Kairi looked up from her bed there was a banging at the door, shed better get it before her dad! She got up and ran for the door.

Aeris frowned. "even with your naiveity, how could you not of?"

Sora bit his lip, continuing his incessent knocking. "kairi come on...." when he heard the click of the lock he stopped, pulling away slightly.

Sora stared at her, looking slightly insane. he realized he had so much he wanted to say that he couldn;t say a damn thing. so he did the first thing that came to mind. he dropped to his knees, grasping her hands and looked up at her. "Kairi marry me!"

Aeris looked at him, then looked down. "o-oh... you mean...then then?"

"Kairi!" Sora cried. "i know i'm not perfect and i know there are plenty of other guys out there better then me hell even my damn cousin of a twin but i promise you i love you and i;d never hurt you and and" he was stumbling over his own words now. "and... and..." he bowed his head. "and i..." and he what? what had he left to say? in the end all he was saying was words. "i'll protect you..." but could he could he really?

"maybe thats the problem." Aeris murmured. "i don;t think about it. in fact none of us did we ignored it... maybe thats what stemmed some of the problems as well... we fixed nothing and let the wounds fester."

Sora blinked but pulled away, looking over Kairi's shoulder. he chuckled. "hello mr and mrs kairi's parents."
