The Chasers: New World Locket

[Reno]

Roxas was completely struck by Axel's appearence. Wow... he;d never seen Axel look so... so... wow...

His mind shut down a bit just staring at the red-head, wide grin flowing on his lips as he hurried forward to embrace the other - but... was stopped by a boquet. He looked down at them her eyes widening further. "Oh my god Axel... they're gorgeous!" He said, tentatively taking the boquet. He grinned widely, tugging the other down and gave him a firm kiss right on the lips.


Sora smiled, watching the display happily - when Riku's words made him glance to the side. "Ventus! Terra!" He cried happily, walking over and hugging his twin. "I'm so glad you guys made it!" He let go, opening his arms wide for the brunette - the Terra just poked him on the forehead, redirecting him over the Riku before he could complete the embrace

"Nice try." The Atterian said smugly, a grin in place.

The brunette pouted. "Hey it's my birthday! I don't even get a birthday hug?"

"Uh..." Crap, don't tell him that was part of the tradition too!

[Rikugurl]

Axel blinked as he was pulled down and closed his eyes as he was pulled into the kiss. He smiled as he continued the kiss softly.
Xio watched and pouted a bit before yipping again. Still nothing. He slowly took Roxas's pants in his mouth and tugged on them to get his attention. When The two finally split, Xio yipped happily, running around in circles, trying to show off his new groom.

Riku smiled as he looked over. Ven didn't look to bad... though he did seem a bit washed out.

Ventus blinked as he saw Sora's pout then looked up at Terra. He pulled his hands onto his back and leaned in a bit, giving Terra big blue eyes and smiling innocently. "Terra.... give Sora a hug huh.... for meee?"

[Reno]

Roxas smiled, put a tug at his pantleg made him pull away. He looked down and then grinned. "you even did Xio?!" He grinned at Axel then leaned down, reaching out to pet the moomba. "I bet it feels nice to be all groomed huh?"


Terra blinked as the blonde gave him the eyes, the close promixmity making him flush. Ah... crap. He glanced frantically over at riku, trying to gwet some help but the silverette just shrugged. He was a victim of those eyes as well. He sighed a bit looking back at Ven. "... alright... for you." He stepped away and opened his arms resignedfully.

Sora squealed happily, rushing forward and nearly toppled the taller man over with his energenticness. Terra blinked in surprise, filnching at the other's rather... surprisingly strong grip but smiled a bit, hugging back. Eh... it wasn't so bad.


Roxas straightened, smiling at Axel. "you looks beautiful." He murmured, but a strange... squeal drew his attention away and he looked back. He grinned. "do my eyes deceieve me or... is Sora hugging Terra?"

Ven and Riku just laughed as they saw Sora almost pounce onto the brunette. Riku shook his head. Where had Sora gotten so... huggy? Bryna said he was always like that, since he was a kid.

Xio yipped happily as he was pet. He could actually feel the gentle hand on his fur. See... Axel didn't brush him out everyday like Riku brushed out Vi. His fur hand become course and his mane a bit tangled... but now he was a soft as a pup and felt great even if he had to go through with soap and water!

He blinked at the squeal and looked over to see hugging going on.
Axel blinked and looked over the blonde. He couldn't help but chuckle. "Well, IIIIIIII..... think you're right!" That was a close one! He was going to spew out the fact that he KISSED Terra... No way was he saying anything stupid today!

"Alright everyone! Let's get moving! We have a timed schedule today!" Axel bounced a bit. "Everyone follow me!" He turned and started to walk down the road.

They left Nexus garden, the couples with each other's hands together. Axel and Roxas led the way, Riku and Sora were next and Terra and Ven were last... since this was still their first 'date'. It was even knew to hold hands...
They soon came to a long building that had a lot of noise coming from it.

Riku looked up at the sign. "An.... arcade?"
Did he always have to dress nice to play all day!?

[Reno]

At Axel's words the two brunettes pulled apart, one with a light blush, the other with an overly enthisiastic grin. Terra definitely wasn't used to Sora's level of affection.

Sora gave a thumb's up at Ven. "you rock bro!" He stepped up next to Riku, grinning. that had been a worthwhile gift.

Roxas blinked at the other;s mention of their 'timed' schedule. He grinned. "you really did plan out the day!" He was proud of the other. He laughed as he was tugged away by the hand.

