Raichu thrusted his fist forward spinning it at the very point of contact as it hit against the training dummy knocking it backwards, hed started teaching Aeris a few fighting techniques, the girl had watched him every so often training out in the back and had just randomly asked him too teacher some things. " You see most of the power from attacks comes from your hips and the rotation of your fist, rotation is key too power, even the weakest person could break a board as long as they have the right technique!" he explained too her
