Ivory walked down the stairs and took Vand into her arms. "Honey..."
Malice looked back and blinked. "Gradd?" She held onto Kain tightly as she looked at their son.

Vand frowned as he hugged her holding hre close " he didnt hurt you did he...?"
" ahh... yes the prodigy son returns" Kain said glaring at Gradd " you still havent given up on trying to kill me?"
Gradd glared " mother step away from him"

Kain smirked " stupid boy... have you forgetten all that I have told you?"
Gradd just kept his glare on him " I swore id destroy all vampires that live on erath... and you just happen to be one of them..."

Vand smiled and sighed in relief, he was for certain that thing was going to hurt them...

She smiled and helped him up. "I feel differnet..." SHe looked at herself and smiled. "More at peace."
Malice looked at gradd and sighed. "I told you before and I'll tell you again son...I love your father."

Gradd frowned lowering his hand from his sword he couldnt strike his own mother...
Kain smirked " yes now run along boy"
Gradd glared... he hated Kain so much...

Vand got up slowly holding his side as he leaned up against the wall, he was in so much pain...
Gradd frowned as he disapeared.
Kain smirked " good ridense... he was always nothing but trouble to me"
