The Chasers: New World Locket

Fuu ducked as a bolt flew pass her. It sizzled through her hair, making the ends frizz. She growled but stood, her chakrams appearing as she dashed towards the Dark Knight and Terra. That idea stopped pretty quickly as the ground under her rose up with no warning. Jagged rock would of caught her shirt if she wasn't in her skin tight leather outfit. She dig her chaks into the side of the ground as it flung her up but when it stopped, the force was too great for her.

She suddenly went flying but she tossed her chaks in the air, them coming back to her quickly but now underneath her. They blew wind in her direction and she fell to the ground, landing softly on her feet next to Aqua. A red eye looked towards the volcano, seeing sparks fly as two people raced up the side... another one following.


Axel yelped with a feminine tone as the ground came up. They were thrown into the air and the pyro reached out to the first thing he could see. Roxas's ankle. He dangled off his lover, his green eyes wide with fear. "OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD!" He cried as he tried to pull himself up but the force was too heavy. He looked down, seeing lava flow below. He looked back at Roxas with even more fear before...

little wheels in his head started to turn...

A dull look came over his face as he looked down at the lava. Wait a minute. He shrugged and suddenly let go of Roxas's ankle, falling down into the lava. The hot magma swallowed the tall man and only a few bubbles popped as it sizzled.

Suddenly a black and red figure flew from the lava, making it spray a bit but nothing too high. Large red phoenix wings made of fire spread from the thin man as he shot straight up. His green eyes glowed as hands reached out and pulled Roxas's collar up and flung him in the air. Where Axel had touched, the collar burned up. The pyro fell onto the top of the ground, the rocks below him melting a bit and the wind cooling him off instantly. He looked up, seeing Roxas fall back down and swiftly caught him. "Hey cutie!"


Riku blinked as a sudden rock flung up in front of him. He was about to yell a shied attack... but he only knew Dark Shield... and that would take out all his Dark majick he had. Sora made a quickly turn, almost making him fall off. He clenched his fingers into Sora's shoulder as they flew through the rising grounds. That was when he felt a heavy force, almost feeling like his stomach was going to cave in if he didn't have his hard abs.

They were suddenly shot up into the air and Riku let go. They fell back to the ground and the force knocked Riku's breath from his lungs. He coughed and slowly sat up. He groaned as he looked up at the volcano, seeing sparks fly.
"Who... are these people?"


Ven continued to slash at the man as they dashed up the volcano's side. Ice slipped at their feet, making it dangerous. Ven was as light as a feather on his feet though, making his slips get caught easily. He growled after a failed slash and suddenly pushed almost right through the old man. He disappeared into the wind and quickly appeared in a wisp behind him.

Aero Maxim slashed down at Xehanort but the free hand that the old man held on his back was now out and a sudden blast of energy pushed Ventus back.

The blonde felt backwards but he slammed his keyblade to the side of him, making him slow down and stop. His feet found a small ledge and quickly dashed back towards Xehanort. He didn't take notice that the scar he left in the ice made some lava started to drip down.

As he caught up to Xehanort, he was about to strike again when the white haired man suddenly jumped. He wanted to get higher... and instead of using a rock to push himself up... he used Ven's face. A boot kicked Ven hard in the face, pushing him into the icy wall hard. Black fumes circled around his shoulders and he winces, pulling off quickly. Some of his skin tore as the ice clung onto him.

[Reno]

Aqua sighed a bit, l;anding on the ledge that the Dark Knight HAD been. But of course he was gone. she looked around her eyes narrowing, when something jumped next to her. she tensed head turned - and grinned in relief. "Fuu!" She hugged the other. "God am I glad to see you!"

She ehard the sounds of smacking keyblades though and looked towards where Ven and Xehanort were fighting. Terra was close at their heels - but he was having problems with the ice. Her eyes narrowed and she looked at Fuujin determinedly. "come on!" she grinned, before taking off after the two, jumping for the ledges, hurrying after the two.


Roxas grunted, his nails digging down as Axel held on. "Shit, shit shit!" He didn;t realize how heavy Axel COULD be when it was the damn wrong time. But then... the weight was gone. He looked down, horror running over hie features. "AXEEEEEEEL!!!" He screamed - watching the other hit the lava. "Oh shit oh my fucking god." He struggled, legs swinging, trying to drag himself over the side.

But the suddenly... Axel FLEW past him. "Ax- WAAAH!" He grunted as his collar was grabbed and he was literally thrown into the air. "WAAAH!" He swung his arms wildly, then he came back down for the ground.

But was instead caught by warm arms. He looked up at Axel's smiling face and growled, hitting him in the chest. "don;t you EVER do that again!!!" He shoved himself out of the other's arms, huffing unhappily.


Sora coughed a few more times, slowly getting up, rubbing his now very badly bruised ribs. "I dunno but I don't like them!" He started to walk over to were Riku lay, when ultima suddenly snapped into his hands. the brunette spun around, keyblade coming up and crashing down on another, darker keyblader which had been aiming for his back. "Bastard, that's low striking from behind"

The Dark Knight just looked at him evenly, pushing him back. Sora stumbled, growling and then blinked noticing something strange. His shadow was stretching out across the ground... but the Dark Knight's wasn't. his blue eyes widened. "you're nothing but a shadow..." He mumbled. He was Xehanort's shadow!

