That night, after aiji was put to bed, he got up and walked to the window. He had his PJ on but it didn't matter. He opened the windows and climbed out. The minute he hit the ground, he quietly ran back towards the tree that he was sitting under later that same day. He looked around but there were no signs of the other boys.
The night was dark, cold and Aiji started to get scared.

Randy had his arms wrapped around himself shivering slightly. it was god damn cold! he looked up as he saw the tree in sight and smiled. at least he was almost there.

Aiji could hear a noise and he looked bahind him. He could see one of the boys coming up. "hey," he whispered. "where's the other kid? didn't he want to come too?"

Randy shrugged, "he;s m best friend not my brother. if he is gonna come he;s gonna come. thats that." he smiled and walked over and sat down next to him, "he'll probably be here real soon."

"Ok......" Aiji smiled. he never really had friends before. his mom always wanted him to stay away from other boys....he had no idea why..

Randy smiled and shut his eyes secertly worrying about the young teenager. after all James was his friend but... why wouldn;t he come? he bit his lip. oh he knew why... he shook his head and looked at the younger boy and smiled, "cold?"

Aiji shivered. "yea.....really cold. sorry i brought you out here.......i didn't think it would get this cold out already." he rubbed his arms and shivered again.

Randy smiled, "it;s alright," he reached over and put his arms on the boy's shoulder's in a friendly half hug, "if James isn;t here within... 15 minutes maybe we should go back home."

Aiji nodded. "yea......that sounds like a good idea." He moved closer to Randy and looked around the night sky.

Randy smiled not moving his arm. it was helping them get warm. he looked at the sky and sighed happyily shutting his eyes.

Aiji sighed as he looked around. He started to get a little bit more warmer....but he still shivered. He could hear crickets in the background and the sound of Randy's heart beating.

Randy smiled and his hand tightened around Aiji's shoulders. he didn;t want the boy to be uncormfortable.

a few minutes passed and Aiji smiled. "I guess he's not coming." he yawned then broke away but only for a second. once the night air hit him, he moved close to Randy again.
