Shaktia held Casey. was he ever going to stop crying? it was porbably for the best that he did but still... "Casey it'll be alright. don;t worry about it. theres still time."
"the only reason i came here was to prove to EVERYONE i can do something. i want to prove i can be just as good as them!" Casey said and looked up at his love.
"you don;t have to prove anything to me Casey. i know your great. your the best human ever. i'll never be able to replace you." Shaktia said and smiled.
Casey smiled weakly and he kissed her. when they broke he laid his head back on her shoulder and sniffed, "thanks Shaktia..."
Shaktia just smiled.

Josh Slowly walked up to a room where he could feel the heat from the sword. He sighed as he put his hand up to it then started to knock on it. He wasnt really sure how but he had to ask for the sword back it didnt belong to anyone but himself and it would stay that way for ever..

Casey looked up when he heard the knock. he frowned and looked at Shaktia, "i can;t let anyone see me this way..." he muttered.
Shaktia nodded and kissed his forehead. she stood and walked to the door and open it slightly so no one could see her love. she looked at Josh and a flash of anger went in her eyes. she scoffed, "oh look who it is!" she didn;t mean it by their fight earlier. she was doing it for Casey. he had hurt him, "what do you want?"

Josh looked at her a bit confused as he tried to look inside but he couldnt." I am here to speak to my son, now if you will just move out of my way do you understand?" Josh said in somewhat of a harsh voice he could tell she was mad at him but he wasnt sure for what reason.

Shaktia growled, "you ain;t the boss of me human. and Casey isn;t quite available. come back next year!" she yelled out hoping he would walk away.
Casey had moved away and against a wall. he had tears running down his face again. what did his dad need him for?

Josh glared slightly then put his hand on the door " you have some damn nerve shaktia! what the hell is your problem!?" Josh glared at her he was pissed now he hadnt done anything to her and now she was treating him like trash " I am going to see my son and that is final, Now you can leave this is business that doesnt concern you at all."

Shaktia growled, "i was BORN to have nerve against HUMANS like you!" she growled and liftd her hand. her nails where like claws. before she could swipe it down a hand reached out and grabbed her wrist stopped her. she glanced behind her, "don't." was the only word said.
Shaktia nodded and he let go of her hand. she looked at Casey and he montioned for her to move. he had stopped crying at least. he walked up to his father and looked at him, "yeah?" he said trying to keep his voice steady.

Josh sighed he could tell he was sad from something probrably it was him... He couldnt take the sword from him not now atleast. " Casey I have decided that I will start training you personally with the sword tommorow... you know a father son kind of thing.. we never really spent much time with each other... I kind of died off and didnt get my chance to get to know you...." He didnt know where that came out... maybe from his heart?

Casey's eyes brightened a littlew and he smiled, "r...really? you mean it?" he said getting over excited. ok he still acted like a 5 year old getting candy but e couldn;t believe his father was really going to...

Josh nodded slowly to his son and smiled slightly " yeah you are my first born son so you deserve to be the first one to learn how to use it you know..." He saw the smile in his face it made him happy somewhat to see that he could atleast make him smile. Only if he would of lived... he would of had more time to be with the kid and make him see him more as his father..

"oh... really?" Casey said trying to keep up the smile but he felt as if the world came right back down on him. did that mean tenks was going to learn as well? ..... that means he would get the sword. that means tenks would so dad how much better he was! that means... casey could never be great.

Josh put his hand on Casey shoulder " Hey Casey listen you and tenks... I dont have a favorite if that is what you are thinking. I love you both the same... the blade you probrably think I have been going to give it to tenks all these years.. I dont think Im going to give it to either of you. It will only make one of you think that I love one of you more and that is not true at all. I love you both the same... you have both come from two people that I loved dearly and I love you just as much as I loved them.. I am sorry that I havent been there for you casey.. but now I will I promise... I want to be more of a father to you... more than reno was... when you called out to him earlier in the grave yard..." he stopped there he didnt want his son to know how he felt but.. he new he had to tell him he was...

Casey looked at him tears growing in his eyes once more, "but then why..... why did you always train Tenks and when you planned to give him the sword and all and why DO you treat Reno the way you do? and i know you've never really... got along with my mom before but i know you two have foughten.... its ot like i haven't heard it."

He sighed sadly as he stared towards the ground he wasnt really sure what to say he didnt train casey because he didnt want him to get hurt he had always brought up tenks with fighting but he just couldnt tell him that... " Casey... the reason.. I always thought tenks should have the sword was because Tifa is my wife and he is her son... some part I was doing it for her... but now... I know that I was wrong to ever think that way. You are my first born son I should have wanted to give it to you but... your mother and I after we seperated, I dont really know what to say she hated me because I wasnt with her I guess... we have always had arguments about it." He sadly stared towards the ground " I understand if you dont see me as your father... I... I still love you Casey I always will... your my son my flesh and blood..."

Casey looked at his dad and smiled then hugged him, "dad i'm...i'm sorry its just ever since you died i had to turn to someone and since i lived with Reno... i guess i started thinking of him as a dad.... and i... i was always jealous of Tenks and Pan cause they were real bloodlines.... and i hought i could never make you proud...."
