The Chasers: New World Locket

The blonde hair man continued towards the tree. The sparks of light floating around him. He wondered.... what they were. They hummed when they passed him... but it was so brief he thought nothing of it.
Aerith would love it here... wherever.... here is....

He walked further, the water getting higher and higher on his body. His dark clothes rippled in the clear liquid and it ripple behind him as he walked. His blue eyes were glued to the jewel in the tree. Was that where the keyblade was. The... keyblade of this world must be beautiful...

He also didn't notice that... every step he took, when the water soaked through his clothes, it ran over his scars... and they all healed instantly.

When he moved more, the water was starting to reach his chest... but he didn't stop. He knew how to swim if he needed to. When a little bit of his upper chest was pulled in, he suddenly stopped.


His eyes widened, quickly grasping his heart. All of a sudden... it was so painful...
"AAAAUGH!!" He shut his eyes tightly as he stumbled in the water, clenching onto his chest as if it would stop the pain.... it was so unbearable... that he couldn't take it anymore... and fell into the water.



Darkness surrounded him... and he fell.
Falling.... falling into darkness.
So deep... he didn't think he'd ever resurface again.

The chanting... it started again... and his feet hit a bottom.
Slowly, blue eyes opened, only seeing darkness all around him. The chanting... it dug into his soul...

He looked around... but there was nothing but darkness. When he looked back in front of him, his eyes widened, now seeing.... a glowing, blue... phoenix? It floated ten feet away from him and only flapped its wings softly in front of itself.

Aero Maxim didn't appear... so... this was no enemy? He frowned.
"?ohW"
His eyes widened as his voice came out... wrong?
"tahw..." He stopped again. No! This wasn't right! He looked around franticly and then...


"Ventus Holani...."

A soft voice ran through his head.... but he knew it was coming from the faceless bird in front of him.
"?eman ym wonk uoy od woH"

"I know everything about you..."

Bright blue eyes blinked as he looked at the bird. Knew... everything?

"This is a healing spring Ventus... the only one in the universe. Once you step foot in its water, every wound you received in your life so far will heal. That.... includes your heart."

Ven frowned as he placed his hand on his chest and looked down. "?traeh yM"

"Yes... it will heal all the wounds your heart had gone through. The darkness surrounding your heart... is now gone for good."

Ven blinked and looked back at the bird in shock. His eyes widened as his mouth gapped. "!?yllaeR !?tahW"

"Usually it's a good thing.... but for you Ventus Holani... it isn't."

The blonde frowned as he pulled back. His eyes narrowed. "?ton yhW"

"Because.... you died a long time ago...."


The bird slowly disappeared but left the small crystals that its wings made when it flapped it's large wings. The crystals formed and gathered much detail, making figures.
It was two people, huddled over a body.
"VEN! VEN WAKE UP!" A woman's voice cried.
"Ven! PLEASE! Get up!" A man's voice echoed her.
Both slowly leaned over more... and sobs echoed through the darkness.

The crystals dispersed and the bird appeared once again.
"You're dead Ventus... you froze to death..."

Blue eyes stared at the bird in terror. What...?

"Darkness is what brought you back to life. The Darkness they injected you with. That was why your heart refused to open... because if it did... you would die again. Now that your heart has healed fully..."

There was silence between the two...

"But you were smart Ventus.... you saved yourself. You shared a paopu fruit with a man. Your destinies are now tied together... and if he lives... you live. His heart... is now yours too. Now that your heart has opened... you can see Terra for who he really is. "

The bird faded out again and the crystals started to appear once more.


A crystallized figure looking exactly like Terra leaned over a stiff body. Crystal tears ran down his face as his sobbing echoed through the darkness again. "Please Ven.... I know... I know you can't hear me but...." He broke out crying, pulling the motionless figure to his chest.

The crystals dispersed once again but reformed quickly into something different. It was a bed and two figures were sleeping far away from each other. A hallow blue clock formed and the time passed quickly... showing the process over time. The body started to get closer until they were cuddling warmly together.