That meant... he could use no mercy. It wasn;t someone being controlled like Riku at all. so... he didn;t need to hold back. "Alright!" He charged forward, blade gleaming red. "Zantet-" he swung. "SUKEN!" The Dark Knight jumped back from the lethal attack. "Sonic!" Sora said, slamming his blade down a stream of light energy crashing towards the other.

The Dark Knight didn;t move, nearly swung this blade as it came for him - dispersing it immediately. Sora stared blankly. Well shit.


Roxas' head turned, hearing the sounds of battle, seeing Sora fighting the Dark Knight. He growled. "come on Axel! We gotta help him!"


Terra chased after the two, and had just reached the ledge before them when he saw... Xehanort using his lover as a fucking stepping stone. Anger made his eyes spark - and the pain that coursed down his shoulders only made that anger grow. Crap they had just gotten rid of all their scars!

He growled lowly, jumping up to the next ledge, running past Ven. "Cure!" He called, the magic surronding the other, before he was rushing after Xehanort, swinging his keyblade at the other. "Bastard!"

Fuu blinked at the hug, only smiling slightly. Her nerves were on edge, making anything that happened made her flinch. She nodded, quickly rushing after her lover towards the volcano. When they reached it, Aqua jumped off and started racing up the mountain. Fuu watched and quickly jumped. When she reached the other side, her foot slipped and dragged her down roughly. She winced as the rocks ripped through the leather and scraped her knees. slamming her chak into the ground, she stopped herself from falling anymore.

She panted as she looked up at the mountain. It was so steep... and covered in ice. It was like a suicide mission to climb it... and with such speed. How could Terra, Ven and Aqua do it...? There was... no way she could.
She looked back, over at a spiraled piece of land, seeing the Dark Knight and Sora slashing at each other. They were too far away from her to help them. She growled at herself. She was NOT going to be put into a useless position again!

Pulling herself up and slowly started to climb the mountain. Maybe she wasn't going as fast as the three... but she would get SOMEWHERE at SOME point.


Axel blinked as Roxas pushed away in a pissy mood. "Hey! Lava is made out of fire right!? You should of known I'd be ok..." He pouted as he looked down but his head jolted back up, hearing the same thing his lover did. He nodded at the blonde as he raced across the ground and looked up at the ground that shot up.

He frowned a bit, tilting his head. Wait a minute... Reno could scale ANYTHING! Maybe... he could too? He jumped on the rocks and with a sudden instinct, he was climbing up the side of the jagged rocks in no time.


Riku's eyes widened as he saw a black figure come up behind Sora. Before he could warn his husband, Sora already caught the blade. He growled as he stumbled up and almost fell to the ground again but was suddenly caught. He looked up, his aquatic eyes meeting green. He smiled slightly but looked back in shock as he heard Sora call out the deadly move. He was ready to see the Dark Knight get slashed in half... but instead...

The knight blew it away.

There was no way...
His eyes darkened as he pulled himself up with the held of Axel and pointed his keyblade out. "Triple!" He called out. A swirl of yellow wrapped around the three near by. "Hastega!" Shadow clocks started to pass time quickly around Axel, Roxas and Sora.


Ven moaned as he held his shoulder in one hand and his face in another but he was suddenly passed. He looked up, a green warmth rounding him. "Terra!" He shook his head and gripped onto his keyblade before dashing towards the two. He jumped up a bit higher and pushed wind blow his feet to catch up.

Xehanort grinned as Terra was now at his front. Even if it had been years since their last fight... they were still the same... no different. "HAHA! GOOD! GOOD!" He called as he slashed back at each attempt Terra sent him.

Yellow eyes didn't budge as he swing his blade a bit longer, now clashing with another incoming keyblade. Ven growled as his slash was pushed back. They continued to race up to the peak of the volcano, both Chasers slashing down and across as fast as they could at the old man... but he blocked each attempted. When they almost hit the barrel, an energy ball was throw at Terra, hitting him hard and pushed him off.

A hard, quick slash came down at Ven, pushing him into the ice. The man cried as his face smacked into the wall, the black steam arising again but he pulled it away quickly before his face stuck to it.

Xehanort jumped high into the air and another ball was formed and thrown down right into the heart of the volcano. The moment it hit the lava, ice covered the whole inside and rose up, making a cap around the barrel. He landed above the brewing lava, able to see it through the ice.

[Reno]

Aqua glanced back, feeling her knees hurt. Fuu was having a harder time then she imagined... Aqua paused on a ledge, about to go back - before a yell of pain above made the decision for her. Ven and Terra needed her, now! I'm sorry Fuu... "Try wind!" She called, before rushing forward, contining her way up.


Roxas used the high Jump ability he learned to quickly join Sora's side. His eyes widened though when he saw the knight counter Zantetsuken. That was... jsut wasn't...

well obviously it must be possible. "Well shit."

Suddenly yellow hastaga magic wrapped around him and he blinked slowly, then grinned. "thanks Riku!" It was just what they needed. He glanced at Sora, smirking as if to say 'Let's get him' before the blonde dashed forward, Oblivion and Oathkeeper in his hands. He swung Oblivion, and lights danced above his head before charging forth like spears, the nobody symbol atop of them. They scorched the ground as they came.

The Dark Knight jumped back, slicing his keyblade through a few and dodging the rest.

