She nodded. "yea, he's kicking my ribs and such." She winced a little then turned blew out the fire. She walked to the table and sat down slowly. "Just let it cool down, it should be ready in ten minutes." she held her side and looked out the window.

Ryten let out a brief sigh as he walked over to her sitting down at the table " Noa do you have any family other than your brother? You dont really talk much about your past..."

Noa looked down and sighed. "I do have another brother...i don't know where he is though...He ran away when I was young, he was smart. I don't remember what his name was and he probably looks a lot different now. I don't think about it much, I try to leave my childhood and early teen age behind. Too many bad memories..." She rubbed her stomach again and felt the baby kick.

Ryten nodded slightly as he stared down at the table " I was going to have another sibling... my mother was pregnant when she died. I always wanted a little brother but that was taken away from me too. I only wish that I could have stopped her from dying... but I was to weak"

Noa looked up at Ryten almost in shock. "Ryten, you never told me that your mother was pregnant when she died..." She looked down and her eyes started to water. Poor Raichu...it must have been hard on him. "Don't blame yourself on it...you were just a little boy. I'm sure you must have had some motherly figure in your life for a little while...right?"

Ryten looked up at her and nodded slightly " there... there was one person. I cant remember her name though... I was so young and she just left. Everyone has always left me in my life. Sometimes im scared that I might lose you too, my life has always been about loss it scares me"

Noa put her hand on Ryten's. "You won't loose me. we'll grow old together and watch our children grow up." She smiled then stood up and got some bowls. She poured the soup in one and some meat in the other.
Noa placed the food infront of Ryten then sat back down.

" thank you.." he said in a low voiced as he stared down at the bowl of food. He wasnt really in the mood to eat at all. Ryten brought his hand through his hair pushing it back out of his face

"You don't have to eat if you don't want to, you can have it for breakfast." She sighed and started to clean the dishes and put the left overs in another bowl, putting it into the fridge. She looked at Ryten and smiled sightly. "I'm going to go to bed, I'm tired and in a lot of pain."