The crystals dispersed again and reformed into a chair. A figure was sleeping in it when another faded in and picked it up. Over and over it happened but at different times... picking him up to bring him to bed.

The crystals dispersed and reformed into a bed. A figure was sitting while another one's head was on its lap. The Terra figure looked down and brushed his hands over the other's cheek. "I love you Ven..."

The crystals dispersed and reformed into man holding up the Terra figure by the neck. "I love you Ven..."


The blonde's eyes widened as he watched it all, tears slowly started to run down his face.
"I really do love you..."


The crystals dispersed and formed one more time... it was just the figure of Terra looking around. He stood there for a few minutes before Ven slowly started to walk towards the figure. It felt like he was shifting through water... and slowly looked up. His eyes widened, seeing he was looking up... at the surface of the water of the spring.

He looked back at the form of Terra, tears still streaming down his cheek. He walked closer until he was in front of the form. "arreT......." He lifted his hand and reached for the figure, feeling the crystals in his hand. He choked.
"I really do love you...Ven"
His chest pounded as his breathing grew harder, tears falling down faster. He slowly leaned up... closing his eyes and pressed his lips on the figures'.

A beam of light ran over him and slowly he opened his eyes once more.


They widened as he stared right at tree bark. He blinked a few times as he looked around. He as back above the water, next to the tree now. His flesh and clothes were glistening with the small crystals that were capture in the water. The small lights floating around him once more. His blonde spiky hair was wet with the crystals... but like Sora, they didn't flatten.

He heard something behind him and slowly looked back at the path in which he came... and there.... was Terra. He was looking around as if looking for something.

The blonde leaned on the tree and pulled up an arm, grabbing one of the branches. His blue eyes reflected the crystals and balls of light floating up around him, the water steady around his upper waist...

[Reno]

The tanned hand froze suddenly, it;s owner suddenly frozen with pain. Terra cried out falling to his knees and holding his heart. He heard a scream and tried to open his mouth, tried to answer it... but he had no breath, only exquisite pain...

Ven, Ven, Ven.... VEN!!!! His mind screamed instead for him. And then... the pain stopped... and something in him snapped. He suddenly could breath again and he tipped his head back, screaming for all he was worth.

Ven! he couldn't feel Ven anymore!! "Ven...?" He croasked out, lifting himself up, looking around. He shook all over. what did that... mean?

Ven couldn't have,... no he couldn't have... they were connected. If Ven died he did too right?! He grit his teeth, his heart pounding and feeling like it was empty and he had a terrible image of leaning over a frozen blonde with Aqua, begging for the unresponsive boy to wake up...

Terra reached out, fingers curling around a crystal and he pulled himself up. "VEN?! VEN!" He screamed at the silent world. He couldn't even hear the water anymore...

Quiet... too quiet... it made his ears ring, his ehart pound, his eyes water. He stumbled around the forest, yelling for the blonde. "VEN??!?!?!" Yet... he got no answers. He felt his hope dwindling.

The light of the crystals led him down the path, but he no longer saw the beauty. He no longer embraced the quiet night. He no longer felt the warmth of the area. All he saw was Ven.

Terra stood in the thershold, smiling a bit as he looked at the other through the mirror. "You look fine Ven."
"No, no you DON'T understand. Sora needs EVERYTHING perfect - or he might turn into a monster or... something!" Ven said, running a comb through his hair.
Terra shook his head, walking over, snatching the comb. "It;s just a wedding. It;s nothing like - " sharing a paopu "-anything else they went through. And besides you think HE can tame his OWN hair? I doubt he expects you too." He shrugged. "You look perfect. now come on or we'll be late and he actually WILL have a reason to be pissed at you."

All he could hear was Ven.

"fucker!"
"Jackass!"
"asswipe!"
"... dickweed!"
"son of a bitch!"
A gasp. "You take that back asshole!"
"Make me bastard!"
"That's it!" A tackle. "Get your blonde toilet ass over here!"
"Screw you!"