Sora blinked, then grinned, running after the blonde, swinging off to the left quickly As the Dark Knight jumped to avoid the attack. He swung his keyblade like a Boomerang.

The Knight swung out his own, catching Ultima and sending it flying. the blade smacked into the ground far away. He landed on the ground, another ball of dark energy in his hands and he smacked it down and a wave of dark energy flowed up - smacking into all four of them and nearly shoving all of them off the plateau.


Terra growled at the other's praise - swinging again and again. but it was just like so long again. every low he struck with didn;t reach him. ever attack he tried, easily countered. How could he STILL be this strong?! how were they still getitng overpowered?!

Soon Ven had joined him again, the two desperately trying to get a hit in, going fuirther and firther up the mountain. Just as they were about to reach the peak, Terra gave a sharp yell as a blast hit him square in the chest and he went sailing OFF the mountain. Luckily a ledge caught his fall.

He grunted as he landed, coughing as it sent a shock through his whole body. He heard repid feet pass him and blinked dazedly, seeing a flash of blue. Aqua?


Dart, who had dipped back into the volcano to try and calm it, roared in panic as ice covered the top of it. He looked up, seeing something hazy through the ice. someone walking on it.


Aqua saw her friend as he hit the ledge just a few steps above him - but she had no time to stop. Ven was all alone up there! And this time she WASN'T going to at the bottom of the mountain - completely out of the fight. This bastard had come and attacked HER home, had come and disturbed HER dragons, and now he was going to fucking PAY.

She rushed past Terra, climbing the ledges easily, and then, to her surprise, passed a dazed, hurt Ven. But still she didn;t stop. Fury was rolling her on. She climbed until she was at the barrel - and found that the volcano had been completely covered with ice. She panted a bit, her furious eyes meeting Xehanort's. "you..." she hissed, remembering him as he froze Ven - remembering as he battled Terra... remembering that same god damned satisfied look on his face. "Why here?!" She screamed, suddenly running across the ice - not slipping once. Ice was water - she could walk on them both. "Why MY home you mother fucker!" She screeched, slashing at him.

Fuu nodded and sighed. Yea... it it was really that easy. She never had to run up ice before... and didn't think that wind was going to help her any. She looked below, seeing rivers of lava flow under. She breathed out slowly, looking back up. "Shit..."


Axel pull Riku to a safer place and sat him down before his chaks appeared. He quickly rushed at the Dark Knight as well. As the knight dodged EVERYTHING, Axel watched closely and suddenly blast of flames come driving up. However... that damn thing missed each one of those too. The redhead growled as he chucked his chaks. They were quickly deflected by the keyblade in the knight's hand.

WHAT THE HELL!?
There were three people throwing powerful attack, full force AND with hastega... and he was still countering them all!?
He skidded to a halt as he felt a shield wrapped around him and saw one wrap around Roxas as well. Who...?

"SORA!" Riku called from before. "NOW!" He tossed his keyblade with all his might into the air, hoping Sora would understand. Their limit... was one of the most powerful.


Ven limped a bit as the ledge he was on was a bigger one. He panted, suddenly hearing Aqua scream. He shook his head and quickly started to race up again. When he got to the top, his blue eyes widened. Xehanort did this? He turned a volcano to an ice cap??
Had he become... even stronger? Was that even possible.

His thoughts were interrupted as he heard a clang. He looked over to see Aqua slashing at the old man, but she too was being countered at every try. The thing that pissed him off the most about fighting this guy... was that they all put their all into slashing at him... and he was literally fighting back with one hand behind his back!

His rage grew as he suddenly dashed onto the top. His feet never touched the ice but was floating only an inch above it. There was no way he could run and dash on that shit. He quickly joined her as he slashed down at the man, but another strong throw sent them back.

Golden eyes gleamed as he smiled at them. He held out is keyblade towards them, as if to show it off. It was the same one he had all those years ago.
World's End

Ven's eyes widened as he got the ghostly name of the keyblade. But how...? He didn't even touch it! But that wasn't what shocked him. No wonder Master Xehanort got stronger... his KEYBLADE absorbed the power of the worlds... that... ended? Disappeared?
His eyes suddenly grew extremely dark. He.... he took Akbar's reminding power!?

"I'LL KILL YOU!"

[Reno]

Sora heard Riku's call and his eyes widened and he grinned. Yeah, he understood alright. Sora dashed across the ground quickly, red light covering him as the limit Riku called forth surronded him. He threw the blade, "ALL'S END!" He yelled - hearing the cry echoed by his husband.

Both blades flew to either side of the Dark Knight, Ultima glowing yellow, Twilight Requiem glowing blue. They acted like two different gravitational pulls, keeping the other lcked in blast, before strong blasts shot out from the blade - crashing into the Knight with an insane force - then at the end their was a huge blast, and both keyblades were sent back with the force. Sora reached up and caught his. that must have taken all of Riku;'s strength away - but it had to of worked, it had to-

The dust cleared... and the Dark Knight was still standing - though his mask looked a little cracked.

"No... fucking way." Roxas whispered. How?


Terra grunted tiredly, struggled to his feet before he jumped forward, climbing up the ledges for a second time. He spat blood on the floor at he did, growling. this just wasn;t going to end. By the time hereached the top, he had to stop at the edge's - watching Aqua and Ven as they fought. He looked down at the ice, cursing.