Sora smiled softly as they followed, leaning against his husband as they walked and in the sunlight he could see the gleam from Riku's wedding ring. He grinned happily.

Terra blinked a bit nervously, following the first two couple's example... and held Ven's hand. Aaaaawkward... but not something he couldn't get used too.

Everyone stopped when Axel did. Curious eyes went towards the building. Sora burst into laughter suddenly, grinning. "Guess your gonna ruin these clothes too Ri." He teased.

Roxas smiled glancing at Axel. "Nice."

Terra tilted his head to the side curiously. This was... romantic?

[Rikugurl]

When Ven felt his hand being held, he looked up, biting his lip but smiled. This was going to be an odd day.. but he'd try to enjoy every minute of it.

That wouldn't be too hard.
His eyes widened as he looked at the arcade. "SHIT YEA!" He cried happily, letting go of Terra's hand and rushed inside. His blue eyes looked around at all the flashing colors and kids having fun with all sorts of games. His face looked so excited... like he was going to burst.

Axel blinked as the blonde ran in and smiled happily. Well... someone liked the idea. "Have fun!" He pulled Roxas in and started to exchange some munny for coins, finding a cool racing game and sat down.

Riku shook his head and sighed. "Alright..." They walked in, looking at the puzzled land keyblader behind them. Riku walked to the machine as well and put in some money and getting some coins. He handed some to Sora and looked around, spotting a skee ball alley. He looked down at Sora and grinned.

Ven already had his coins and placed a pile next to him at a fighting game, waving Terra over.

[Reno]

Terra's eyes widened at his lover's excitement. Well hell... guess it was.

Roxas blinked as Axel left his side, then laughed, hurryign after. "Wait up!" He stole a few coins, joining the red-head at the car game so they race against each other. Heh... if the townspeople didn;t think their leaders were weird before.

Middle aged and playing in arcades... that was new.

Sora laughed at his brother,. shaking his head, smiling mirthfully. He grinned as he was pulled in with Riku and the silverette got some coins for both of them, tugging them away. When the other say the skee ball though - oh did he detect a hint of CHALLENGE in those eyes? Sora grinned. "Oh you're SO on." He taunted, before the two raced for the game. they were still - luckily - competative with each other.

Terra went forward at the blonde wave, coming up beside him, spying on the game. The blonde urged him to join in and he shrugged, stealing two coins and slipped them into the slots. It was weird at first - but Ven;s laughter was contagious and soon the brunette was laughing too as they fought each other spewing out some rather nasty insults as they tried to kick each other's virtual ass.


The didn't stop their. Terra and Ven soon adbandonned the game to find another one that looked just as exciting. Air Hockey. Of course Ven won rather easily, and Terra suspected a little bit of cheating considering the puck had been going AROUND his mallet... thing.

Meanwhile Sora and Riku were having fun gathering tickets as they plaied against each other in a multitude of games - including some cute 'whack the alligator game'.

Roxas and Axel went all over the place, playing all sorts of different things. Some old school games, a skateboard game, some of those catch the stuffed anaiml games...

And then it happened. Roxas and Axel was passing Sora and Riku, the latter two laden down by tickets strung around their necks... right in front of a very flashy... arrowy game. And Roxas couldn't stop himself.

"Hey, Sora - how about a little dancing competition?"

The brunette paused, then glanced towards the machine, then back at Roxas, smirking. "I'll whoop your butt!" He threw his share of tickets over Riku's head and the two twns raced for the game. The other lovers, having no choice, stopped to watch.

At first it really WAS just competition to see who was the better dancer - but halfway through the second song both boys realized they were being watched intently by their lovers and soon ti turns into a competition of who could dance better AND turn on their lovers at the same time.

And then Sora just had to add a third part to the compettion on the last song.

"Aye yi yi!" Sora sung along, moving his feet rapidly with the movements of the arrows, cheeks flushed. "Where;s my samurai! Aye yi yi i'm your little butterfly."

Roxas growled a bit, not about to be outdone. He didn;t even noticed that it had become more then a compettions. Sweat was glistening on his brow as he took a breath. "Green black and blue make the colors in the sky!" He sung back, smirking. "I've been searching for a man~"

"All across japan!" Sora challenged again, eyes gleaming.

