He followed her as they walked out looked at two of his guards " Escort her around, make sure nothing happens to her."

He turned heading off in his own direction then passed by a guard " Find Gast... Make sure hes not dead, if she doesnt come back by seventeen hundred... kill him."

Tifa hurried out of there, looking left and right. she had to get out of here, fast. at least... to see if he was alive...

Josh was laying out near the outside of the gates his body what would almost seem lifeless, the people entering and exiting the city didnt dare help him... most thought he was already dead others just left him be, they knew what would happen if somebody was to try and help him.
