Gradd nodded looking at all the dead vampire bodies at his side " yes thats it, there is a lake that surrounds it. We will have to swim part of the way to enter upon it there isnt any other way to get inside, from there I can climb the wall up into it"

Gradd shook his head " just fish thats all, and not very many of them either." Gradd suddenly came to a cliff as he jumped down and landed next to the lake setting the kid down " can you swim?"

He nodded. "I think so. I remember that we learn how to swim at a young age. most of our planet is made up of water and small islands." he walked up to the lake and jumped in.

Gradd stared at him oddly... the planet being made up of only small islands. Suddenly He dived in and began to swim at high speeds staring towards the wall " hurry up kid"

"hey! you asked if I could swim, you never said if I could swim fast!" he pushed himself across the water. he was still far from Gradd. "how can you swim that fast!? No fair!" he pushed his arms with all his strength but it seemed effortless compaired to Gradd.

Gradd suddenly slowed down and came to a complete stop as he waited for the child " Vampires arent slow in the water, its either they burn in the water or they swim fast, never slow"

He frowned as he swam up. "well sorry i'm not as fast. I'm trying my best." he stopped next to gradd and looked up. "That's a high wall."

The boy grabbed gradd and climbed up his back. He put his arms around gradd's nexk and held on tightly. "ok, i'm ready."

Gradd nodded as he suddenly dived under the water going down about ten feet then glanced upwards and suddenly flew upwards as he leaped out of the water flying up atleast 16 feet then slamming his claws onto the wall digging them in deeply. " Hold on tight I doubt you want to fall" One by one he would move his claws upwards as he began scailing the massive wall

Gradd was going as fast as he could which wasnt very fast at all really, it was a descent speed. " Have some patients kid this Takes time im not running up there im using my arms"

The boy started shaking. He knew Gradd was doing his best. "That's ok.......just keep moving, don't stop!" He held on tighter to gradd as they higher and higher.

When Gradd got to the top he set the child down and sat there at the ledge as he cracked the side of his neck " well were finally here kid, from this point we wont see each other ever again"
