Sage fell on the floor as he tried to escape. Unfortinatly Tay's father grabbed his foot and pulled him back onto the bed. Sage continued to keep a good hold of Tay and started yelling for help.

Tay's father smiled manically and pulled out the same knife he had used on his son before.
"Sage!" Tay cried seeing the metal being sliced towards his love and tried to stop it.

Sage winced as he flet a sharp pain in his back. He reached for the phone but his wrist was snatched away. "HELP! SOMEONE HELP!"

Tay jumped for his father and the two collasped the the floor in a tangle mess. Tay growled.

Sage looked down and blinked. He reached for the phone once more and dialed 911.

Tay glanced up noting vaguely that his father was unconisous and scrambled up onto the bed quickly.

The phone rang and rang but suddenly go cut off. Sage looked at the phone and blinked. Then, a huge roar was heard...and it wasn't thunder. Sage jumped off the bed and ran to the window. He looked out and his eyes widened. A huge title wave was coming down the street....the damn had broken. "RUN!!!"

Sage ran out of the room, snatching Tay's wrist. They ran out of the house and down the street. The roar of the wave followed them as they ran for blocks. The wave was destroying everything it hit. "We need to get to the port and find a boat!"

Tay panted, "what good will that do? the boat will probably break! that ain;t no small wave we've got back there!"

OOC: Not my fault, my bestfriend decided to come over out of the blue....oh and stop saying AIN'T!!!!  Sage frowned as they got to the main road. A herd of people were running for their own lives. Sage jumped into the crowd along with Tay. "Don't worry, we will make it!" |

Tay swallowed nervously and he gripped Sage's hand tighter, "just don;t leave me..."

OOC: ain't isn't a word...
Sage looked back at Tay and frowned. "You know I'd..." He suddenly got drowned out of the words. The wave had hit them both. He could not longer feel his hand around Tay's. He held his breath as he swam to the surface. The water was rushing down fast and he could hardly keep his head out of it. He looked around franticly but saw no sign of Tay anywhere. Suddenly a huge piece of wood smacked into the side of Sage, knocking him out. He sunk under the water and was carried into the river alone with so many others.
He opened his eyes slowly. He blinked and looked around. A blanket was covering him. The room he was in was dark and quite small. He could hear fog horns outside and sighed. He was on a ship. He sat up and wrapped the blanket around him. His clothes were on a chair nearby, drying out.

Tay's eyes snapped opened and he shot up with a yelp. he winced feeling a headache coming on and looked at his surrondings. was it all a dream? no... this was not his room. he frowned. all he remebered was the wave hitting him and Sage then loseing his lover to the cruel waters. he had grabbed onto a piece of wood and floated on it... and then nothing but darkness. he must have fell unconious. Tay shook his head confused and a bit dazed. but there was still one question on his mind, "Where is Sage?"

Sage stood up and walked to the window and looked out. The river was foggy and it was night time. He sighed as he walked to the door and opened it. He looked up and down the hallway of the living quarters.