"Just to find, to find my samurai!" They both sung, grinning now.

[Rikugurl]

Ven's eyes grew a narrow glare across the air hockey table. He grinned and licked his lips as he smacked the puck across and moved his finger in a circle. Terra darted his hand towards the puck... and again... and again, almost going in circles trying to hit the disc. He looked like a little cat and Ven couldn't help but laugh as the cuteness of his lover.

He finally pushed his hand away and the puck went into the slot, making it 10 to 2. "Looks like I won." Ven winked from afar.


Riku grinned as he watched the light circle around the bulbs, trying to time when to hit the button. He glanced at Sora then back. "Slow." He whispered and the light started to slow down. He easily hit the button and the whole machine started to make tons of noises as it spewed out 200 tickets. He laughed and pulled them out, handing them to Sora. They already made 1,000 tickets... and Riku only cheated on this one. Not bad!

They smiled at each other and started to walk towards the next game.


Axel turned his steering wheel as far as he could but it was too late, his car was totaled but flashed back onto the street. The next turn... same thing. He looked up at what place he was. 20. "Hey! That's not my number!" He laughed as he pressed on the fake gas pedal and continued to drive crazy down the road, bumping into cars and flipping his own.

When the race was done, Axel had come in last and Roxas mentioned something about never letting Axel drive ANYTHING. They laughed and got up, looking for another game to play.

And that was when the showdown started.

Riku blinked as ticket few at his head. They landed on his hair and he gave a dull look, pulling them down and into a large bucket they used to keep them.
Axel blinked as he watched his lover and Sora go up to this game called
Dance
Dance
Revolution
"Huh..." He tilted his head but looked back, seeing Terra and Ven coming up.

"What's going on?" The other blonde asked as he looked at his brothers.
"Dancing?" Riku answered.

Ven crossed his arms as he watched. He never saw anything like it before in his life. Suddenly, more and more people circled around as their 'dancing' got more tough. Axel and Riku's eyes were glued to their lovers as Ven just bopped his head to the music. It wasn't bad.... but he didn't want anyone to notice he was enjoy it...

[Reno]

"Hey!" Terra complained, chasing after the run away puck, hitting for it only to have it dance around him. And again and again and again - until Ven laughed and let it fall in. "Cheater." He complained but his eyes were shining with mirth. He;d never had this much fun in his life!


Sora grinned as he watched his lover win the jackpot. He laughed. "That was soooo cheating." He grinned though, snapping off the tickets and wrapping them around his shoulders.


Roxas laughed, watching Axel crash again and again. He shook his head - though he didn;t win either causing Axel crashed into HIM once or twice. "Axel... you are never allowed to drive again!"


Terra stood next to Ven, hearing Riku's answer - but soon the two were really going at it. "And singing apparently." He glanced at Ven, noticing his head movements and chuckled. It wasn't Death Metal and VEN liked it. that was amazing. He turned his head back to the... interesting display.

"Someone who is strong," Sora sang, doing a quick little spin as he hit the back arrow, the chain on his pants rattling, hips swaying naturally.

"But still a little shy," Roxas added, jumping with the beat, stumbling a little.

"Yes, I need, I need my samurai." The twins again sang in unison, but Roxas voice was much more prominent and trained.

The compeition continued on as such, both of them moving in time - movements sometimes even seeming synchornized and practiced. By the end of their little competition, both brunette and blonde were breathing hard as they sang together perfectly:

"Ai yai i yai
I'm your little butterfly
Green, black and blue
Make the colors in the sky!!" A drumbeat fell off, signaling the end of the third song.

Sora leant back against the bar behind him, panting softly. Roxas was a litle shaky on his feet as they watched the grades spin. Both looked a little sweaty but happy even as theor clothes stuck to them uncomfortably. The graces came. They both had A's. But as the points revealed...

"BOOYAH!" Sora cheered, throwing his hand up. He clapped his hands doing a little jig on the dance pad. "I woooon the dance!"

Roxas just crossed his arms. He wasn;t as good of a dancer without Axel. "I SO won the singing though." His face began to flush heavily realizing he had sang... a song... in PUBLIC. AND THERE WAS A CROWD!!!

