Gradd got an arm loose as he broke free then landed next to her and smiled then glanced back at Jackel as he ran up to him " come on we have to go we wont be able to survive this there are way to many of them!" he frowned looking back at Zelda... he needed to protect her in the distance he could see 2 dozen vampires hording towards them

Zelda frowned then started firing more arrows, "they'll just surrond us!" she said loudly over the roar of battle cries. she knew this all to well. packs of vamprieies wear out there prey and circle them when they are weakened.

"no, get off me!" he pushed gradd back. "you two run for it!" he set up 5 more arrows and fired them into the air. a few more vampires went down. "i've done this before, get outta here!" he loaded up another round and fired them. he turned back and frowned at the two. "GO!!!!!!!!!"

Gradd frowned then picked up Zelda as he held her in his arms " be careful and come back alive! Zelda hold on alright" Swiftly he began to run through the woods as fast as he could in the direction that Jackel pointed him too " damnit he may look like a kid but he is brave... damnit" he sighed then looked ahead he didnt feel right abanondoning him like this " im sorry.." he continued running at speeds beyond that of any human

Zelda just shut her eyes shivering. this was two fast. way to fast for her. if he trips she could expect her life as good as gone. if she hits the ground hard enoughher neck would snap, "you better not trip," she muttered.

four arrows hit jackels back and he turned around, not even feeling them. he shot three more arrows at the incoming vampires. he glared over at gradd as he ran away. "yea, right.....alive." he soon ran out of arrows but now there was only a dozen left. she sighed and took out his sword. he was now going to have to battle them face to face.

Gradd just continued looking straight ahead not paying attention to her the only thing on his mind was getting out of there he leeped from branch to branch on trees as he flew through the air. He wouldnt fall not in his vampire form it was almost impossible his hooves gave him perfect balance

Zelda shut her eyes tightly. this was becoming a little more scary, "gradd are you listening?" she muttered knowing he wasn;t. thnat made her all the more scared.

ooc: yea, i know.......don't mind it.
The vampires started to pounce on Jackel's small body. he swung his sword into their guts and neck but it didn't do much. he needed dogwood. he growled as he ripped through some, but they kept coming. a huge clew ripped through jackel's back and he fell. the vampires jumped on him and ripped open his chest. He yelled as the blood splurted out. it was painful and he never felt that ever before. They sunk their fangs into him and the just laid there, ready to die.

Suddenly Gradd jumped down to the ground as he came to a complete stop as he looked around and sniffed into the air " damn I forgot how fast I could run.. I thin that we lost them" he sighed as he looked back " im sorry if I scared you Zelda... but we had to get out of there.. I just hope that the kid can get out of there alright" he looked down at her and smiled

Zelda didn;t say anything just shook. that was not something she liked. one it wasn;t proper and two... it felt like a damn rollercoaster. unsettling for her stomach but this was worse. there was nothing to tell her she would be safe. she looked up at Gradd her face pale, "never do that again." she said in a weak voice.

Jackel winced as they started to eat him alive. Suddenly a huge glow came from his body and the vampires exploded from the inside. heads and arms went in two different direction. he stood up and growled looking around. they were all dead. his blood was poisonus and very explosive if engolfed. he breathed deeply and staretd to walk in the direction the gradd ran off to.

Gradd frowned as he set her down on her feet then hugged her as he turned back into a human " im sorry but we had to... we had to get out of there as soon as possible.. you where in no danger I swear it.." he sighed as he held her close he wanted to go back home... back to humans he was tired of this bloodshed already

Jackel limped dwon the path then stopped. what use is it? he wouldn't be able to catch up. he sighed and looked in back of him slowly. he walked back and took a vampire arm and peirced his fangs through it. he sucked up the blood and his eyes started to chance color, red. after a while of sucking, jackel release the arm and stood up. she wiped the blood away and sighed. "that was good." he looked at where the two ran off and started to run himself. hopefully, he'll get more respect from gradd.
