if star was in the rght state of mind she would have ntocied iva following her but she didn;t. she led the boy right to the astromny tower and led him and to the top. she walked to the side an looked down. she was so close to flinging her life away.... Star got closer to the edge.

"Star! what are you doing!" iva ran and pulled her back. he held on to her as tightly as possible. "don't do it star!" he tried to pulled her back, him being small and weak.

it took her be surprise and she toppled onto the ground on him. she blinked and rolled off quickly and looked up, "iva... why did you save me?" she asked confused. no one really cared...

Iva stood up and dusted himself off. "I don't want to see you hurt. Jumping off a tower isn't the best way to solve you problems." he looked down. "i know you don't like me, but i like you. you were the first person that talked to me and made me feel like ....home, kinda. i don't know what came over you but...I don't want to see you get hurt or die."

Star felt her defense crumble and she leaned against the wall, "i... have you ever felt incrediably hopeless? like everything went wrong and you'd be alone the rest of your live in pain and no one could help you take it away.... thats how i feel...."

Iva sighed and shook his head. "i kinda felt like that when you....started being mean to me. I felt hopelss, with no friends or anyone to look up to. I felt alone in a huge.....school." he walked over to Star. "i'm not sure what's wrong and i probably won't understand but jeez Star, i don't want you to get hurt."

Star looked up at the sky, "but i do... i want to run away. take the cowards way out. all my life i had to be strong but... i just can;t anymore. I WANT TO DIE! draco doesn;t need me he's happy and orta is gonna leave. i have nothing to look forward to anymore. just... desolaite painful... lonely daysd for the rest of my life. its always been this way..."

Iva looked down and sighed. " you shouldn't talk like that. Draco must still care about you and so doesn't Orta. you shouldn't give up, not like this. what would they think? you'd hurt them greatly." he shrugged. he never had to help someone like this.
