Zack ducked as the bullet missed and he jumped over the stairs still holding her, he set her down in a safe spot as he took out his gun and knife staying at the side of the wall waiting for Rufus to start coming down the stairs " what kind of sick fuck are you to break into this house and do that to her!?"
Josh looked away from her as he tried getting up leaning on the rail

Zack growled then suddenly jumped into view as he started shooting up in Rufus direction and swiftly threw the knife watching it as it hit him in the right shoulder stabbing in deep " I forgot to mention im an Ex- Seal you bastard!" Zack suddenly started running up stairs to take him down still firing his gun
Josh frowned looking at her " im sorry..." he sighed offering his hand to her " come on... I dont have a family so we can hide at my place... and my adress isnt in the school books yet so..."

Rufus winced and growled tearing out the knife and throwing it back wincing as he felt a bullet hit him in the gut. he coughed out blood.

Zack got to the top kicking Rufus gun out of his hand and grabbed him by the neck as he slammed him up against the wall hard " im going to break you in two" he pulled the knife out from his shoulder as he put it up to his face " tell me is it fun!? is it fun messing with people smaller than you? huh!? you little shit!!!"
He held onto her hand and smiled slightly " you shouldnt have helped me... I dont see why you did..."

Zack suddenly punched him ard in the face then threw him down on the ground hard kicking him in the side. He then looked down as he saw the parametics rush into the house taking Tifa " the guy that hurt her is up here, Ive got him under control, just hurry up and get her to the hospital please!" he then looked at Rufus as he reached down putting a hand over his neck " I told you im going to hurt you and bad, Tifa parents told me to watch her while they where out of town, and... I will not be telling them that there daughter was killed by some punk kid like you!" he suddenly punched him again hard breaking his nose
He looked away and sighed as he continued walking leaning against her " thats not a very good answer... but just forget it I guess... it doesnt matter" he frowned looking ahead... he wasnt going to make it home, not walking...

Zack punched him in the gut hard to shut him up as he dragged him downstairs throwing him outside into the front yard. He walked up to him kicking him in the face then looked up as a few officers aproached him " sir... this man raped and shot that girl... I think you know what to do with him" he then glanced over as he saw the ambulance start to drive off
Wedge stood forward taking out a pair of hand cuffs " thats... Shinras boy isnt it?" he looked over at Biggs shaking slightly then reached down picking him up by the collar putting the cuffs on him
" yeah... I should have just let him rape her... then your parents wouldnt be dead..." he frowned staring down " I... im sorry..."