Aqua looked in the room. "Okay you two can stop shouting your proclmations of love now."

All he could FEEL was...

Terra curled around the blonde boy, content and warm and pratically purring.
"fuck Terra, why do you always BITE me?!"
The brunette laughed, licking the wound tenderly. "Because... you like it."
"...fuck you."

...was coldness. It wrapped around him and squeezed until he couldn;t breath. "Ven...?" He choked.

Then... there it was... a small speck of light. Very very faint... but growing bigger and bigger, filling that hole quicker and quicker. Anxiety built in his legs, carrying him forward. Each gasp of breath send his heart beating quicker and louder until it was thumping in his ears, seeming to say 'Ven, Ven, Ven' with each beat.

He burst out from the forest of rock and crystal, the land breaking away and showing him a dark, dark lake almost motionless. Almost. He heard the ripple and his head turned quickly-

And was shocked into breathlessness by one of the most beautiful sights he ever saw. Ven was in the water, only vivisble from the waist up, the water rippling around him like it was trying to create halos for the magnificent blonde in it's depths. But he was alit beautiful by the golden orbs of light, making his skin sheen. Blue eyes, half-hidden behind dripping blonde locks, shimmered like the moon looking straight into his own and his heart skipped a beat.

Oh my god... His mind uttered, momentarily stunned. He could only stand there, gaping silently...

And then his heart started to pound a mile a minute and he was running forward. "Ven!" There was a splash as his feet met water and his clothes stuck too him like a second skin the closer and closer he got. He barely noticed that the water wasn't even cold. Didn't notice that it was making his old scars disappear like magic, didn't notice anything but the person in front of him.

Ventus blinked slowly as he watched man... and their eyes suddenly met. Their eyes had met so many times before, it was no big deal... but... when their blue eyes locked, he felt warmth run through his body... like never before. His head tilted a bit and a very small smile arose at the end of his lips.
Terra...

He watched Terra suddenly start moving and his hand pulled away from the tree. He couldn't help but chuckle as he saw Terra rush into the water like some bulky creature. The waters ripped bigger as the man pushed through.

When he got close, the blonde sighed softly, seeing Terra slowly slow down. When the brunette was close, the blonde looked up at him. His eyes reflected the crescent moon and galaxy above them and the jewel in the tree shown down on them.
His mouth opened slightly... but nothing came out as they stared at each other, the water wrapping around their upper waists.

Slowly, his hand came out from the water. The water poured off his hand as he reached up and slowly rubbed his thumb over Terra's blind eye. The moment he reached the end, Terra's eye was no longer grey and dull.... but bright blue again. His hand didn't leave though... it just ran down Terra's face further until his thumb ran over the side of the land keyblader's lips, making them wet.

His blue eyes never left Terras'.

He blinked slowly, rubbing Terra's cheek with the wet hand. "We..." He stopped, now realizing that his speech was right again. "We learned a long time ago... that... wind is weak against gravity..." His hand slowly ran down the other's neck. "Well.... you pulled me in.... and I fell for you..." He spoke softly as his eyes glistened as the light energy floated up around them.

He nodded to himself slightly, his blonde spikes shifting as he did so. He looked back up at Terra, his eyes showing so much emotion.
"I..... I love you Terra..."

[Reno]

Terra rushed through the water until he was in front of Ven, slowing down and coming to a stop in front of him. The water rippled around them slowly, and Terra looked at the other, just as speechless. what could they say exactly...? The blonde tried to speak but it seemed he had no words.

Then Ven lifted his hand, his wet hand curling around his temple, fingertips brushing brown locks... he wasn't able to see it coming as the thumb brushed his eye, but they closed on instinct, and Terra made a soft noise, almost in protest. When he opened his eyes again, both shined blue and he gasped quietly, seeing more then he had been able to in six whole years. his eyesight... was back? How...? His eyes dancing a bit, both wanting to look around and actually make sure it was true...

at the same time he couldn't look away from Ven and their eyes locked once more, feeling Ven's hand wandering down his face. What... was with him...? This wasn't like him at all. His lips twitched just a little as the thumb ran over him, and a shvier worked its way up his spine.

