suddenly embedded in the side of the ship like it was the fucking path to the holy grail. He saw what it was attached to and acted fast. He grabbed onto the roped the man was tied to and jumped off the side with him, gripping onto the arrow. The weight of both of them, combined with a sharp kick of legs from Terra against the ship had the wood splintering and the arrow was freed.

They swung out like a pendulum, and Terra suddenly let the man go - like Zell before him the man's body flew towards another ship, also hitting a sail and sliding all the way down. Terra sighed, hoping he was okay before gripping onto the chain with both hands and letting the motorcycle and the others do all the work.

If you fall now in this war...

Terra's eyes snapped open and he glanced over seeing the red-head flying next to him, his yellow eyes on the chain.

What did he mean four? He looked around a bit baffled - when he saw his lover in the hair, standing on his keyblade gracefully both Aqua and Fuujin hovering with him. His heart seized up, now accurately away of what the boy meant.

"I... fucking hate you." He hissed Quicksand appearing. "Get the fuck AWAY from me!" He sliced towards the heartless desperately, but Rant stayed just out of reach. He was taunting him...

[Rikugurl]

Namine frowned as she looked outside, seeing the stars wiz by. Why were they going so fast??
The door opened to the kids room and Aerith looked inside. "Is everyone alright?"

"Yes Miss Aerith, we're ok!" Roxel put his thumb up as he held Tensai close.
The woman sighed softly but smiled.
"What's going on?" Namine questioned.
Aerith blinked and tilted her head. "We're in hyper speed... We'll get to that planet the others are much quicker... though I do wish that they would of told me. I had to catch all my flowers before they all hit the floor."

Gunnar nodded but sighed. Looks like they were going to pull a three dayer... hopefully Aerith could make them food and the others could keep them awake...
Mom... dad.... please stay in there...


Axel sighed softly as he wrapped his arms around his husband tightly. Man... what else was gonna go wrong!?
"EEEE!" He gripped onto Roxas as the bike groaned more, being weighed down by something heavy. He looked down, seeing Terra and someone else dangling from below.

Fran pulled the bike up, everyone shifting as the bike roared. Some weight was lost and the bike quickly moved around and towards a forest below.
What she didn't know was that Rant was right under, taunting the leader of the Chasers.


Ven moved down towards the forest as well, nodding at Aqua's request. They needed a rest... but it seemed like neither of the twins did. In his path, the pink haired girl appeared once more.

Why are you going bye-bye
I thought you liked the sky
Put down the wind and flood
And let us play with your blood!

Ven growled as he shifted and handed Aqua to Fuu.
"Bring her someplace safe."
Fuu nodded and suddenly leaped from the keyblade, soaring down towards the forest.

The blond growled more as he stopped and flipped, pushing the keyblade up and catching it.
It started to glow a silver and a silver design flashed behind him. He pointed the keyblade at Rave, his blue eyes shinning.
"FERAL ZEPHYR!"
A stream of light shot out at her and a heavy, invisible blade started to slash at her.

Her yellow eyes widened as the blade hit her, ripping her clothes.
All you do is curse and swear
Now you don't even play fair!
She held up her dress and it looked like she was crying.
The blonde only growled as he stopped his floating, and fell straight down to the forest.

[Reno]

Tensai inclined his head at Aerith's answer and smiled ecitedly. "Yay! We'll be there soon!" Hyperspeed always got there anywhere within minutes! It was the best!

Lucina sighed, sharing a glance with her brother and smiled reassuringly. "They'll be fine until we get there..." she hoped she was telling the truth.


Hahahahahaha!

Terra grunted, twisting around on the chain, striking for Rant each time he came close. The red-head would dance around in the air as if trying to be triumphant before again coming close - a cat playing with its prey.

Terra sighed infuritated. This wasn't working! He needed some sort of long-range.... Ah. He lowered his arm suddenly, Quciksand disappeared and took a deep breath.

Rant seemed to be baffled that the game was over. He suddenly flew a little closer, grinning.

Given up so soon?

Terra didn't give him chance to finish that annoying rhyme becfore he breathed out, black fire spewing from his mouth, crashing head into Rant and throwing him back. The heartless seemed to hover before suddenly falling out of the sky - his body aflame like some insect that had gotten too close to the fire. Terra grinned in triumph, hearing the boy's scream.

AHHHHHHH!!!!


Aqua groaned softly, hearing the girl's voice. she grumbled a curse, really wishing she hadn't said anything at all. She stirred a little as she was handed off and her arms wrapped around her wife as they suddenly went flying through the air doing her best not to scream. She buried her head in the other woman's neck, shivering a little at the cold air that whipped aroudn them and fluttered their clothes. She was really sick of falling today.


Terra looked down as they got closer to the forest and when he knew it was safe, suddenly left go. Quicksand snapped back into his hand and he imbedded it into a tree, quickly stopping his descent. He jumped to a lower branch, then to the ground, his knees shaking in relieve at finally being on land once more. He looked around, hearing the motorcycle landed not too far away in a clearing, and he hurried off towards the noise.

Roxas sighed as they finally touched the ground and once the motorcycle was at a stop, the four Chasers gladly got off, glad that horrible nightmare was over with. Moments later Terra came running from the trees cover, and a wind whipped up, prompting some people to look up, seeing Fuujin and Aqua flying their way.

Terra frowned, seeing the red streaking Aqua's blue hair as Fuujin guided them into a safe landing. The trees shiftd again and the brunette glanced back, seeing his mate coming up and sighed with relief. They were all still here. That was the most satisfying part about being a leader - seeing all his teammates make it out of a fight safely.

"We're alive..." Roxas said and slipped to to ground, catching his breath. His hand found it's way back to his ribs.

"Barely." Aqua grumbled tersely, stumbling a bit on her own feet as Fuujin helped her get closer to the others.

"We need to use what time we can to heal ourseleves. They'll be back." Terra said, looking over the others with concern. A lot of them had earned lots of scraps and bruises from the fall. He looked towards the familar bunny-lady who had, long ago, worked as a slave for his father. He chuckled a bit. "Heh... sorry about dropping in on you like this Fran. Didn't have a choice."

[Rikugurl]

The bike groaned more as she circled a clearing, trying to have a steady landing. It was much easier when the extra weight was lifted off. The feeling mad everyone swallow and look down, seeing that Terra had landed safely.

They circled around a spot and landed smoothly. Fran sighed as she as she turned the bike off and gave a glance to her daughter.

Axel jumped from the back and got on his knees, kissing the grass. "AH! WE'RE ALIVE!" He nuzzled the grass a bit before he fell over, coughing as Olette used him as a stool to get down.

