a few hours passed when a man came in and knelt down. he took a small daggar and ran the tip down her chest, the blood dripping slowly. "what a waste, you're a very pretty girl." Mira hissed and suddenly a green slime shot out of her mouth and into the mans eyes. he backed up in pain. "argh...."she pulled on the chains but it was no use.

as he followed her scent, he thought of the possibilities of what might have stopped her from telling others about him. he could only come up with senarios that involved another intervening and killing her or something. her scent went to the edge of the stream, and he lost it. "damnit."

the night fell and the men went to sleep. she was cut badly and her was raw. somehow she slipped though the chains and ran out of the men's camp. she ran till she tripped and couldn't get up. she just laid there and gasped for air. she wasn't far enough from the camp, they would find her in the morning.

he tried to guess which way she would go in a stream, up or down. he guessed up. he walked along the stream until he came to a bridge. he sniffed around and picked up her scent again, and the scent of some demon hunters. he followed it to a clearing where he saw their camp. then he saw her lying on the ground. he ran up to her. "why didn't you tell anyone my secret?"

her blood shot eyes looked up at him. there she was bleeding in the mud and all he could say was "why didn't you tell anyone my secret?" she shut her eyes slowly and looked away. the bardwire still seeped to choke her. she felt a sudden pain in her stomach. more eggs were being made, she could feel it.

she didn't say anything. he looked at her body. there was wire around her neck and she was bleeding pretty badly. "if i save you, will you tell me why you didn't tell anyone?"

she looked up at him again. she couldn't breath, let alone talk. she wasn't going to nod either....she gripped the gound as if it was going to save her. she winced again and held her stomach. it was getting bad. suddenly everything went dark and she lost concense.

ooc: yea. i was meaning to say something but other things kept happening.  he took that as a yes and picked her up. he carried her far away from that camp and treated her wounds. she had lost blood, but she could sleep it off. he went to get some water for her. |

Mira opened her eyes and looked up at the cloudy dark sky. she looked around and tried to sit up but she couldn't, it was too painful. she put her head back on the muddy ground and sighed. she couldn't believe that he saved her. not for sympathy though.

he walked back towards her and caught that demon/human scent again. he didn't like that scent. it reminded him too much of what hed gone through. "huh? oh good! you're awake. can you talk yet?"

Mira looked at him and felt her neck. the wire was gone but it was still painful. "ye......" she cleared her throut. "yea, i can talk now." she just laid there and sighed. the man still had that cloake over his body and face. she blinked and looked up at the sky.

he looked at her. she was just looking at the sky. probably thinking about how she could get rid of her little curse. "why didn't you tell anyone about me?"

her tail twiched and she looked up at him. "I have a few reasons. for one, i didn't have time to get to the nearest town. another is that no one would listen to me even if i told them. another is that........i don't even know what you are. i don't care what you are." she held her stomach and winced again. "i've been so lonely, i don't care who i bump into." she was having a hard time breathing from the pain.