Aqua growled, slashing at him. This was impossible. How?! HOW?! But then they were slashed bacjk. Aqua's feet skid on the ground, and she hissed in fury - but she tensed as he held out the keyblade towards them.

Her eyes widened at the name. ...what?

Terra stared blankly as the name came out to him as well. World's... End...

Keyblades were typically named after their purpose.

Terra, like Ven, quickly realized what the name meant. His hands curled into fists, his eyes sparking again. Atteris... and Akbar. They hadn;t disappeared just out of no where - not just because they were abandonned. They disappeared... before this bastard had done what his people did. He sucked the energy of it dry.

And it killed the world.

"BASTARD!" Terra screamed, and even still, tried to run across the ice. He yelped and fell, grunting as he hit the ice. "fuck!"

Aqua shook all over in fury. He wanted Dragoon now. And like hell was he getting it. "You... son of a..." She charged forward again - swinging. But Xehanort jumped high again. He looked as if he was ready to shoot off another spell.


Roxas growled, charging forward towards the Dark Knight...

when a sudden, large shadow fell upon the land, a roar of fury making the whole world shake. A powerful tail swung out, cracking into the Dark Knight and sending him spiralling over the edge of the ledge.

Eight powerful wings beat down, making strong winds, as the angry head turned towards Xehanort - who was in the air. The Divine Dragon was furious. she could here the cries of Dart within the volcano - trapped by ice. And the magical scent from the ice was coming from him.

Xehanort didn't know it but he had made a BIG mistake entrapping him of all dragons. Dart was more then her friend. In the past, long, long ago, he had been her lover.

Her mouth opened, and she shot out a blast of great, immesnse power - nothing but pure energy. It was white and pure and strong. It was large and unstoppable - and no one would again wonder why she was called the armeggeddeon dragon.

"Shit! Guys move!" Terra, still on his back, cried to Ven and Aqua. He was trying to struggle onto his feet, but the ice kept making him slip.

Aqua saw the blast coming even before she heard Terra's cry. She knew what needed to be done. she turned, grabbing onto Ven and skating across the ground back to Terra. She threw Ven onto of the brunette, and then uncerimiouniously kicked both off.

"Wah!" Terra cried as he slid down, the side, wrapping his arms around Ven instinctively as they hit the ledge just under it. just as they did - the blast hit the top of the volcano - hitting everything only so many inches above them. The brunette shook as the backlash of the power kept him and Ven from moving, as if if was keeping them locked down.

Once the blast faded, his eyes went wide. He sat up and looked up in horror - seeing that whatever had been the top of the volcano was now gone and... and "AQUA!!!" He screamed.

Riku was pushed back from the power of their blade. He winced as he was dragged across the plateau, his hands and arms dug and bleeding. He stopped right at the edge and took a sigh of relief. He heard a noise close and looked, seeing Twilight Requiem stuck into the ground next to him. He looked slowly, hoping to see the Dark Knight on the ground...

But... he was still standing.
Riku gasped as his silver hair flew out in front of him.... but.... why? He looked up, seeing the huge dragon over him. "DUCK!"

Axel covered himself as every blast spiraled off his shield. Damn... he was glad he was never hit with that before... When the dust cleared, he blinked seeing the man still standing. He fell to his knees and shook his head. Well... guess they were dead. He suddenly felt a wind and them a huge roar. He looked up but quickly duck, hearing Riku's call.

A large tail brushed over Axel and pushed him even more into the ground, making dirt push into his mouth. When the dragon flew away, Axel sat up and started to spat out the dirt and rocks. "BLECK!" He quickly got to his feet and ran over to the edge where the knight had fallen. His green eyes peered down... but... there was no sign of the Dark Knight at all....


Ven watched as he looked up, seeing another glowing ball in Master Xehanort's hand. He growled and was about to fly up and about to counter it... but that was when a huge roar filled the realm. He looked up, seeing the large Divine Dragon flying towards them. She reared her head and a large energy ball started to appear. He was guessing... it was a lot more powerful than Mega Flare.

He was in a state of shock and the minute Aqua grabbed him, he was thrown at Terra. He felt a kick and they went flying off the mountain. They hit an edge and a powerful blast made them only see white. As the dust cleared, blue eyes looked up, feeling Terra's arms leave his body. They both looked up in horror, seeing crystals of ice spark off a blasted open top. It was so peaceful looking... but...

"AQUA!!!" Fujin yelled as she saw the ice crystals fall down on her. It looked like it was snowing in the black and red realm. Tears fell down her face, the 'snow' landing on the stream. No... please god...

All of a sudden Ven stopped as he felt something glooming close by. He looked back slowly, blue hair looking through blonde spikes. On a nearby ledge... stood Master Xehanort. A smirk wide on his face. His eye color was brighter and an even more evil feeling radiated from him. The Dark Knight had fused back into him.

Ven snarled as he quickly got up. Aero Maxim gripped in his hand and he shot towards the man. A white glove was raised and fingered moved. A blast shot out at him but he jumped over it. The majick hit the back of Terra. Ice started to run up and down the brunette's back, sending him forward.
Ventus could feel a chill before he slashed down at the man but his keyblade was caught with the others. He was going to fall back to swing once more... but his shirt was suddenly grabbed by the hand that usual wielded majick or sat on the man's back.

