The two girls were lifted up suddenly and the pack of creatures started running in the direction of a cave, Pann screamed reaching out for her cousin " Iris!!!"

Sora thought it strange when he walked over the sand a mere quater mile from his house when his hand started to burn. he grit his teeth, fiercely putting his hand over the other.
It did not burn normally however- there was no danger in sight...
but traces of one...
he leant down, inspected the footprints, faded from the shifting winds but not completely gone. they just appeared to... stop. he frowned, putting his hand down on the sand. his saw white as pain exploded from his hand and down his arm.

" Sora!" Riku cried after catching sight of his friend from afar, he grinned running in his direction, It was almost like Sora had been avoiding him latley... he knew he was off training with his father but still!

He pulled away his arm. Sora looked up his eyes distracted as he glanced towards Riku. he blinked for a few moments. "oh... hey Riku..."

Sora frowned but lifted his right hand. it was still burning fiercely. "theres are two sets of footprints and then the trail just ends and this damn thing doesn;t react like this for nothing you know..."
