think about what causes you to fall into your behavoir. and once you see yourself doing a behavoir stop yourself. don;t dare let yourserlf do it and don;t dare fall into a different one. just... do what you need to! forget counting the tiles, walk right in! forget phone numbers! write sloppy! do what you must. i know its hard this battle is very itnernal... but you can win.

But it was hard... hard to not start looking at the tiles and start counting. He still couldn;t take a step in the kitchen.

Sora hit the ground, groaning faintly. he shook all over, too afraid to move. he needed.... needed to get out of here! he scrambled to his feet, running towards the staurs. his room he needed... to get to his room!