She looked around, smiling a bit. It was nice and cool down here... though she had no idea where she was. At least they had someone they knew who lived here. Unfortunately, her and Seifer weren't Chasers by the time the others met Fran.
She blinked though as she looked up, seeing the silverette Chaser fall down, a swift rush of wind letting her land safely on the ground with her wife.

Fuu frowned as she landed, her long hair fluttering around Aqua. She brought her lover's arm around his neck as she helped her walk towards the others. It seemed like everyone was accounted for... except for Ventus... but just as she thought that, another gust of wind came down and she looked up, seeing the blonde heading down as well.

Ventus had fallen for most of the time, the wind in his face making him relax. When he got to the treetops, Aero Maxim disappeared and a gust of wind was blown down, making his speed stop and so he could shift his body. He caught hold a tree and stopped, the branch swinging a bit from the force.
He sighed and jumped down, a little uneasy on his feet as he walked over to the rest.

Fran looked at them all after she and her daughter were off the bike. She crossed her arms as Terra started to speak but before she could say anything, something exploded.
Everyone turned their attention to the explosion. It was Fran's and the other's man ship. The fire must of hit the gunpowder.

"Aaaaahn! MAMA! Our ship!" The young girl cried as she pointed, tears in her eyes.
The Viera sighed as she shook her head and looked back at Terra. "I'll make sure I'll tell my partner what a great 'entrance' you all made. I'm sure he'll be excited to hear about it."
Her daughter cried as she wrapped her arms around her mother's thin waist, her ears flat.

Ven frowned as he stumbled next to Terra. He blinked, seeing the scene and then looked up at the fire. "Fran.... I.... We're so---"

"Don't. I know you didn't mean for this to happen... but saying sorry isn't going to bring back our ship... unfortunately. We must be thankful that everyone is alive, that's what matters most." She looked around and frowned. "These woods aren't as calm as they may appear. You should head to Old Archades."
She pointed in a direction and nodded. "You'll come to Phon Coast and just follow the path into the city. Don't bother going to Archades... they'll look the other way... Old Archades is the slums... but they are welcoming to new comers and will surely help you."

[Reno]

"Errrr..." Terra blushed embaressedly at Fran's words, hearing the explosion but knowing better then to look. He already knew what he'd see. Uh... whoops? He rubbed his arm nervously as Ven beside him struggled to apologize but the bunny-warrior would have none of it.

He sighed a bit, then nodded slowly. "I understand." He looked around at everyone, then straightened. "Alright if everyone's able to walk move out. We gotta get the hell outta here before we cause any more trouble." He nodded his head to their old friend. "Thank you for helping us. You saved a lot of our lives..." what would have happened to them if they had landed on any other world - or any other ship for that matter?

This was already becoming a disaster...

Seifer blinked then sighed, looking at Olette. "Let's go love." He said with a smirk. He nodded to Fran in gratitude, before tugging his wife off before she could get any ideas of playing with the bunny-people's ears anymore.

Roxas sighed, his head lifting as he heard Terra's orders and groaned. "Damn it." He slowly stood up, tugging on Axel's hair some to get him to stop kissing the ground. "And I kiss you with that mouth?" He asked jokingly. He looked back at Fran smiling some. "Thanks, Fran." He said sincerely, before he took off after the other Chasers, husband in tow, but he walked a little more gingerly then usually.

Aqua sighed. If she could walk. Yeah haha Terra. Like she had a fucking choice. She slowly pulled away from Fuujin, seeing the other shoot her a concerned look. "I'm okay..." She smiled at the other. She waved to Fran as a greeting - and goodbye and soon they were after the other six without a word.


Terra sighed, following the path to the city as Fran had ordered. He glanced back every once and awhile. Seifer and Olette weren't far behind. Axel and Roxas were next, though a little further because the blonde seemed to holding himself a little more carefully then the others - but if he wasn;t bitching yet he had to be somewhat okay. Fuujin and Aqua took up the rear, and were even farther away. He was worired about the water keyblader though - she was looking rather pale and shaky and was leaning against the silverette for support.

He sighed, then called back. "Yo Aqua!"

"Yo what?" she grumbled back.

"You sure you're alright?"

Aqua glared at him. "What, you offering to carry me or something?"

Terra frowned a little, looking contemplative, then, "Would you honestly let me?"

"No!" she snapped. "I should hit you with a rock for that..."

"...Mmm..." He sighed, wishing Aerith were here. Speaking of Aerith... He glanced at Ven. "How the hell are we gonna reach Sigard again anyways?"

The Viera frowned but nodded as they took leave. The girl around her waist sniffled as she watched them leave into the woods and then back up at her tall mother. "Mama, what about our ship, eh? Where we gonna live now?"
The amber eyed woman looked down and smiled softly, a rare sight to see. "You're father will think of something."


As they walked, Ven trudged along. His majick was spent and his eyes heavy. At least if they attacked again... they would be on the ground and no one would have to worry about falling to their death.

Olette kept looking back, watching Roxas hold himself. Her and Roxas were always good friends... in the digital world... but she felt the same way in the real one. "Rox?" When the blonde just waved her off, she sighed and held hands with her husband.

Axel looked down at Roxas, frowning. When did Roxas hurt his ribs? He didn't remember such a blow... but he could feel the soreness. He slowly stopped and wrapped his arms around his husband, gently picking him up. He would carry him the rest of the way.

Fuu continued to hold Aqua with her arm around her shoulders. Aqua had hit her head pretty hard... and... why was she was Zell.... and why was Zell even here!?
Damn Chicken-wuss...
She blinked when she heard Terra call back and chuckle, shaking her head. When the brunette left them along, she nuzzled her wife's face and kissed her cheek. "I love you."

Ven blinked at Terra's question and frowned, stopping so they were all able to get caught up. He looked down at his watch... seeing that it was actually.... working. He started to press some buttons and pulled up a diagram. He was happy... that the twins were too busy with them instead of finding the ship...
The diagram showed Sigurd's status.... and his eyes widened as he noticed that it was no longer on Atteris.
"Uh... it's headed here... in hyper speed."

"WHAT!?"
A cry came from behind them from both male and female parents.


After thirty minutes... which seemed like forever, they reached a beach. Everyone looked around and Ven's eyes grew a bit dark. He really... didn't like beaches anymore...
He sighed as they continued, through the warm sand that was growing a bit cold when they left it, for dusk was coming.

When they walked up the winding trail of the mountain, everyone grew a bit chilled... for all around them was.... mist?

"Mist is what my planet uses for.... everything. My people are one with the Mist... we can get Mist poisoning if we're exposed to too much of it. Humes don't have to worry any."

This must of been the mist that Fran had talked about way back when. If the world used it for everything, no wonder there was so much of it.
They slowly walked through the gates of a huge city and... not to their surprise... it was all run down.

Ven frowned as he looked at the run down homes. At least it didn't smell like Midgar...
He looked up at Terra, seeing what the leader planned on doing now.