"We..." Ven paused, seeming to hesitate over his own words even as his figners caressed Terra's cheek softly almost... almost lov- "We learned a long time ago... that... wind is weak against gravity..." The hand ran down his neck, making the brunette shiver again. What was he... doing? "Well.... you pulled me in.... and I fell for you..." Terra's heart shot into his throat suddenly. W-what? Did Ven... What was he... getting at?!

Those blue eyes looked into his own, shimmering with sincerety, with happiness, with.... with...
"I..... I love you Terra..."
...with love.

Terra gasped softly, staring at the wind keyblader, his heart once again pounding in his ears and saying 'Ven, Ven, VEN!' with each beat. His mouth worked silently, soundlessly for a couple of moments. "W-What?" He choked out finally, his voice breaking. He'd been waiting for those words for so, so very long now... and now that he had them he didn't know how to react.

Ven blinked softly as he watched Terra's reaction. The Chasers had been waiting for years to see if Ven would ever pop the words... the three words that held their lives back.

Ventus... hadn't said those three words... in twenty-seven years.
The last time he had said them... it was to his mother when she tucked him and Soran in bed... on their last night on Akbar.

But they escaped his lips once more... and he meant every word. He meant them more than words could describe.
A spot in his chest started to glow... and crystals became attracted to it, swarming around the spot where his heart was.

He smiled softly as Terra was finally able to choke something out. Another hand reached up and both hands took the sides of Terra's head, pulling him down. He shifted so that his mouth was next to Terra's ear.
"I love you..." He whispered as soft as he could... his voice blowing like the wind through Terra's hair.

He shifted slowly, his blonde hair mixing with the brunette. The side of their noses met and he closed his eyes. His fingers curled in the soft hair as he slowly leaned in, pressing his wet lips against the other wet ones that were so close.

[Reno]

Terra hadn't heard them... in thirty years. the last time someone had ever said those words to him... it had been his mother as she laid on her death bed.

The lights flew close to both of them, illuminating them both. To Terra... Ven was like an angel, standing ehar before him... and knew if they could stay like this... just like this forever he'd be happy...

Terra blinked as he was suddenly guided closer, barely able to notate the height difference as Ven came closer, whispering those three sweet beautiful words again. "I love you." They whispered over his ear, a tingle running down his spine and Terra gasped. "V-Ven."

Their cheeks brushed, their hair shifted together, their noses touched, and then... and then... warm, wet lips met his own...

Ven was kissing him.

Ven. Was kissing. Him.

All the tension in Terra's body seemed to felt away as his heart warmed, and a soft, relieved groan rumbling in the back of his throat as his arms came up, wrapping around a wet neck, fingers of his left hand softly curling into blonde hair. They broke away, but only for seconds, just enough time for Terra to utter, "I love you too." meaning every single syllable.

As they pulled away for a second, the other's voice rang through his ears. He knew... he knew Terra loved him. He heard him countless times... but... now... he understood them.

A blonde hair teen looked up at an older.
"Hey Terra....? Do you think we'll always be friends?"
All he got in response was a shrug.
He sighed and looked down, but smiled suddenly. "I know we will be! If we stick together... everything will be all right!"

He wrapped his arms around the other's neck as they kissed again.
Nothing fierce... nothing aggressive. Just soft, wet lips moving with love together.
Everything was... all right now.

As they kissed, he pulled his gloves off and let them fall into the water. They drifted off as bare fingers wrapped into brunette hair again. His scared fingers now as normal as ever.

He pulled away and they breathed on each other's lips for a few minutes... just... enjoying each other as the lights floated around them. Slowly an arm wrapped around a built waist and pushed him, making them trade spaces so that Terra was against the tree.