Ven's eyes widened as he looked down at the golden.
"When I want people to stop existing... I mean it. Be a good boy... and don't come back this time." He suddenly threw Ventus away with great force.

The blonde went flying and smacked hard into a nearby rock wall that the Dark Knight had called forth. It knocked the wind out of him and he started to fall. He quickly gained his breath back and dug his keyblade into the side of the mountain but it was no use, it wouldn't catch and only made rocks fall down onto him. He pulled his blade away and with one final blow, slashed his blade into the mountain one more time. It finally caught, but he was falling at such a fast speed... that Aero Maxim slipped from his hand.

"NOOOO!!!" He fell down the volcano and started to hit the side of the mountain. His body was tossed this way and that. In all his attempted to stop, they failed and finally his head landed on a ledge, knocking him out. His limp body rolled down the rest of the way towards the lava below.

Fujin's eyes widened as Ven's body passed her at great speeds. She gasped, seeing he was headed down to the lava below. "WIND!" A gust of wind blew at the limp body... only pushing him away from the mountain. He fell deeper into the darkness of the world... but he was no longer highlighted by the lava.

[Reno]

Roxas grit his teeth at Riku's call, quickly falling the the ground. He grunted, the tail sweeping close by the him as it smacked into the Knight.

Sora yelped, sliding to a stop and falling down instively as the large tail swooping back them. lucky none of them were thrown off as well - but then... the divine Dragon shot off a blast opf such power it was... amazing - and frightening.

By the time it had disappated, screams arose - yelling for Aqua. The four on the platwau looked over blankly. no way...


Aqua breathed in unsteadily, seeing the blast as it came - she had only a split second - so she slammed her blade into the ice and FELL through it. Gravity brought her down and she screeched, seeing only lava below. the power of the blast right above sent her spiraling faster, and the incredible heat made her sweat. It was too much...

Aqua fainted.

Dart looked up, seeing the blue female as she came falling through. He recognized her - from the water region. She had been by more then once, had even broguth friends at one time.

And he was still borne to protect the people of this world, no matter the realm. He stretching his head out, catching the girl between his teeth careful not to chomp down and squah her. He twisted his head around, slowly laying her across his back, before looking up. the beam had receded - but the man still stood.

How, the dragon could not figure.


the Divine Dragon growled infruiated, seeing the man still standing. How was it even possible?


Terra looked up in horror, seeing Xehanort - still ALIVE?!! No... no... that just couldn't be. Aqua was gone and he... that fucking bastard was still there? Ven shot from him, going towards him. "Ven!" He cried, Quicksand appearing - but before he could get his barings, the blast of ice hit him in the back, knocking him down to the ground. He grunted, trying to break fear. He gave a yowl as the ice covered him.

He looked up though, at the man's words. His eyes widened the sight... eerily familar as he... threw... Ven. "VEEEEEEN!" Terra screamed in horror, grunting and wincing each time his lover hit something. His heart twisted horribly.

And then he was just... gone from his sight... and his senses. He looked up in horror, hearing Xehanort laughing. Terra struggled to his knees, the ice cracking across his back. He stared blankly at the ground below him, eyes wide.

He could hear Ven;s heart beat.

Ba-dum.

"I..... I love you Terra..." The blonde said, his shining with love as the lights shimmered in his eyes.

Ba-dum.

"Here." Ven grumbled, holding the muffinf out to Terra. "Now stop bitching."

Ba-dum.

"I... I'm so lucky..." Ven choked, tears running from brillant eyes as they surronded by nothing but air in a balloon.

Ba....dum. ba-dum. badum. badum. Terra couldn't hear Ven's heart anymore - all he could hear now was his own as it sped up, faster and faster.

Quicksand shattered.

"Your pretty fucking good." Ven said exhasuted, but grinning. "What do you say you join us?"
"Is this how you make friends where you come from?" Aqua growled, wiping sweat from her brow, "Or are you just to chicken to admit i kicked your ass?"
"shut the fuck up princess." Terra snapped suddenly. "either join us or hand us your keyblade."
Aqua scoffed. "Lanaguage."
"Whats wrong - too manly for you bitch?" Terra said with a smirk.
Blue eyes narrowed before she apporached the other, running her hand under his chin, looking as sweet as could be before- "Shut up you fucking cocksucker or i'll rip you a new asshole."
Terrs stared at her blankly, and from behind he could hear Ven laughing at him.
"Wow i like her already!" Ven crowed.
Aqua smirked. "Sure I'll join you two."
Terra grunted rolling his eyes. But... he kinda already liked her too.

The walls are closing in on you. the closer they get, the closer I become bound to you.

The walls snapped closed.

Terra's teeth grit, panting as his eyes glowed golden all the rage that had built up since he heard this fucker's name coming together and forcing the change. His heart slowly snapping closed again - and this time a wall came down between the connection with him and Ven. He wasn't going to steal any of his power this time.

Terra opened his mouth and screamed energy slamming down around him, the ice snapping away from his back instantly. Aqua. Ven. His two closest friends... and again this bastard comes in and thinks he came hurt them?! No, no not fucking again. Aqua... was dead. Ven... was hurt. And now he... wanted revenge.

Crazed yellow eyes looked up - seeing World's End.

"Everyone had a magical item - a place where they store memories of magical powers and physical prowess and just anything related to fighting." Terra explained to Ven. "My people... could find that item and once they got their hands on it... drain those memories... and drain the person;s energy too."