"Wah!" Roxas cried in surprise as he was suddenly lifted. His cheeks went bright red in embaressment. "A-Axel... you don't have to!" He sighed when he wasn't placed but didn't complain. "We'll if your arms fall off just remember I warned you."

He sighed, laying in the other's arms sulkily, before he sighed and lifted his shirt some and hissed at the sight. His left side was a mess of black and blue bruises. Well that answered why it hurt so fucking much. "I... guess I hit that ship kinda hard." He mumbled to Axel, before reaching up and feeling along the tender skin to check for breaks, wincing ever so often. When he pulled away he tugged his shirt back down to hide the hideous sight and snuggled against the red-head.

Aqua sighed but her eyes brightened at the sudden affection from her wife. She looked at her, a loving smile on her face. "Love you too." She pressed her lips lightly against the other's neck. She was content just being with fuujin - knowing she was alright made her feel tons better.

Terra stopped when Ven did hearing the other tinkering with the watch but the answer he receieved was quite a surprise. He flinched at Olette and Seifer's sudden yell, chuckling softly. "Really now..." He wasn't too concerned. Gunnar and Lucina were smart kids - they'd figure it out.

Seifer gaped, jaw nearly hitting the floor. His kids were flying... the ship... in HYPERSPEED.

He didn't know whether to be pissed as all hell... or proud to the last core of his ehart.

"Heh, maybe we should get them their own ship sooner then we thought."

His leader's words snapped him out of it. "Oh hell no! Don't you even THINK about it Terra!"

"Hahahahahaha."

"It's not funny!"


Thirty minutes - and in all that tortorous time many of them were shocked that they did not get attacked by the twins. A half hour was long enough for the two to come around and find them - hell they found the amusement park in less time!

Terra sighed. Finally they hit a body of water and Aqua of course is the one who probably wouldn't make it into the second fight IF they have one. He crossed his arms as Ven gave him a look - knowing he had to make the final decisions here. If they were feeling better - and the place was much warmed he would have said they should sleep further away from the town. He didn;t want to endanger any more lifes.

He glanced back, seeing Roxas dozing against his lover, looking rather out of it - meanwhile Aqua looked ready to pass out. Should of let him fucking her stupid stubborn son of a... Terra sighed.

Staying outside was not an option at this point. Fran had said these people would help them right? "We need to find a place to rest - and a healer couldn't hurt either. We can only wait until Sigurd comes." He frowned a little. "Besides uh... I'm kinda hungry." Ven gave him a look. "What?! Thanks to SOME people's bad driving skills I threw up my dinner."

"Ugh, too much information Terra." Roxas grumbled tiredly.

The brunette merely sighed. "Sorry. Fuujin and Axel you'll stay here with Aqua and Roxas and wait for us to come back and get you." He glanced at the other two. "Olette and Seifer you two look for an inn of some kind - and try and see if they have our currency." If they didn't they were seriously screwed. "Ven and I'll go looking for some sort of healer's area. Let's try not to get lost either - so remember which directions you guys take. If anyone gets into any sort of trouble just give us a call on the communicators, okay?"

Axel didn't budge as Roxas complained. Didn't have too. Pfffft. He continued to walk until he noticed Roxas squirming and looked down. His eyes widened as he saw the horrible look of Roxas's ribs. "Oh baby..." He frowned as he studied in, feeling pain phantom through him... and the pain of just knowing his lover was hurt.

When they reached the other, the redhead blinked, hearing that the kids were taking the ship to come and rescue them. He hoped Roxel was ok... He shook his head and smiled. Roxel would be fine!

Olette blinked and shook her head, feeling a bit out of it. What... what if something went wrong? WHAT IF SIGURD WENT UP IN FLAMES AND---
She blinked more as she heard her husband and Terra start to joke and sighed. Well, there was little they could do... was hope they got here safely.

Fuu frowned at the new news but that wasn't what was concerning her now. As it grew colder, she wondered if that was natural... or if it was the twins. Her eye continue to scout around, making sure no puff of Darkness appeared anywhere.


As they continued up and came to the gate in, everyone nodded at the man's orders. Axel walked down the hill a bit to get out of the view of the city and Fuu leaned Aqua on the city wall.

Axel laid Roxas on the dry grass and laid down with him. The shirt was carefully pulled up and he hovered his hand over the wound. A warm started to press on the sore skin, soothing it gently.

Fuu knelt in front of her wife and ran her fingers through the blue hair, gently pushing it back to see the crack. It looked bad... and she knew it was from the phantom feeling of it. She leaned over, pressing her lips on the cut softly. "You'll be ok..."


Olette and her husband ventured in the opposite direction as Ven and Terra. They looked around, Olette placing her staff on her shoulders. There weren't many people out... hardly any. She blinked when she saw something though and smiled. "Hey! Look there!" She pointed to a sign that stated 'Inn' on it.
She smiled more and rushed over to it, stopping as she read the sign next to the door.

Olette huffed at the last line, remembering Fran. What was so bad about the Viera? She looked back at her husband and nodded, walking in and seeing some people at the bar. She blinked, seeing some fluffy bunny looking things... and oddly enough... it reminded her of Leon's moogle....

She walked up and looked around at the men looking at her. She swallowed a bit, looking at the bar keep. "Uh... e-excuse me?" The man looked back at her, his face all dirty but washed up the best it could be. Great... with all these people... how was she suppose to blend in when he needed to ask what currency they took. Well... from the way they were dressed... they obviously stood out... but they were pretty banged up... they were travelers from... some... other... part of the world. YEA!

"Yes?"
Olette blinked. What a funny accent. It sounded like the girl with the bunny ears. What was it....? Bonnie?
She shook her head and smiled. "Hey! Um... We're traveling from uh... the sky!" That sounded horrible.
Suddenly the whole place turned to her, angry looks on their faces. Her eyes widened and blinked. "Uh... No! No! We're not those... cruddy sky pirates!"
Everyone seemed to ease and went back to what they were doing.

"So... you don't look like no police... are you..."
"We're ship engineers!"
"Ah, I see."
Olette smiled and nodded. "Uh... it's been awhile since we've been down here... so we forgot... what kind of currency you use...?"
The bar tender blinked and frowned a bit. "We take gil of course."
Gil. Great. They left all their gil on Sigurd...
"But you must of remembered that in Old Archadia and Archadia city that knowledge is our currency."
"Knowledge?"

The man gave her a weird look again but nodded. "Knowledge here and get you more things than gil ever would. The more you know, the more powerful and rich you become."
Olette blinked and looked back at Seifer. "Uh... how about... what happened up in the sky today."
The bar tender blinked and placed the cup down he was drying. "Ya don't say? You know what happened up there?"