Ven pulled away, looking at the other with bright eyes. Slowly he unbuckled his belts around his chest and they left his hand too, falling into the water and drifted away. His index and thumb reached up, taking the tab of his zipper and slowly zipped it down. His scares from battle were gone. The shirt only opened slightly as the zipper unhooked at the bottom under the water. The scar that Terra had made from ripping a chunk of Ven skin off was healed... and his... own wound he made was gone.

Blue eyes looked back up at Terra, his hands pulling up again and water poured of them. They glided down Terra's neck and over the black muscle shirt. When he reached the other's hips, his hands push up, going under the shirt and wandered over his chest. His wet finger tips feeling every ab over small beads. They slowly ran down again, coming to his hips.

The blonde stepped closer as he ran his lips over the brunette's neck. "Please.... let me take you tonight..." He leaned back up and joined their wet lips once more as on hand reached around his hips slowly and moved lower, running down Terra's cheek.

[Reno]

He never kissed Ven like this before. It was so... so different so... perfect. He heard the sound of something hitting the water softly little sprays jumping up and catching the light. Soft fingers, gloves suddenly gone, ran through his hair. Then Ven pulled away, their foreheads together and breath mingling, just staring at each other's eyes.

The the blonde shifted, and the brunette wolf found himself against rough bark, blinking at the other. And Terra found himself watching As Ven started to... undress. He blinked, quietly watching Ven reveal himself - scars gone... all of them. His skin was beautiful once more. He looked at the other inquiringly.

The blonde came closer, the hands running down and then up his body sensually. Terra groaned lightly, his eyes lwoering a bit. "Ven..."

Lips ran over his neck... and then Ven asked it. But never gave Terra a chance to reply as lips met his once again... and a hand slipped down behind him.

Terra murmured softly in his throat. It was a contented noise. He wasn't scared... of Ven taking him - well he was but not really at the same time. He knew... that the other wouldn't hurt him. Knew that all he was trying to do... was prove his love to him.

Still the idea battled against his instincts. He was a wolf. He led. He growled. He topped. He beat those thoughts down.

Ven pulled away, not moving anymore and Terra realized he was waiting for an answer. The brunette swallowed, the action only slightly nervous, then he shut his eyes, nodding slowly. "Okay." He whispered, conceding but feleing like he gaining something, rathering than losing something. It was going to be okay.

Ven smiled slowly as he watched Terra. Fingers ran up and brushed wet hair from the other's face.
I'll never hurt you again... I promise.... that's my oath....

Since most of their bodies were under water... it was a bit harder to move easily. If it was Aqua in this position, there wouldn't be much work at all. But... he didn't think about Aqua... or anyone else. It was... just Terra... and nothing but Terra.

His hand ran lower and finally pulled into a crack. It ran down and soon found what he was looking for...
He grew closer and their noses touched once more, staring to whisper.
"I never believed him... that.... you were unlovable... or that you could never love... because... I knew that could never be true..."

A finger slowly pushed through a wet entrance. This was the healing spring... and no matter what happened... Terra couldn't feel the pain... His finger pulled out gently... and then back in. The sensation of Terra's tightness around his finger made him shiver and pant slightly.

It had been so long... but... he couldn't count that. That... was useless. They had sex countless times years back... but this was... their first time... making love. He knew... it was going to feel so much different.

Light floated around them was Ven started to kiss the other's jaw, gently adding a second finger.

Terra's eyes reopened as the hand brushed away his hair. He say the unspoken promise in the other's eyes and smiled at the other trustingly. He knew... he knew...

He shivered feeling the hand as it dipped lower. Ven came closer, and the words he whispered, made the smile grow. "...Yeah?" he breathed back his voice breaking off in a gasp as the finger entered him. It wasn't painful at all. It was awkward though and a bit uncomfortable, the area not used to this... treatment. The fingers in him. "A-Ah...." he gasped again.

This... this was going to be... a very very different night. One of the brunette's hands started running through slightly damp locks. The other slipped down in the water, wrapping around his waist more for balance instead.

