She fround, holding Katrina closer. Her eyes started to grow dark and a small shield surrounded them.

he glared watching for a moment then punched at it then fell back slightly and growled " you bitch..." he suddenly turned around heading back towards his room then turned walking into the baby's room and picked it up " stop crying now..."

Xuan blinked. She sat Katrina down slowly and ran to the room. She watched him as he looked at the baby.

She sighed as she got into stance.
A few weeks passed from that day. Xuan was able to escape with her life...She looked out her window and sighed as she rocked the baby in her arms. She had called the police about max and took Katrina and the baby to her home where it was safe. They were waiting for a call any day to see when it would be safe for Katrina to go back to her home.

Katrina was laying in bed, shed finally gotten a cast on but had found out she had a few broken ribs aswell... she sighed shaking her head as she looked out towards the window.

Xuan walked into the spare room where Katrina was. She placed the baby in the crib now that he was asleep. She looked at Katrina and sighed. "Can I get you anything? more pillows? Some soup? anything?"