Ven and Terra walked the opposite way. Finding a healer wouldn't be as easy as finding a place to stay.
Ven could already feel his body become tired and his feet dragged a bit. They might have better luck in the morning...

They stopped at a few places... ones where the lights were on. Unfortunately, the first place they went into was an ammo shop... and the person who ran it... wasn't human... but some thing that neither Terra nor Ven had ever seen before. It was like... a giant lizard. His English was poor... and he didn't seem to understand what a healer was.

So they left.
At the next shop, was an item shop... and the man there was too busy trying to sell them potions instead of directing them to a healer.

The last place they checked was a larger. An armory.
Some men was looking around at the armor and few weapons the place carried. At the desk stood a man and another one of those lizard creatures. Ok... so these lizard things were more welcomed here than a more human looking person with rabbit ears?

They walked up to counter and Ven frowned. "Could you point us to a healer?"
"A healer?"
"Yea."
"It'll cost ya."
The blonde grunted as he crossed his arms. Typical slums...
"Yea? Well what do you want? How much?"
"How much?" The man and lizard laughed. "Where have you been? The woods too long? We don't want any of that gil! The people of Archadia use knowledge as a way to pay."
Ven rose an eyebrow. Knowledge.
"So... what do you want to know? Our names or something?"
"Bah! What good will that do for me? You'll be leaving the minute I tell you where the healer is! I need something more worthy. How about... any knowledge about all that noise that was over the city just awhile ago?"

"The ships crashing?"
Everyone stopped and looked at the blonde and brunette.
Ven blinked and looked around, seeing all eyes on him. Uh...

[Reno]

Roxas tensed, wincing slightly as Axel placed his hand down, but slowly the muscles relaxed as the warmth spread over him. "Nnnn..... Mmm..." He hummed, sighing out happily as the pain seemed to melt away. "Feels good Ax..." He murmured softly, smiling up at the red-head.

Aqua filnched a little as Fuujin took a look at the wound but the soft kiss made her smile. "I know." she murmured back tiredly. "I've had worse bumps to the head I'm sure..." She smiled, before reached up, catching on of Fuujins wrists and tugging her softly towards her good side, shifting closer to share body heat and leaning her head on the woman's shoulder. Her eyes fluttered closed and she sighed tiredly. She reached down blindly her hand running across Fuujin's side before she found her arm, fingers trailing over the skin until they found a hand, and she intertwined her fingers with the other's.


Seifer sighed but stopped as they found the inn. "Well that was... surprisingly easy." He paused when Olette did, reading the sign as well, then chuckled softly at the look on Olette's face. She had always been like that. she always stuck up for people who were treated unfairly or 'stuck up for the weak' - which probably why those chickenwusses Hayner and Pence and Roxas were all such good friends with her. Buncha weaklings really.

But he still kinda... admired that quality in a weird way - admired it to the point that it annoyed the fuck outta him when he was a kid. Of course the other much bigger reason was just simply 'cause they all had parents and he didn't but you know whatever.

He followed his wife inside, looking around mistrustfully at all the people around, his look somewhat haughty. He was falling into that old 'I'm alot better then you' routine that his wife hated so much. He did however see the moogles as well and for a moment he was oddly reminded of a deceased brunette who would have been hyperily running around the bar to talk and pet each one, dragging his poor silver-haired husband behind him, dusregarding that by that time they'd both be near or in their 40s.

Heh, lucky for Riku they were dead.

He stepped up next to his wife crossing his arms a bit. when he was a younger Chaser he remembered always getting so damned protective of Olette when it came to 'meeting' other guys in other worlds and he had well... beaten up quite a few for looking at her the wrong way. Heh Terra would always break a vein yelling at him about it... and then Olette would huff and ignore him for awhile - but you know he thought it was worth it back then. Ah young love...

He was proud to say he'd mellowed out quite a lot since then.

He glared at the man threateningly. Okay sort of.

He let Olette talk to the other - she was always better at that. However all little problems beside, once they figured out their currency could be... well knowledge heh he smiled. He nodded to Olette's solution. "Yes we sure DO know what happened out there - but you never believe us if we told you."

Suddenly everyone in the tavern was acting rather curious as well. It seemed weird stories had some merit ehere too - then again it didn't get much weirder then people with bunny ears. "Well you know, some idiot kids were playing with some magic on another ship-" Well that wasn't a COMPLETE lie, but the REAL truth would get them kicked out rather fast no? "And well one of their spells went a little to far and smacked into the engine of another ship. The engine exploded and obviously the ship fell. Some of the pieces that blew off smacked into the ship right underneath it and blew out the motor and some of the sharpnel caught some Viera-owned ship nearby" Sorry Fran, "And it caught fire. By the end of it all, all three ships lost control, collided and hit the ground. Real shame really, how many died and it hurt two of our crew too!"


Terra sighed as he and Ven took off for their mission. He knew the blonde was weary - so was he. After all he fell a total of four times in one day, lost his dinner, had a ship that was on fucking fire come at him, had Axel screaming in his ear, and nearly died like twenty other times besides - and damn it this was just making him realize how out-matched they were really were. And by a couple of KIDS!

God if he ever hated his life more then right now...

But he was still the leader and until his legs were physically cut OFF he would never stop looking out for his teammates. Or pack as his wolf side liked to call them. Heh... besides head wounds and rib injuries were nothing to mess around with. Ven should already know the first one pretty well.

Of course their search ended up to be pretty interesting...

The ammo shop.
"Healer. A he-al-er." Terra said slowly. "Understand?" All he got was some garbled words and mixed-up english. He shared a look with Ven. "Let's go." He grumbled.

The item shop.
"Just tell us where the fucking healer is!" Ven snapped.
"You want potion?"
"No I want a HEALER."
"Well you know if you buy a potion I'll give you a hint of where they are."
"Someone has to be REAL stupid to fall for that." Ven grumbled before stomping out of the shop, Terra in tow.

And now they were at an armory shop - trying once more. And this time they were mildly successful. Knowledge was their gil eh? Heh, how stupid - but hey he didn't complain.

Once he saw Ven's introdution turned everyone's attention on them, he grinned. Cha-ching. "Why it wasn't that big of a deal." He said flippantly, as if that were true - it had nearly gotten them all killed. "One of the engines in one of the ships blew - probably some rookies not doing their jobs right. anyways it took out over half the ship it did - and what was left of it broke in half. n escaoe pod tried to get free from it all." He sighed here, as if what he was about to say was a real darn shame. "Tragically it didn't make it."

"What was left of that ship hit two nearby ones. Some Viera's and another that was privately owned - amazingly I hear the cpatains made it out alive on both of them. The Viera's ship caught on fire, the other ship lost its motor. The two ships collided in mid-air and well long story short all three ships went down. We saw it with our own eyes didn't we?" He asked his lover, getting an affimative.