His power... came from there.

"You wanna know who I don;t want to exist anymore Xehanort?!"

Claws made a horrible screech as Terra claws up the mountain side, lips pulled back in a snarl bite, sharp fangs showing brightly. He was level with the other in seconds, slamming his claws out and screaming, "YOU!!!!" He grabbed onto World's End without hesitation, sinking his claws down and drawing at the power within it.

Riku pulled himself up the best he could, slowly limping over to Sora but the moment he reached his husband, he fell to his knees and panted. He looked up through his silver hair that the mountain that still looked like to was snowing at the top.

Axel frowned as he walked up next to Roxas and looked out at the mountain. He backed down a bit as he heard a horrible... yet familiar roar echoing out of the mountain. Terra....?


Fuu looked up, hearing yelling and then a loud roar. She had no idea what was going on... but at least she could so something now. She slowly let go of the rocks she had been clinging onto and let the wind guide her down into the abyss where a lava river flowed.

She landed on the edge by the river and looked out. "Ven?" It was dark and extremely hot down there. She couldn't stay too long... She quickly ran around the small opening, looking everywhere for the fallen man. She stopped when she saw blonde spikes and rushed over. She looked over the rocks, seeing the man she knew quite well leaning up against a fallen rock.

She sighed in relief... at least he wasn't crushed like Fran. She walked over the rock and jumped down. Knelling in front of the blonde, she took his shoulder and shook him. "Venny... Venny come on." As she shook, he only got a limp response. She started to pant as the hot air surrounded her. "Venny! Come on! We can't stay here much longer!" She shook him more for him to fall forward onto her. She frowned as she looked down... then gasped.

The back of his head was cracked open. Blood soaked his blonde hair and the back of his shirt. "Oh god Ven..." She pressed her hand hard on the wound, blood seeping through her fingers. She quickly got up and tried to pull the man up the best she could. She slowly started to drag him towards higher ground. She panted and groaned as it seemed to take forever to pull him away from the lava river. She never thought he could be so heavy... but she had to remember, it was all.... dead weight.


Xehanort watched as Terra changed. He had seen it before when he had called Kingdom Heart's Phantom at their first battle. It was quite entertaining. He stood calmly as Terra rushed at him and grabbed a hold the keyblade.

Golden eyes stared back at golden eyes as he smirked. "Ah, the Atterian race. You're all the same, you know that? Always looking for more and more power, needing to fill your bottomless gut. What a fool you are to try and suck a keyblade's power. They were created to destroy the likes of you... weren't they?"

'Snow' fell around them peacefully and the old man continues to talk as if it was a chat between friends over tea.
"You know, Terra... where I was a little boy, a monster came to our world. It looked like a wolf that stuck goat horns on it's head and glues spikes down it's back. It was pretty scaring yet funny looking. He had one mighty thirst." He smiled as his head tilted. "He destroyed my homeland... and I had an Awakening... one of the first ones to be awaken."

The white bearded man looked down at the keyblade whose majick was very slowly being eaten. "This was the keyblade I received... you see. It means a lot to me." He suddenly pulled it back with great force and grinned. "It is unfortunate that I have become something like you..." With that... he suddenly disappeared.

[Reno]

Sora was stared towards the mountain his eyes wide as he heard the roar. Terra... that was Terra. His head turned seeing Riku and the other suddenly fell. "Ri!" He fell to the other's side, wrapping his arms around him comfortingly.

Roxas frowned, looking towards the mountain but his eyes flailed, looking towards where Ven had fallen. Was... Was he gone? No! Ven couldn't have died!!


The land wolf growled at Xehanort as he began to mock him, draining at the power as much as he could. He needed to... to stop this maniac... to kill him NOW.

Terra stared at the other, and slowly his eyes widened as the other spoke. Describing....him. His beastal form. There... was no way he had been alive then so another Atterian... looked like him? an ancester of his...?

He gave a yelp of protest as the keyblade was ripped away, surprise at the strength and growled raising his arms to slash at him when-

"It is unfortunate that I have become something like you..." Yellow eyes widened.

"Something like you." His heart beat slowed.

"Like.....

You."

Xehanort disappeared. Terra fell to his knees, staring blankly, and he gave another angry cry, slamming his fists down onto the ground.

The movement made the volcano shake a little and Dart gave a shrill of panic, taking off and into the air suddenly. He flapped his wings, flying forward to meet the Divine Dragon - both still closely above the four on the plateau.

The wind whipped across the dragon;s back, and a girl with blue hair and flushed cheeks groaned. And she... slipped off.


Sora frowned, distangling himself from his husband, and looking over the edge, contemplating flying down to see if he could find Ven, when a second shadow loomed overhead. He looked up blinking. When he saw... something... fall? And was blue and human shaped and - "AQUA!" He cried, rushing forward, and leaped into the air, gliding forward. His arms stretched out and he caught the woman, nearly toppling over as he did so.

He pulled her against him, carefully evenly out, but still stumbed as his feet touched the ground again. He laid her down slowly, frowning. Her skin was really really warm... like... like she had a fever.


Terra's eyes followed the dragon as he flew upwards and past him. He caught sight of asomething blue on its back... Aqua.... and then he remembered Ven - and just how much his head was fucking starting to hurt. He suddenly jumped down from the edge of the volcano, landing on a ledge below - then jumped from that... all the way to the bottom.

