She sighed as she locked the door and started to walk down the street. She looked around and shivered.

Vand rested his head on the table as he closed his eyes... working at nights really wasnt working for him... he never got to spend time with Ivory anymore...

She could see the lights of the shop up ahead. she smiled as she started to walk faster.
Suddenly a hand wrapped around her mouth. Her eyes grew and the basket fell. She then felt a hand grab her right breast and squeezed it. She was dragged to the woods. She tried to fight back but it was no use. She was so close...
The men looked down at her. They were in their 30s...they seemed to be drunk. There were two...but enough to hold her down. One held a bat and started to beat her as she tried to get up. She winced as she fell. The other one grabbed her violently and stripped her down.

Ivory screamed when one of the men entered her roughly. She couldn't believe that this was happening again.
The man looked at her and smiled. "You're so beautiful."
She tried to get him off but the other man hit her in the back with the bat.

Vand felt himself drifting off but shook his head, he couldnt... if his boss found out he could get fired... his hand opened forming a slight bit of energy... he hated the power he had inside of him... he thought it left but...

Vand stared at the clock... Ivory said she was going to try and come see him... she was suppost to be here ten minutes ago... he frowned getting up walking to the door as he walked out locking it. He had to go look for her...

She winced as the man grabbed her breast. A sudden blow hit her ribs and she screamed again. The man with the bat put a cloth around her mouth and hit her again.

He felt her life force... it wasnt home... it was someplace else. Suddenly he started running as fast as he could, she was in trouble!

Finally the guy got out of her and put his pants back on. He stood and kicked her stomach as she tried to get up. She winced and coughed out blood as she fell back onto the ground. The men laughed and started to run off.

When Vand got there he found her lying there on the ground beaten and bruised... he ran over to her " Ivory!!" he knelt down staring at her blankly... not again...

Tears ran down her face as she heard Vand's voice. She curled into a ball and shut her eyes.

He reached down holding her up as he held her close... " Ivory... im so sorry..." he closed his eyes... he couldnt believe this was happening

She looked up at him. One of her eyes were black and blue. Blood ran down her lips and neck.