He shrugged, smirking coyly. "Alright there is your pay, now where's the healer?"

Axel smiled as he heard Roxas below him. Last time he did this, he almost burned his lover. He would watch out closely so he wouldn't do THAT again!

Fuu blinked but smiled as she got the kiss and pulled Aqua closer as she nestled close. As their hands joined, she sighed softly and rubbed her lover's fingers before looking up at the sky. Ships and air crafts flew over. More air crafts than flying ships. She was guessing the ships were either pirates or merchants... and the air crafts more police and business.
They were probably trying to figure out what had happened up there... but Fuu didn't care all to much.... except that Aqua and the others were safe.


Olette couldn't help but giggle as she saw Seifer's glare. Ah, here we go again. She rolled her eyes but nodded as her husband explained what happened.
Everyone's eyes widened as they listened. Something so exciting didn't happen in years! And these people knew about it.

The bar keep frowned and crossed his arms, looking at them.
"So... is it just you two staying?"
Olette blinked and bit her lip, giving an eye up to Seifer. "Well.... no. There's..." She pulled up her hand and started to count them.
"Terra, Venny, Aqua, Fuu, Roxas, Axel... and me and my husband here!"

The man's eyes widened and grinned. "Sorry little lady, for all those people, I need more information."
Olette growled. Why couldn't they just take gil...?
Her eyes widened and she grinned.
She reached into her pocket and pulled out a pouch. "We can't give away any more details on what happened today... but we can teach you about other worlds!"

Everyone seemed to be interested again as she pulled out a diamond shaped gem.
"This is munny! It's the currency of most worlds out there."
Everyone leaned in, admiring the weird thing.
She looked up at Seifer and winked. This was gonna be easy now!


The owner and his friend looked at each other and then back at Terra and Ven.
"Alright."
He leaned down and grabbed an old piece of paper, handing it over to the brunette. "We're here." He pointed at one space. "And the healer is here." He pointed at another.

Ven looked over Terra's shoulder and frowned. "The healer lives in the sewer?"
"The old sewer.... it's now an underground part of town. It's pretty rough down there so you better---"
"Yea, yea... fucking great. Thanks..." Ven sighed and grabbed Terra, bringing him out.
Is it really going to be worth it?

He gave Terra a dull look and pressed his ear piece.
"Seifer... Olette? We're going to be awhile... if you manage to find a place, go get Axel, Roxas, Aqua and Fuu ok?"
On the other line, he could hear a chipper woman. "Alrighty! Be careful!"

Ven looked at the map and started to head out towards where the guy had pointed. They walked down the street and turned into an alley, face to face with an elevator... that looked like it was going to break at any moment. Will today get many better?

Roxas sighed happily his eyes fluttered closed and he let the other's warmth chase away his pains. He breathed evenly and soon was out like a light.

Aqua smiled a bit, dozing off against the other. She was just so tired - and she knew tommorrow was going to feel like hell. But at least... she had Fuujin there to care for her.


Seifer sighed a little when the other demanded more information. He had a feeling this was going to be a very, very interesting stay. He blinked when his wife, once again, thought up a solution and chuckled. Well, if they were going to BELIEVE them, then hey he would go along with it.

He had a feeling though they better ration as many stories as they could - until the kids got back here they were stranded wthout gil and with only stories to tell.


The sewers huh. Talk about sanitary. Maybe they'd be better off doing their own first aid...

The Atterian looked at the rickoty elevator with suspicion. Yeah... definitely better off. He sighed - they really didn't have a choice did they?

"Well you know, we survived about ten falls today. One more shouldn't kill us." Terra joked, but Ven seemed unamused. "Cheer up Ven! Only 22 years before we retire!" He laughed walking over to the elevator, testing it carefully. He was after all, lots heavier then the blonde. Seeing as it did not immediately collaspe Terra deemed it safe and invited the blonde in. The elevator groaned worryingly, but the brunette steeled his resolve and pressed the button, sealing their fate.

Long story short they lived and found the healer.

The soft 'wsssh wsssh' of fabric being tied filled the small room as the slightly more experienced hands worked to tie up blonde hair. The ends twisted and curled gracefully, the edges of a thin bright bow visible the color a forest green, easily seen against the golden locks. Another ribbon of the same shade was lifted and carefully tied around the neck, the long ends trailing down her back.

Her green eyes - born to her thanks to her father, stared back at her reflection triumpahntly. In seven days she had come through an almost life-changing experience. She felt so much older and more responsible now. She had the qualities of a good leader and had the quick thinking of a good pilot.

She turned, a familar silver symbol dangling from of of the ends of the ribbon around her neck. It shaped like a heart but the pointed end of it broke away in three direction - like a ninja star really. The symbol of the Chasers.

Lucina Almasy was her name. In the past seven days she had been giving orders as if she had become Terra - but someone had to do it. Namine was too panicky, Gunnar to shy and socialable, Tensai and Roxel too young and Aerith too nice. But if they were going to get to their parents and friends then SOMEONE had to take control or else they'd all slip into a chaotic panic.

She slipped down the halls and up the stairs until she reached the pilot lounge, seeing her brother already their and waiting for her. Boys got ready so much faster then girls. She jumped into her seat, smiling to her brother. "Ready?" She got an affirmative and together they became going through the motions of taking the ship out of 'sleep' mode and into active mode. It had become almost habit by now and no longer did they have to mull over which buttons to push or help remind each other to keep this one and put that off.

She flipped a switch to 'conserve gas', checked their fuel gauge and time meter and smiled slightly - her face between distressed and elated. Last night they had finally reached connection fourteen. The computer in the research room had been beeping all week like crazy, picking up keyblades everywhere. She had left it to Namine to store all that information away for later for Ven to organize.

"Good news! We're almost there!" She cheered inwardly. "Bad news... we probably can't make it back home." Even conserving fuel as much as possible, which included a lack of hot water, no gas in the kitchen, and most of the elctrcity in the ship - they were still running dangerously low. They'd make it there. They'd NEVER make it back.


Aqua sighed sitting out on the beach, listening to the waves. Ven might hates beaches now - but that didn't mean she did. The water had always calmed her and reminded her of home. She wore clothes not unlike the other locales of this world - knowledge got them everything they could ever want. Around her head, tightly and professionally wrapped, were white bandages.

Seven nights ago Terra had brought a healer to her to check her head. Lucky for her she had been right - only a concussion and a pretty bad crack that would heal with time. She had been right to assume the second day would be the worst of hells - it was no different then any other one she'd had. Dizziness, sensitivity to loud sounds and bright lights, sickness in the stomach, loss of balance, shakiness, exhasution, loss of focus...

Day by day those symptoms started to disappear though and now she just had to deal with a dizzy spell every now and again and some concentration issues.