He grunted, landing in a crouch, yellow eyes gleaming. Some of his bones had changed within - he had been really close to changing completely and still had to starve it off.

And, it was really creepy, but he could smell Ven's... blood. He growled low, his ehad turned, and he spotted Fuujin, dragging the blonde along onto the ground, laying him out carefully where it was cooler. The blonde spikes were matted down and... and red.

Terra clenched his fingers, claws and all, walking over slowly.

Axel blinked as Sora rushed out and glided. He quickly ran over to where he landed and looked over his shoulder, seeing Aqua. She was still breathing! That was a good sign right!? He leaned over, brushing his hand over he cheek. She was warm... but Axel could stand it. HELL! He jumped into lava and survived quite well... BUT HE COULD GET A GOD DAMN SUNBURN!? Life sure was funny.

He shook his head and frowned. "A fever maybe?" He looked up at the two dragons above. Sure... Dart must of saved her life... but he forgot to keep saving it!

Riku frowned as Sora left his side and looked up, seeing a woman fall. He groaned as he tried to pull himself back up, but he only fell again. He hadn't been this weak for a long time. He sighed as Roxas passed him to see how Aqua was, leaving him all alone. A sigh came from his mouth as he looked down, only wanting to sleep... but he suddenly felt a nudge on his shoulder.

Aquatic eyes looked back and opened wide as he saw who it was. "Zieg?" The deep purple dragon purred a bit as he nuzzled the silverette. Riku laughed and rubbed the dragon's face happily. "I'm glad you're ok." The dragon purred once more before slowly handing him something in his claw. It was a glowing purple stone. Riku blinked as he looked at it. A.... dragon stone. Aqua had said they were rare to find.

He smiled softly as he reached for it and took it into his hands. A sudden warmth wrapped around him as shadows seemed from the ball and back into Riku.


Fujin continued to pant as she pulled the body further and further away from the lava. She finally rested in an open spot where cooler air blew down. She sprawled the man out put kept his head levitated in her arms. A sigh admitted from her lips but she gasped, looking up just to see yellow eyes. "Stay back!" Like that would stop Xehanort... but her red eye widened even more as she saw it was.... Terra?

Her eye became soft as she took a sigh of relief. He was ok... "Aqua... do you know...?"

[Reno]

Dart and the divine Dragon bumped heads playfully, purring happily, looking closer to lovers then just friends.

"Yeah I think so." Sora said with a sigh, smiling brightly. "but she's alive. thank the gods."

Roxas frowned, walking next to his lover, looking down at the flushed faced girl. Sora was right at least she was alive... but how had she done it anyways? Not even Dart's fire could burn through that ice she couldn;t have... broke it could she have?

Or maybe... she fell through it like Terra did through the ground. That was... possible Roxas supposed.

Sora smiled, then glanced back his eyes widened. "Uh, uh watch her." He told Axel and Roxas before he hurried over to where Riku and- Zieg!? He grinned, glad to see the dark dragon again. Wow he didn;t know they could fly out of their realms. He walked up next to riku, seeing the dragon. "you look well." He told the dragon, smiling bright. He wondered if the other remembered him.


Terra froze completely at her yell, his eyes widened. He looked down, almost as if ashamed - but when the other sighed in relief he looked up, confused. She had thought he was...

Xehanort?

He heard her question and pointed a claw upwards. ""Up there." At first it was like he was pointed to the sky... but then the woman probably realized he was pointing towards the plteau where the two dragons were.

He approached again, falling too his knees akwardly cause his bone legs weren;t quite... normal and reached out, curling his hands under Ven. "come on." He growled lowly. "It's time we move out. Ven needs a hospital."

Zieg looked over at Sora and a smaller purr escaped from his beak. Slowly he turned and left the two.

Riku's strength... his Darkness was returning to him. He slowly stood and managed a stumble but smiled down at Sora. He held out the stone to show Sora. "Guess we have another thing to up on our mantel." He chuckled softly. It was so packed up there with all their little keepsakes.

Axel yawned as he leaned over and pulled Aqua up. He held her in his hands as he slowly walked towards Riku and Sora with his lover.
"I guess everything is ok here now." He spoke softly to Roxas. Even if things were ok here... he knew there was something terribly wrong with the other Chasers.


Fuu frowned a bit as she saw Terra come from the shadows. He had almost formed... She looked down at Ven and slowly moved away as Terra pulled up the blonde. Her red eye moved, looking up towards the towering land above them. Aqua was safe? Her lover had never gotten into much pain since they had shared the paopu fruit... so... she really didn't understand the phantom feelings quite well yet.

She looked back down at Terra and frowned. "Are... you going to be alright?"

[Reno]

Sora waved as the dragon left, then looked over at Riku as he spoke. the brunette grinned and laughed. "Yay! We'll definitely make room for it!"

Roxas frowned, walking over with the other, his eyes disheartened. Something was definitely wrong...

Sora looked at his brother then at Axel, frowning a bit. Because he could feel it. An echoing pain in his skull. Ven was really, really hurt wasn;t he?


Terra pulled the blonde up against him, lifting him carefully. His legs shook under the strange weight but as fuu's question he paused, looking at her. He was very quiet, almost unsure of how to answer. It occured to him he could lie - say everything was gonna be fine but...

