a shadow fell over Tifa. two arms wrapped around her and a hand slapped over her mouth, "don;t scream." the voice warned. it cracked rather badly but was definitly female.

" I know... its just yesterday I went to try and reason and get her back and... it didnt go to well" he sighed staring down at the ground shaking his head... I got mad because Rufus was there... I hurt him... then alter cam back and took tenks.

"Josh you can;t do that!" Aeris said frowning putting her hands on her stomach, "you could get in serious trouble."
"you know Tifa... you're going about this whole i want my kid back thing all wrong. if you and Josh ever go into court and you were caught like this without me here they could take your son into foster care." she let her go turning her around. Eve looked at her and shook her head. she had decided to be an FBI agent basically. her constant silence was perfect to keep her quiet.

"ha!" Eve laughed bitterly, "money can;lt give you everything. THIS little stunt was stupid. Josh abducted your child and thats illegel. he had no permission but you trying to take the own matter in your hands without consulting the police was idoitic. when the court sees you you'll be seen as irresposible and reckless and they'll take Tenks away. no matter how much money you have to support Tifa, it does not make you a good mother."

"Tifa Lockheart you stop right there or you're under arrest," Eve growle taking out her gun and aimed it at Tifa, "yes Rufus sent me. he was hoping to talk some damn sense into you." she cocked the gun, "and yes i know things because i'm an agent for the FBI. i know a lot and if you don;t accept me help i swear to god i will MAKE sure you won;t get Tenks back. like i'd need to the way your acting."

" You cant arrest me so back off" she said glaring at her " I know my rights, and I also know that the only way my child could get sent away is if he didnt have any relatives theyd give him to my parents!" she glared then started walking down the stairs

Eve fired off a shot that just barely missed her head, "I said stop Mrs Lockheart." her voice was dead serious and emotionless as she recocked the gun walking towards Tifa.

Josh sighed staring down " im getting full custody... my lawyer said that he could get me Tenks, I just ahve to prove she was a bad mother... and that she wouldnt let me see him"
Tifa came to a haulting stop but didnt turn around " you wont kill me, nor do you scare me. You know very well if you touch me my fathers lawyers will be hounding you till you lose your badge"