She sighed, pointed a finger towards the ocean and a stream of water rose up, the rays of the sun making rainbows shine through the impossibly clear liquid. She smirked triumphantly, then snuck a glance at the silverette beside her, "Let's see if I still got it." She grinned, and slowly started to script something out with the water, the stream conenction like a cursive script:

Seifer glanced around the little shop boredly, trying not to cringe too much every time he ehard a squeal of 'Oh how cute is THIS! Wouldn't Lucina just look so adorable?' or 'Oh we just HAVE to get this for Gunnar he'll love it!

Shopping. One thing he could do without. "Honey you're going to start running out of stories if you get anything more." He tried to qualm her, chuckling softly. Olette had to be one of the more socialable people he knew - she was always able to make friends absolutely anywhere - and whats more she got so caught up talking she didn;t realize where to stop. that was why, whenever they had to 'give more knowledge' for another days stay at that inn, someone had to drag her away before she got too into it.

Luckily they had thousands to spare.

Speaking of their kids, it appeared they hadn't yet given up. Ven kept them updated each night, telling them how close Sigurd was getting and what mode it was in - both he and his wife had grown a little worried when the ship had stayed in an active mode for nearly 25 hours the first day - the kids hadn't been getting any sleep, but Aerith must of taken control and thrown them into bed or something. Still he admired their determination.

And now, even better, they had a new checkpoint for fuel. This area was perfect for it. He already guessed the ship was running low and knew they'd need to refill the minute they got here. He was so proud though, even if they were doing something so incredibly dangerous... and he knew the minute they got here he would just be glad to be able to hug them once more.



Roxas sighed happily, stepping out of the shower, steam wafting around him. A content and flushed looking red-head followed after. He smiled, glancing back. "Mmm, good?" He teased, brushing his lips against the pyro's, before snatching up a towel and throwing it over Axel's head.

He chuckled at the other's complaint, snatching up a second one and wrapping it around his slim hips. He glanced at the mirrior, seeing the fading bruises across his left side. It had taken Terra a bit to make him agree to see the doctor.

"Fuck no!" Roxas spluttered. "I'm fine! I'm not letting no wingbat poke and prod me to an even earlier death!"
"Okay well if you'd rather sleep and be dead from internal bleeding in the mooorning-"

The healer had said he had been incredibly lucky. No breaks, no fractures, no internal bleeding. Lots of tissue had been damaged though and that he should take it easy for the next few weeks. The aches hadn't yet disappeared and he still had trouble reaching his left arm to do certain things - stretching was still painful as all hell and walking up stairs was a bitch and a half - but for the most part he was fine. The bruises were now a lighter purple, no longer an ugly black and blue and he took that as an immensely good sign.

And if he could still manage to have sex with his husband he supposed that meant he was going to survive.

"You know..." Roxas murmured suddenly as a thought struck him - one that had been plaguing him with nightmares for the past seven days. He glanced back at the red-head who was drying himself off. "I miss Roxel." He sighed a bit. "It's... weird not having him around every second of our lives... and not knowing how he is."


Terra meanwhile, had turned this whole 'knowledge is power' thing into his private buffet. Okay well - not private really Ven was nearby but the blonde seemed lost in his own little world, the idea of delicious and tantilizing food going right over his head.

He kept teasing the others for not reading more in their lifes - going around town and giving out knowledge like he owned the place. The extra clothes were courtesy of him because the stories of the 'other' worlds was spreading like wildfire across town and couldn't be used twice. He knew all that reading would come in handy one day!

The wolf slurped up the rest of the soup, sitting the bowl down and grinning satisfied. He glanced over at his wistful lover and chuckled. "If you're worrying about Tensai again don't. Aerith's taking good care of him and pretty soon we'll be seeing him again." Of course a week WAS a long time to be gone. the boy couldn't keep himself out of trouble for seven minutes, let alone seven days and-

Okay, so maybe he was worried too. But stressing out about it didn't make Sigurd move any quicker and it did nothing for his health. All they could do at this point was put their faith in the 'junior' Chasers and do as Sora did - believe.

He was also a bit apprehensive about the heartless twins. They had yet to show their faces again so he wasn;t sure if they had scared them off or if they has just gotten bored and went to go play somewhere else. That was fine with him - with two of the Chasers, and keybladers no less, out of commission they had less chance of suriving a second attack. They barely survived the first!

Just as Ven seemed to be coming out of his self-induced coma, a crackle came to Terra's ear. '---lo? do----- py? Te--- V--- Da- -om?"

The brunette reached up, fingers shaking inexcitement as he fingered the communicator. "Lucina?!"

"---ra! We--- nd you! Oh I'm so -----!"

The healer... was in fact a teenage boy. That's why it took so long to find him. They were looking for someone more like Aerith...
Not a skinny, bright eyed, blonde hair teen.
When they found him, he was pretty excited that someone needed his help... and oddly enough... didn't want any 'information' in return.

To get to him though... that was the hard part.

Seeing that they were in the lower slums of the city, it was rough down there.
As they went down with the elevator, the minute the door opened, the two lovers had to cover their nose.
Ven was feeling nauseous now...

They walked around, seeing scruffy men and more of those lizard like creatures.

"Hey! Hey you!?" A man called out.
Ven looked back, seeing some drunken man with a crowbar. "What the fuck do you want?"
"How the fuck are you!?"
"Who fucking wants to know!?"
The man growled and suddenly lunged towards the other... but a large blade came down between them.

Everyone's eyes opened as an orange glow came from the blade as the blonde's companion pulled it away.
What the hell kind of weapon was that?
Well... one thing led to another and another keyblade was summoned. Clashing could be heard and some men suddenly ran away when their blunt objects were forced free from their hands.

The hallway was dark, only dim lights above... that went on and off every now and then. The hallways echoed with creepy sounds like water dripping and a purr of an engine.
Bare feet tapped on the cold steel as pale fingers touched the steel wall. Eyes dashed about as he inched down the hallway. A flashlight was in his other hand and moved quickly to a spot every time he heard something.

Some sweat ran down his face and his eyes were wide with fright. "H---hello....?" Nothing.
"I-is so--somebody h-h-here?"
He swallowed as he heard another noise and turned, shining his flash light down the hall.... but it was empty and dark.
He sighed and panted, only to continue on when suddenly....

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!"

The lights went on and giggled filled the hallway.
The door opened and Aerith walked out, looking down at the two boys holding each other.
"What are you two doing?"
The blonde-red head looked up and giggled. "We were playing 'Scary Monster in the Hallway'! Tensai was the monster and he scared me!" He giggled as he hugged the black haired boy more. "He's really good at being the monster though!"

Aerith shook her head and smiled. "Is that so?"
She knelt down so she could be the same level, if not shorter than them.
Roxel pulled away and nodded, putting a finger in his mouth. "Yea... I'm bad at being the monster... when I see Ten being scared... I can't help up go and hug him. I don't want to scare Ten..."