"I'm not sure." He whispered truthfully, his voice grumbling in a low growl, even when he wasn;t trying to. his vocal chords had meshed a bit with the wolf's as well. "I'm just... really not sure."

Axel saw the look and frowned. Something was still wrong. He sighed, looking down at Aqua. Yea... she tried to kill him... AND his Somebody... but even if their personalities and elements clashed, they had a tight bond. He wouldn't go back to Delshad until he knew she was ok....

Riku smiled and nodded, placing it in his pocket. He looked around. Another world saved. Slowly he looked at Axel, Roxas and Aqua. Their faces... weren't all so happy. He frowned and looked at Sora before walking to them.


The silverette woman looked down but shook her head. "Terra... whatever he said to you... don't listen to it. Don't let it get to you. He's an evil man... and will say anything to break you. Don't let him do it. Everyone made it out alive right? That's what matters the most." She nodded softly. Aqua had said she had worked wonders with her words... ones that were never put to rest.

A few minutes later, Terra with Ven in his arms and Fuu on his back came up to the plateau where everyone was. He checked over Aqua before he was going to make a rip... but... Quicksand did not appear. Riku frowned and pointed Twilight Requiem at an empty space, and they all walked into it.




Blue hair fell through pale, silver colored nails. A white flower was placed softly in the strains as a braid was finished. A brush ran through more blue hair and fingers worked softly, making another braid on the other side. Another white flower with some touches of glitter was placed in the hair. A red eyes blinked slowly as she looked down at another woman's face, seeing the two braids and flowers. "You look beautiful." A soft voice came from her lips as she leaned in, planting a sweet kiss on sweet lips.

There was whirling of computers throughout the airship. It was quiet... because the kids were gone off somewhere.
They were stationed at Connection 1 once more. Their ship was hovering The Gardens world after making a trip to Disney Castle for a few days. After their visit... there wasn't much else they could do.
The research room was empty but the computer never slept. It was searching for stray keyblades that might of been skipped in the search from years ago in Connection 1.


Down below, a redhead smiled as he patted a fire lion on the head. It looked like... he was going to be having more pups. Where was this other moomba he was seeing at night!? "Well, I suppose you're making up for all the babies this family can't have." He chuckled before leaving the room and walked downstairs and into the office of the house. He smiled softly as he saw Roxas at his desk writing. The lanky man walked over and leaned over the blonde. Arms wrapped around his lover as a kiss was planted on his neck.

"Come on Rox... I got a nice hot bath waiting for you. Let me do some paperwork for awhile."


Aquamarine eyes looked up at a wooden ceiling and sighed. His eyes closed and listened to the sound of the ocean and ocean birds around. In the far background, he could hear kids screaming and laughing. It must of been recess. He yawned and shifted in the bed to his side. Once they had gotten home, he had to ship out quite a bit of paopu fruit to different world. He had been busy and this was the first day he didn't have to run to the post office.

He blinked as he felt something jump onto the bed. He looked behind him and smiled, sitting up. It was Vi... and she had a brush in her mouth. He rubbed her jewel softly and took the brush from her mouth as she sat on his lap. He slowly started to brush her out as he looked out the window at the ocean.


"Wind would speak with Lone Wolf everyday - whistling conversation through it's breezes and keeping the other warm in the winter, cool in the summer. Lone Wolf eventually fell in love with his companion - a companion who never left and always made him feel happy and safe. Wind loved him back but had no way to show or return said love being nature... yet he was forever searching with Wolf to find a cure for their ail....ail....ailment."
A brunette nodded as he closed a book and smiled. That was right. Sora had published his story quite a few years back. It was slowly becoming a classic children's book around Connection 1.

Gunnar sat in a chair next to his sister and looked up at his mother who was standing over them. "Mommy, when is Venny gonna wake up?" He looked back over at the bed that they were sitting next to. Flowers covered the nightstand and a small monitor was hidden in them. An IV was raised on the wall as the tubes came down into an arm.

Olette only smiled softly and shook her head. "When he's ready."
Gunnar frowned as he looked up at her again. "He's just being lazy! Wake up Venny!" The boy jumped from his seat and started to shake the man's arm. "Gunnar! Please... be careful" The brunette woman grabbed her son's arm and pulled him away softly, having a hard time not to let forming tears drop. How... how could she explain a coma to her children...?

She picked up Lucina and kissed her cheek as a hand wrapped around Gunnar's hand. It had been... two months already... and Ventus showed no sign of coming out of it. He was now... under Aerith's care. That would explain all the flowers around his bed.

"Sometimes... people don't come out of comas."
"Leon! That's not the best thing to say right at this moment!"
"Yea! That's right! We need to keep hope. He'll snap out of it soon, I know it!"

That was a month and a half ago... Leon's words never left her mind. It was orders from their leader that they were not leaving until Ventus came out of his coma... but... what if he never did? They couldn't stay here forever. They were Chasers... everyone knew there were no more keyblades in the first connection...

Olette made the wrong choice when she confronted Terra about continuing their mission. He stated again that they weren't leaving until Ventus came out... but she pointed out what Leon had said. Some people... never did come out of comas. But Terra grew furious and argued that people came out of comas everyday... and that he wanted to be there were those blue eyes open.

She sighed as she started to walk out the door. At least... he looked peaceful laying there... and Aerith took good care of him...