"Yeah." Sora agreed. He hadn't held all his notes like Roxas had. "And...?" The two glanced at each other, then glanced back, seeing twin looks of utter shock and wonderment on their lovers' faces. They both looked ready for a nosebleed.

"Tie." They stated together, grinning.

[Rikugurl]

The crowd cheered as the totals came up. Suddenly there were other talking about going against each other. Ven looked around then looked up at Terra. Damnit... He could tell by that smile on his face that he had seen Ven's enjoyment in the song. He looked away, his cheeks reddening but shook Axel out of his daze. "So what's next...?"

Axel blinked and rubbed his eyes looking down at Ven. "Oh yea!" He looked at his watch. "Ah! We're on time!" He quickly snatched Roxas and planted some kisses on his neck. They walked to the exit of the arcade, squeaking their little animals they got in the crane game at each other like nut cases.

Riku was shaken too and he blinked. "Oh... uh.... what?" He blinked again and looked at Sora who was by his side. "Oh... want to cash in these tickets?" They slowly walked to the counter, layout out their tickets for the man. He came back and smiled. "You have 3,480 tickets." Riku looked. Those were one of the more better prizes. "Pick Sora."

Ven shrugged and looked at some other people play the game. It was pretty interesting. He wished he could play... but it seemed to much for someone who just came out of a coma. He looked up at Terra and smiled.

[Reno]

Terra's grin got wider as the other grew embaressed. How adorable. He chuckled.

Roxas smled softly at the kisses wrapping an arm around Axel's thuin waist, laughing softly. "tickles." The animals squeaked pleasantly.

Terra saw the look in Ven;s eyes and smiled softly. "Next time." He promised. Ven probably would faint if he tried it now. "I don't need you cracking your head open on the bar and being out for another few monthes." He joked lightly, taking the other's hand in his and walked after the others.


Sora hummed softly, then looked around. He saw something that caught his eye for 3,300. "oooh... that!" He pointed. "The blue one!" He said with a nod. The man got the small blue lava lamp down, placing it in it's box and handing it over. 180 left... but he didn;t ened anything else.

Sora tilted his head at the rest, then glzanced behind him and smiled. "give the rest to her." He said, pointing at the little nine-year old.

"thanks!" The girl said, giving him a hug - one he happily returned before he and Riku were heading after the other two couples, now at the rear of the group. What was NEXT on the list.

[Rikugurl]

Riku blinked as the man handed them a lava lamp. That was what he wanted? Those things got pretty hot... and their house was made of wood and.... oh well. It was Sora's birthday... and if he wanted to burn down the house well... Riku would build him a new one.

They walked over and smiled at the couples got together again.
Axel smiled. "Alright, let's get to our house quickly and put the things away." He was sure they didn't want to carry everything with them. They still had a lot to do!

They quickly went back to the house, Xio trying to play but was only walked out on. He burst through the doggy whole and ran after them as they returned to Radiant.

Axel walked down through Nexus and came over a bridge. He smiled as he saw some people sitting on the benches and feeding bread to the ducks below. They would be here again. They walked to the end, enjoying their hands together with their lovers.

They came to a small stand and Axel stopped. "Hey... can we have... six papers?"
The woman at the booth smiled. "Sure. What color?"
Axel smiled.
"One red," He pointed to himself.
"One blue," He pointed to Roxas.
"One yellow," He pointed to Sora.
"One silver," He pointed to Riku.
"One gold," He pointed to Terra... and then blinked, looking at Ven. "Ugh...."
"Black....?" Ven smiled.
Axel gave him a dull look then looked at a woman.
"And one PINK!" He pointed to Ven.
"HEY!"

He was handed the array of colorful paper and handed a piece to each person, grabbing a pen and handed them out as well. They followed Axel down to the river bank and watched him sit down, following him.
He put the paper on his lap and started to write on the white side.
"Everyone write down their wishes. Birthday boys write down their birthday wishes... and every date write down their wishes to their birthday boy! When you're done... make your paper into a crane... and put it in the river so that our wishes can float away in the waters of time."

[Reno]

The couples traveled back to Nexus once more - it seemed they;d be coming here a lot. Everyone blinked curiously as the other gathered the papers for them.

Terra snorted, grinning as Ven was given pink. "It's a good color for you." He teased lightly.