Gunnar sighed as he sat in the chair. What the hell was taking her so long! They were so close! Just cause she was in charge didn't mean she had to look beautiful! Look at Terra for goodness sakes! He was always bloody or dirty or... something.

He looked up though, smiling slightly when he saw his sister. He sat up right in his chair and looked down at Xio. The poor thing was pretty tired, seeing that he was the third man to watch the controls. He had even moved his bed to the controls to guard them when Lucina and Gunnar was forced to bed... but at least his pups and mate were by his side, tired as well.

Talking about the pups... they were getting bigger by the day!
And unfortunately... they were running out of food for them. He hoped this... Archades place had a good market!
He turned and nodded, but blinked as he saw the radar. "YES!" He stopped and frowned though, hearing the last. "That's ok... I know Dad will know what to do when it comes to the fuel!"

They had done pretty well to conserve it. Roxel always cried when he had to take a cold shower but Tensai said his tears would warm him up. Aerith, Gunnar, Namine or Lucina couldn't cook either... which left them to eat cold hot dogs, PB&J sandwiches, crackers, toast and the left over muffins.

He shook his head and started to press some buttons, hearing the roar of the engine turn on and they were off once again.


Fujin was a bit skeptical when she saw the healer. She didn't think such a bubbly blonde could do much... but he did wonders. He put some special herbs on Aqua's forehead and wrapped up her wound. He gave her some pills and told her to rest. The next day, she seemed to be managing.

Her silver hair blew behind her as the ocean winds picked up. A soft smiled was across her face as she enjoyed the view of the ships flying by lazily. Even for such chaos... this world wasn't so bad.
The clothes on the other hand... she could live without.
It was either draped over heaps of laundry or very... revealing in a way.
Everyone had a bit of flesh showing in Old Archades.

Thankfully... Fujin had the body for it.
She practically wore a bra with a low riding skirt. The shirt was quite short... so she 'bought' some mens pants to go under it.... no matter what Aqua said.

She blinked when she looked over as Aqua said something. She blinked as she saw the water rise and her eyes widened as she saw... the message. She blushed and looked away bashfully. She loved it when Aqua did that...
She glanced back at the blue haired woman before raising her finger up to the sky.
The wind above them started to blow, making the clouds shift.
She moved her finger, 'cutting' a message in the clouds with the wind.

She giggled and leaned into her lover, kissing her neck softly. Before she could wrap her arm around the other's waist, there was a sudden yell.

"HEY! IT'S THEM!"
The two looked up and at the forest entrance.
A man stood before a few behind him and pointed the silverette.
"Arrest her!"
Fuu's eye widened as she stood, protectively over Aqua as the man walked down with the others in tow. Her eye narrowed as she realized who it was. "Arrest!?"
"That's right." The blonde growled at her.
"Why?" The silverette barked back.
"Because you were involved with the chaos up there, that's why!"
"You just have a grudge, chicken-wuss."

The blonde blinked, stepping back a bit. He seemed like he was in pure shock as Fuu just crossed her arms. "Whoa... y-you can say more than one word at a time!?"
The woman growled and suddenly slapped him across the face. "IDIO---"
She stopped as guns were suddenly pressed on her head.
The blonde smiled and put his hands on his hips. "You shouldn't slap a Patrol Officer." He said proudly.
"Chicken-wuss...."


Olette bounced as she looked around the store. She fit right in. A nice 'bra' and a cute skirt.
Seifer was totally on patrol with her... but to his shock, all the women were dressed like that.
No wonder Fran was dressed in such a way... it was normal for her race as they saw in some ads.

The brunette looked back and giggled, her bags swinging as she took Seifer's hand with her free one. "Oh don't worry! there's tons of information that I have boiling up inside! I can even give hints on how to be a good mother and get something in return! Boy honey, if we ever lived her, we'd NEVER be poor!"

She was able to get them a whole week stay PLUS access to the hot water spring and breakfast every morning. TAKE THAT!
She was so proud of herself... and since she was so happy, she talked even more.... but what made her talk the most, was the worry about her children. So far they were doing an amazing job up there... but they still weren't here yet!
"I hope the kids will like what I got them! I hope they had room for it all in their rooms!"


Axel grinned happily as he stepped out of the shower too. Oh man... that was nice. His narrow eyes darkened as he felt the kiss on his lips. Man... he could go for another round.
"Ye----HEY!" He yelped as he got a towel in his face but smiled, grabbing it and drying his long hair before wrapping it around his very lean waist.

He walked over and looked at the mirror, seeing their reflection and smiled.
He looked down, seeing the wound and smiled slightly. That was looking much better.

Boy, that was a dilemma when the healer came.
Axel watched the other blonde like a hawk.
The healer pulling up Roxas's shirt... and then running his fingers over those developing abs. AUGH! WHO THE HELL DID HE THINK HE WAS. Terra and Seifer had to hold the redhead back to the healer could do what he needed to before getting killed.

He started to dry himself a bit but blinked when Roxas started to talk and blinked, looking at him through the mirror. His eyes grew soft and he smiled. "I miss him too... but hey, they'll be here soon right? And when he comes, we can give him tons of hugs and kisses!" He leaned down and nuzzled the blonde. "Don't worry baby..."
Soft lips pressed down on the phoenix tattoo, red hair brushing onto Roxas's shoulder.


At least one couple was able to have sex this week.
Ventus and Terra were sleeping in the room right next to the hot spring... which meant the room was pretty hot. Terra was use to such heat from living in the desert but not Ven... so the blonde slept naked... and boy... what a bad idea.

"You have such a cute ass."
"Stop looking at it."
"Mmmm, come on."
"Shut the fuck up Terra."
"How can you be wearing nothing and expect me not to fucking touch you!?"
"Because I'm fucking hot!"
"You can fucking say that again!"
"..........Shut the fuck up Terra."

As for clothes went, Terra would have none of those minor belly shirts that most of the men were wearing.

"What's wrong with them?"
"You can see your... abs and belly button."
"And your point?"
"Those are my abs and belly button."
"......You have to be fucking kidding me!"
"DO I NEED TO FUCKING PISS ON THEM SO THEY'LL KNOW!?"
The blonde just rolled his eyes and grabbed the more stupid looking 'full' outfit. "Fucking alphas..."

And here he went, people left and right coming up to him for knowledge. People swarmed around him and he held his tail high as Ven was dragged along.
All he could really give insight about was computers... and people in Old Archades didn't care much for computers.

They got the best food... and the best clothes thanks to Terra and his geekyness. But... he couldn't complain. At least it kept his stomach full... but while Terra was acting like a professor and getting compliments that he should move to Archades and become a Judge (whatever the hell that was), Ven was worried about Tensai.
Sure Aerith and the rest would take care of him... but... he promised he'd watch over the boy. There was really little he could do in this situation though.

