Nesses stood up and ran to gradd side. "No Sean, he's the King of Hearts. you must not kill him." she placed her hand over gradd forehead. "relax, calm down gradd."
Sieg looked at the scene and blinked. He hated vampires but after he heard that gradd was the King of hearts, he lowered his sword. His father told him the legend of the King of hearts, Sieg just never thought that he would actually bump into a legend. Was the summoner right?

Sean pushed Zelda away " get off and no I dont care what he is he attacked her and he will attack us he is a blood thirsty beast if he dies then the crest will be passed on to somebody else that can protect this world a human more preferably" Suddenly he kicked Gradd's side hard " now stand aside Lady Nesses"

Zelda's eyes flashed. she got to her feet rasied her hands and grabbed a fistful of Sean's hair while he wasn;t looking at her. she yanked it and shoved him into the ground making him land on his back. she lifted her foot and smashed it against his throat cutting of his oxygen supply. her eyes were sparking and she had her bow cocked with an arrow that was glowing a pink color right between his eyes, "back off of my lover you fucking monster or i swear they'll be nothing in the world to stop me from killing you!"

Nesses growled at sean. she stood up and placed her hand on Zelda's should. "we are getting nowhere, put it down."
Sieg stood back. Lover? That's crazy, he wasn't even full human. He gripped his fist and teeth. She wasn't serious, was she?

" give it up you stupid girl he is gone! that poison it killed the human left inside of him! why do you think that they only poisoned him because they wanted him to change gradd is dead! only the vampire is left inside of him look over and see! If he cared for you anymore he wouldnt be wanting to drain you of your blood and leave you dead!"

Zelda shut her eyes then opened then looked at Nesses, "this is going to get me somewhere.." she looked back at Sean, "he is still in there Sean! he told me he loved me! i love him! i will never question that! he is not gone!" she took her foot from his throat and stepped on his ribs. she let her full weight on then for about ten seconds then got off and went over to gradd, "gradd? gradd remeber me? its me Zelda. i know your in there you have to be." she kneeled down next to him, "gradd don;t do this. you need to fight it. i know your in there. you have to be. i love you. please..." she wonderred idly if it would work then pushed the though from her mind. it had to work!

Nesses walked over to sean. "let it be. everything will be ok..." she coughed again and sat down. she was too weak to stand on her own.
Sieg shethed his sword and turned away and started off. He wouldn't stay, not for this bullshit.

Suddenly Gradd grabbed her arm as he gripped it tightly digging his claws deep into her skin as he tried lifting his head up to bite her " blood..." it was his only word as gripped harder then grabbed her with the other arm pulling her down as he bit her hard on the neck this time he wouldnt let go

Zelda yelped then shut her eyes, "stop Gradd you don;t want his!" she screamed and tried to get away, "gradd you DON;T want to kill me! you love me right? you CAN;T kill me!" she screamed again then staied slient not fighting back.

Sieg looked back and saw what was going on. he knew what he had to do. he ran over and stabbed gradd in the back again, making him let go of Zelda. He grabbed gradd's hair and pulled him back and away from zelda. He put gradd's lips next to his neck. "this is what you want, virgin blood..."
Nesses looked up and grabbed zelda and pulled her down, holding her tightly."

Gradd pushed away from Sieg.... he didnt want his blood... he tried reaching out for zelda but the blades where holding him down.... he couldnt get up... Sean glared as he aproached him " stupid girl Sieg we must end this and now he is gone" Suddenly Sean stabbed his dagger into Gradd's neck twisting it about " die monster!"

Zelda shut her eyes not watching. she didnlt move except for the fact her whole body was shaking and she was crying. she lifted her hand to the mark wincing and then she fell against Nesses feeling to weak to move. she just wanted to sleep.

kill gradd as much as sean did. He couldn't though. His father told him about the King of Hearts. he couldn't kill the person that his father believed in so much. He pushed sean away and took the daggar out of gradd's neck. he picked him up and carried gradd to a near by tree. He took out a dogwood stake and placed it in the middle of Gradd's chest. "that should keep him down."
Nesses held Zelda tightly and brushed her hair away from her face. "relax."

" You are all nothing but fools! if he does somebody else will become the king of hearts it was a mistake that a vampire ever gained that crest! look at him all he cares about is killing Zelda and drinking her blood! and then wat after that he will try to kill us!" he picked his sword up and gripped it tightly " I say we kill him now! he is to dangerous!"

"Nesses... please don;t let them kill Gradd.." she said it slowly and she shut her eyes, "he canlt die... he still has so much to do. you all do i know but... i fear if he dies we may lose everything that makes it possible that we humans will live..." Zelda felt the missing blood in her. her head was spinning. she felt exhasted. she silently let herself relax.
