He sighed ignoring her but kept on walking, he just had to reach sandoria.

Three weeks later they arrived he could see Sandoria in the distance, he wasnt sure what to think anymore... whether or not if she would follow him... stay with him... or run off... he drove a small carriage lead by a chocobo. Aeris rode inside and never spoke to him, he sighed " What am I doing...?"

She laid in the cart quietly. she had lost all hope for her former crew. Rina had always constantly told her she was the 'hinge' of the crew, the one that kept it moving, without her, Rina;s crew would never exist. and now it never felt more true.
She knew Rina herself could never have survived, hypotermea along with high amounts of blood loss and most likely internal bleeding killed her with in 24 hours. as for Eve, the women's fever had only gotten worse, topping the 108's at times. And Sora had been in the last phase of scurvy how could he have survived without her aid? and even sephiroth... though a bullet wound wasn;t much, if it had hit the artery he was as good as dead and even if it hadn;t... without the right prochedures he would never walk again. She'd lost four good friends...
and it was all her fault...
no it was his fault. she grt her teeth, looking to the side at a gun he had stupidly left back here with her.

The carriage came to a sudden stop, Gradd let go of the reigns and just stared down " What kind of knight am I...?"

Aeris blinked glancing around, then reached out for the gun, taking it into her arms. she shuddered a bit, looking down at it.

Aeris stood, hopping out of the carriage and turned seeing him. she rasied the gun, aiming it.

He looked up staring at her " Do it" he said walking forward " Kill me Aeris..." he reached for his sword belt suddenly unbuckling it as both swords dropped from his waist

The bullet hit hard in his chest as his eyes went blank, he coughed then suddenly dropped hitting hard against the ground.

Aeris stared shaking. what had she just... she turned and ran. And no one ever saw her again, nor ever found her body. no one knew how she spent the rest of her life or if she had at all.
As for what happened to Rina's crew... well let's just say, Aeris wasn;t completely wrong. Though Sephiros had tried his best to fetch his sister, it had been dark, and impossible. she had no doubt drowned that night unable to move one arm and leg, and probably fell unconiscious the moment her body hit water. A week later, Sephiroth died from an infection spread, and Eve lost her life to high fever.
Sephiros was left to be in charge of the crew, Vincent his second mate. Sora was left to suffer, no longer able to eat without throwing up and many were sure he would not make it. Luck had been on their side. they had found another cargo ship, raided it for all it was worth, and once again they had food and medicines. Sora made it.
Years later the name of the Keyblade Master would spread across the lands, stirking terror in the hearts of children in their bedtime stories. it was of a pirate crew, said to have only 100 men; with a navigator with an almost psychic like sense to get away from any marine ships, no matter how good the formation; with a second mate with an aim so good he never missed and a air about him that was almost demonic; with a beautiful red-haired doctor that could cure an ailment, rumored to make the crew immortal; and finally their leader with a strange heavy ley like weapon, that's prond were sharp like daggers and could kill a soul with a well placed hit, its aim always fatal.
This is of course, the tale of Rina's old crew and though she wasn't there to see it, her dream lived on through those she had loved, through her crew, especally Sora, Sephiros, and Vincent made sure they were, the best pirate crew in the world.