He lazily put a roll in his mouth when he looked over, hearing Terra. "Yea but it's only natural to worry about your ---"
He blinked as he was cut off, seeing Terra go to his communicator. Ven had given his to Roxas since he didn't have one and Axel lost his.... at some point. Axel always ended up losing his communicator. They were honestly thinking about planting one in his skull.

"Lucina?!"

Ven's eyes brightened as he sat closer to his mate and pressed his ear onto his.


Gunnar looked at the monitor, seeing a world under them that had ships flying around... and crystals peering over mountains.
"We're HERE!"
"Really!?"
A voice was heard from the Departure Area as Namine rushed in and looked over the chairs.
"Let's land!"
"Got'cha!"

The dark brunette looked over at his sister and nodded. "Find out where they are! I'll land Sigurd."
He started to flip some switches, getting ready to enter an atmosphere. It wasn't as complicated or dramatic as leaving one. He slid over to where his sister was and took the controls before pressing the speaker button. "Everyone hang on!"

Aqua smiled fondly, seeing the responding message in the clouds. "Fuu..." She murmured softly shutting her eyes as the lips descending on her neck - but then suddenly a loud voice that she vaguely recalled stepped into their play.

She looked back seeing the small group that had gathered. Her brows furrowed, looking at them between her wife's suddenly very protective stance. "...Zell?" She whispered softly but tensed a bit when Fuujin confronted them.

What was... going on? Why was he-

She tensed at the sight of the guns and she snarled, her fingers curling into a fist. Why that dirty, ungrateful little RAT. She growled, and without moving an inch, sudden stream of water shot from the ocean and knocked into the men - the guns went flying and the men hit the ground.

She stood, a little uncertain on her feet. Her keyblade snapped into her hand and she came up beside her lover, scowling at Zell. "How dare you threaten my wife Dincht. I should gut you you like the fucking cocksucker you are!"


Seifer laughed as his wife basically dragged him along, shaking his head. "I wouldn't worry too much. They'll find room." If there was one thing he knew about his kids, was they found hiding places for everything. He styill remembered their younger years when they would store some of their toys in the pantry or bury them in Aerith's flower pots - he always wondered how they got so dirty.


Roxas smiled at the soft kisses, and sighed. "Yeah you're right." He murmured shutting his eyes. He was sure Roxel was being taken good care of - but he missed the little guy and sharing ice cream with him in the middle of the night.

"Hehe," Roxas chuckled softly, feeling hands starting to roam. Looks like somebody hadn't had enough. "Bet you're glad I'm all yours huh?" He teased softly. He had found the red-heads reaction to the healer rather... hilarious. And he would of been busted a gut laughing if he hadn't busted some ribs fighting.

Axel's protectiveness over him could be rather adorable sometimes.


Terra smiled as the other came close to listen in their ears brushing as Lucina's voice echoed in both their heads. "I -ope you -uys are -lright!"

The blonde girl in question nodded to her brothers askance, and pushed the button again. The closer they came, the clearer her voice got. Possibly the ionterference of this words magic source interfered with electrical devices...

"Lucina!" Terra's voice repeated. "How is everyone?"

The girl smiled knowingly. "Tensai's fine uncle! He and Roxel are playing right now."

"Hey, Hey I was worried about you guys too!"

"Suuure! Anyways Uncle, me, Gunnar and Xio are gonna land this thing just tell us where you are!"

Terra's eyes widened. What? "Xi-" Then he rememebered the damn lion thing knew how to work cellphones. "Oh nevermind. We're in a large city called Archades - it's right by a beach and is covered in mist. But maybe it's not the best idea to land this place has ships flying all over."

"We can do it Uncle! We're Chasers too!"

"But-"

"We made it this far didn't we?! Besides I don't think we have enough fuel to stay up here much longer!"

Terra blinked then sighed, glancing at Ven. Kids. "Alright but don't you fucking dare crash the ship!" Once he got the 'Roger' from Lucina he continued on. "Ven'll send you the coordinates to the closest landing pad from our area via the watch. Just follow them and wait there! We'll gather the others and meet you there understood?" Luckily he and Ven had already predicted that they were going to need to land and had planned that part out ahead of time.

"Yep!" Moments later Olette's watch made a soft noise and knew coordinates were set into the ship's main frame.

Terra tinkered with the communicator suddenly and hooked into another earpiece. "Seifer!"

The blonde in the middle of the market place stopped and reached up. "Yeah?"

"You're kids are coming in for landing."

"WHAT?! ALONE!! They can't do that not with all this air traffic and -"

"Yes they can. Head back towards here. Hook into the communications systems and give them any help they need. Got that?"

"...Yeah. Fuck Terra you coulda just taken me up to the ship."

"What's the fun in that? Hahahaha-"

"Sadistic son of a!" Seifer huffed quickly changed the air waves. He looked at Olette and took her arm. "Shopping spree is over." He tugged her back towards were the inn and preceieved landing pad would be. "Tiger?" He called. "Princess? Do you copy?"

"Daddy!!" He heard his daughter cry. He grinned, never more happy in his life to hear that voice again.


Terra glanced at Ven before pulling away from the other a little, seeing the blonde's expression. He knew the other was desperately eager to see Tensai. So was he. "Go on and get towards where they'll land." He murmured with a smile. "I'll finish up the calls and meet you there." The blonde started to protest. "Your so fucking indecisive," He said playfully. "Hurry and go you fucking baby." It was all the encouragement the blonde needed.

He moved the airwaves, connected to Ven's communicator - which Roxas now had. " Roxas?" He called. "Roxas? Respond."

No answer.

Well he KNEW the blonde and red-head were in their room.... in... their... room.

Figures.

The brunette rolled his eyes and stood. Looks like he'd have to do this the hard way.


"Nnnngh, Axel..." Roxas groaned reaching back to tug on the red hair his ass rubbing against the others crotch. A lanky hand was slinking across his abdomen, skirting across an old, familar scar towards his crotch. "Aaah...." Suddenly his heart was pounding - no wait... was that the door?

"RABBIT ONE AND RABBIT TWO, GET YOUR FUCKING ASSES IN GEAR! SIGURD'S HERE!"

"Wah!!" Roxas cried, jumping some, only to send both him and Axel off balance. The blonde caght himself against the mirrior while Axel went tumbling against the wall. "God DAMN it Terra!!! I'm gonna fucking rip you a new asshole!" Wait.. did he say... Sigurd was here? ROXEL!


Terra chuckled outside the door at Roxas' response, turning and hurrying on. He fingered the communicator one last time. He knew Fuujin and Aqua went to the beach - but hopefully they remembered their communicators. "Fuujin? Aqua? You there?"