The three collected around Axel as he handed out the papers, pens and spoke of what exactly they were doing. Wow... he really was a sap. Wasn;t that Sora's job?

"Birthday wish huh?" Sora asked as he took his yellow sheet, walking over to a patch of grass and - despite his nice clothing - laid onto his stomach, placing the white side of his paper on the concrete so he could write. His feet dangled upwards behind him - a typical post he used to take when he was doing his homework. He licked his lips, looking as if he had to solve the meaning of life. He hummed quietly, eyes narrowed in concentration.

And wrote something down.

I wish... for everyone's happiness...

Sure it was corny but... well he didn't really ever need wishes. His faith and belief and pouty face usually got him everything he ever needed. He paused, before quickly adding.

...and something unexpected.

He loved surprises.


Roxas chuckled, watching the other sit and then walked around, sitting behind Axel so that their backs leaned against each other's looking down at his own paper. his birthday wish...? He licked his lips in thought...

before writing something down.

I wish... to never lose Axel...

He'd already had too many scares in his life - he didn't want any more.

like Sora he just had to add something.

...and for the best birthday cake ever!


Terra blinked looking down at the gold paper. A birthday wish... to Ven... He hummed thoughfully walking over to the edge of the bridge and sat down, leaning back against it. He looked down at the paper blankly. He looked at the blonde quietly, tilting his head in thought. Her thought of the past few monthes and knew what he wanted to wish for. They weren't going to see it... right?

He write down his wish quietly.

I wish... for Ven to never get hurt...

Maybe it was just a wish.. but he needed the extra strength. He wanted to protect his lover no matter what the cost - and already having been close to losing him three times in his life... well it didn't hurt to put it down.

He bit his lip, remembering how happy Ven had already been today... and wrote something else quickly.

and for him to never lose that beautiful smile.

[Rikugurl]

Axel smiled as he felt Roxas's back on his own. He pulled up his knee, looking down at the paper. It was pen... so he couldn't do redos. He had to think real hard about it. He thought and thought and thought until steam started to roll out of his ears.

I wish... that Roxas will have the best birthday EVER! And that... he likes my gifts and he likes his day and... and that--

He filled his whole page with all sort of silly small things, his face wide with smile. He blinked when he ran out of stuff to write... but needed to find room to put his last part. So.... he wrote it over everything.

I LOVE YOU!!

He couldn't help but giggle as he started to do the origami to make the paper into a pretty red crane.


Riku watched Sora leave and sit down before leaning on the edge of the other side of the bridge where Terra was. He smiled as he looked at the reflection of himself, then looked down at his wedding band.

I wish Sora never loses his Light for the rest of his life... and that I can hold him for the rest of mine.

He smiled softly as he started to fold it.


Ven frowned and pouted at Terra but sighed as everyone went their own way. He plopped down right where he stood and placed the paper on his knee. He looked at the paper blankly then slowly looked through blonde spikes at the land keyblader. He looked away when Terra looked his way and back at the paper.

A wish came to his head... and nothing else seemed to sound better... to his heart. His blush grew deeper and he started to write slowly, not believing his own hand writing.

I wish... that I will have a balloonist for a husband one day.

He bit his bottom lip as he quickly started to make the crane.

[Reno]

Roxas heard Axel writing furiously behind him, laughing softly. That was just like him. Probably couldn't decide on what he wanted to wish for. He shook his head, making the blue crane - satisfied with the wish.

Sora tilted his head, looking down at his paper in thought still. He smiled softly, making the crane - he was a big thinker. he couldn;t help but want to include everyone in his wishes. when he was younger he did that too. Eh... maybe it was a keyblader of light thing?

Terra licked his lips, carefully making the crane, his figners a bit clumsy. He glanced at Ven, seeing the other... blushing as he made his own. He chuckled, wondering what he wrote.

But if you told your wishes they don;t come true~ Even HE knew that.

The six eventually stood, walking over to the water. And two at a time they set the cranes into the water. A red one and blue one floated together, then a silver one and yellow one swan after, and finally a gold one and... pink one danced along. The couples watched the cranes float away quietly, satisfied smiles on their faces.

Then there was a gurgly noise and everyone else blinked, glancing at Terra. The brunette was blushing, a hand over his stomach. "I'm uh... getting kinda hungry."
