"Zack?!" Eve cried. she reached up yanked at the metal grating in front of her wincing and watched blood flow down her arms. the grating pulled toward her and she crawled out halfway and looked at Zack. she started shaking as she reached over her legs still in the backseat and put her hands to his head, "Zack... speak to me. don;t die!" she shook with fear and swallowed tears running down her face. so much like last time...

Eve shut her eyes and shook her head. they were stuck... and he was gonna die... she had to get help... she frowned her bleeding hands falling back as she shut her eyes.feeling all the pain on her slowly disappear as she fell into darkness.
she had no clue what happened next but when she woke up she was in a white room. she sat up in alarm looking around. she was alone... she frowned shutting her eyes and screamed.

Suddenly a man wearing a white coat walked into the room " miss Eve calm down!" he shouted rushing over to her " your in a hospital"
Tifa sighed standing as she knocked on Aeris door... shed been looking all over for Josh and still no sign. She frowned shaking her head.
" Josh was sitting on the couch in his sisters apartment holding his child staring down... hed gotten the legal documents to make Tenks his. Now it was just up for the court to decide..."

Aeris looked up and she walked over to the door answering it.

" the officer? Hes fine... hes in the room next to yours" he said smiling slightly " you got in a really bad accident, your lucky your ok"
Tifa frowned " Aeris... have you seen your brother...?"

Eve shivered but nodded. she hated the word lucky and what if. she had been so lucky for her whole life... and too many what ifs had gone on. she shut her eyes, "who hit us?"
Aeris blinked not sure what to say then stepped back, "come in."

Tifa walked in and suddenly stared over at Josh who was holding Tenks " I knew it..." she trembled slightly " I want my baby back..."
" no" Josh said bitterly glaring at her " you didnt listen to me so now im getting full custody"

Rina frowned but nodded. she shut her eyes shivering a bit. her throat hurt reeally badly from that scream...

The doctor put his hand on her forehead checking her temperature then removed it " you should be able to get out by tommorow"
" both of you get out" Raichu said walking out from the kitchen " your making Aeris feel uncomfortable and quite frankly I dont like it"
Josh glanced over at Raichu and frowned

Tifa frowned but headed out, she had to get Tenks back...
Josh followed glaring back at Raichu but shut the door.
" sorry I yelled like..." Raichu smiled at Aeris " I just dont want those two bringing their problems into our house you know?"

Raichu nodded kissing her slightly " come on you know id do anything for you"
Tifa came to a stop in the parking lot and looked back at him glaring " you had no right to take Tenks... none!"
" I offered you a chance, you chose Rufus" he glared at her holding his son tightly " now just back off Tifa"
" I... please give him back..." she had tears in her eyes as she just stared at him