His head tilted back only slightly, soft lips running across his jaw. "Oooooooooh~" Terra groaned softly as the second finger was added, his legs unconciously spreading. "Ven..."

A tongue came from between lips as he pressed it against the wet flesh. The water was refreshing and cool as he licked Terra's jaw slowly.

The noise the other was making was sending chill down his spine. His whole body shivered as the noises came right into his ear. His other hand slowly moved away, lowering down into the water and pushed away the unnecessary amount of belts. They floated down and soon black pants were finding their way off hips.

Nailed fingers slowly parted, making it stretch the oh so tight walls. They closed again and wondered deeper, feeling them be completely engulfed. He moaned softly as he leaned down, now sucking at Terra's neck and shoulder, leaving sweet love marks.

He opened his fingers a few more times, feeling the muscles part a bit better now. Slowly... he pulled them out. He moved away from the other slightly, standing right in front of him. He took Terra's shoulders and pinned them against the tree as his legs moved in between the others. He then slowly reached under the water and slowly rolled Terra's pants down beautiful hips.

Wet fingers ventured over the lower half of Terra's torse sensually before his hands reached behind him on either side and gripped onto Terra's ass firmly. His knees pushed into the tree as he hoisted the man up... which, it itself... was a lot of strength... but he had it. He leaned in and pulled Terra into another passionate kiss as he slowly lowered the other... done onto him.

Terra was so preoccupied with the figners he didn't ntocie anything else Ven was doing. He shivered as they scissored and his hips twitched a bit. "Ah!" he cried slightly in surprise as the figners thrust in as deep as they could. He groaned deeply, shivering as the younger sucked on his neck.

Ven was still moving his figners and slowly Terra could feel his muscles relaxing... and he groaned in loss as the other pulled away. Ven shifted him slightly and suddenly Terra was pinned. He blinked in surprise, legs coming in-between his. The brunette swallowed again as his pants slipped down, knowing what was next and was both nervous... and excited.

He squeaked a bit (later he'd claim it was an unnaturally high yelp) as he was lifted by his ass, blushing just slightly as he was lifted. He knew Ven was strong but still... he was kinda tall.

Lips met his own and he kissed back for all he was worth. Fingers curled into blonde hair and just stayed there, an arm wrapped around Ven's shoulderblades for balance. and then... Ven was entering him. He groaned sharply against the other's mouth, and, unable to get enough air, broke away, panting, lips shining with saliva. His eyes were dark, feeling nothing but bliss. "Nnnngh...."

Ven panted as well when their lips broke free from each other. He pulled closer, as he let the other relax down. His already hard member how found Terras' entrance and slowly the tip pressed against the flinching opening.

His eyes slid shut as Ven moved under him, his muscles clenching instinctively at the intrusion. No matter how hard he tried to couldn't relax them. He panted, head drooping, hot breath running over Ven's cheeks as he moved.

It took a few long, tortourous tries, but soon Ven was fully in, and Terra shivered noticably against the other, chin now resting atop Ven's head, blonde spikes tickling his cheeks.He took the time to catch his breath.

And then Ven made a slightly sharper movement. "N-ah!" Terra groaned out, head arching back.

He smiled at Terra's warm. Arms wrapped around his neck and... muscles around him elsewhere. The brunettes' breath ran down the into the slight piece of clothing lifted... making it to his bare spine. "Haa....." He gasped softly as he moved a bit again, pushing back in all the way. He had to let Terra get use to him... or they were going to be.... STUCK together.

A few times went with a slow pull... and then a slow push. After awhile, Terra's body relaxed as Ven completely pinned him to the tree and was able to free his hands. Terra's legs were now wrapped around his waist as fingers ran up his sides.

He pulled away, looking at Terra slightly. The lights floating up around them... and then Terra's wet hair... "Mmm....." His eyes lowered as he leaned in again. "Hold on..." He whispered as he moved his hips away a bit faster... and suddenly thrust into the brunette, making the water around them ripple.
